Really like Quick Quack auto washes, I use the one on 101 & Cave Creek. It's very clean, towels are always stocked and vacuums are in great shape. CAR OWNER BEWARE. I visited this location many times before, and, had pretty good results. But the purpose of my review is the lack of customer care at this location. This past Saturday, my daughter and I stopped by for our wash. Anastasia was such a sweetheart! She got us checked in and off we went. Half way through the tunnel, we heard a loud POP! I look over to my right, and my mirror is smashed. The arm was on a mission to take it off. Once we were out, we pulled into a stall and spoke with Anastasia again. The manager wanted nothing to do with me. He didn't even bother to come out and look or even express an apology for his machine damaging my car. I was informed that they'd do an investigation and call me 3-4 business days later. Understanding they're busy, I did call Monday as I cannot legally drive my car. No response. So, I filed an insurance claim. While waiting for a response, I researched their policy. Apparently, they don't cover damage to vehicles over 5 years old and after market parts. My car is 10 years old and this is the factory mirror. Still waiting for a response. While on the call with my insurance, I was told that Quick Quack has more claims than other car washes. For the $21.99 I've been paying monthly, I'm discovering cheaper is not better. There are plenty of other car wash places that are comparable. So take my word of caution and DO NOT VISIT HERE. read more

I have a membership to this car wash chain and usually don't have any major issues. I'd never been to this location, but was in the area and decided to drive thru, since I did need a car wash. There's always a members lane or guest lane and then 10-15 seconds later, the gate goes up and you can proceed. I pulled into the members lane and waited for a minute before realizing no one was at the tent area for check in. Some guy was nearby, vacuuming a car for somebody who was sitting in a car and eventually realized I was waiting to go thru. I think they must have been together. He then asked if I was a member, which like clearly I am since I'm in the members lane. Maybe if you were paying attention to your job you would know. Eventually I got through, and everything else was pretty normal. I did read another review from another yelper who mentioned them not using a lot of soap and water and I will agree that I also noticed less of both being used, compared to other locations around the valley. The vacuums seemed to work fine and there were plenty of towels for use. The duck duck go sign wasn't working, but that happens at a lot of these places. read more

Canceled my membership today. After a year of coming to this location, what liked like a new employee with poor training, guided me into the wash & my car wasn't going in, something was stopping it. I asked him, why & should I keep going even though I couldn't get my car to move without forcing it. He kept waving Me in, trelling me it was fine, never had me adjust in any way. I kept voicing my concern but he told me I had to keep going. Drive out onto the highway & my wheel is vibrating & wheel cover is all bent into the tire. Now have to get it looked at & fixed. Do Not trust this location when they force your car into the wash against your better judgment. read more

My car was damaged in the car wash by their blowers on April 3rd. A piece of trim flew off of the hood and hit my windshield. They stopped the car wash, picked up the damaged trim piece, and was told to drive around and speak to the manager. The team lead, Bri, came over and said the manager was on the phone and would call me in the afternoon. No call. Bri took an incident report and told me that the blowers had just been recalibrated because they weren't strong enough. Well, guess what they are too strong now. Right there they've admitted that their equipment was at fault for the damage. I have been back to the location 3 times to speak to "Kevin" the manager and he hasn't been there. He also refused to get off the phone the morning my car was damaged. I've called the corporate office 4 times and they give me the run around saying they'll inform the location to contact me. My car has $900 of damage to the hood and the windshield still needs to still be replaced. The thing is, the car was just inspected by the dealership the week prior and there was nothing wrong with it. I have the report to show the car was in perfect condition. Your customer service is pathetic as well as your managers follow up. Unacceptable to treat people like this when you're at fault. read more

I've been a regular Quick Quack Car Wash member for years, but after yesterday's experience, I'm officially done. What a joke. I asked the employee (a kid who seemed completely uninterested) to spray my windshield before sending my car through. Instead of doing his job, he just stood there staring at me while my vehicle rolled in without even the most basic prep. When the wash was done, my windows were still dirty -- like I hadn't even washed the car at all. I explained that I didn't have time to run it through again, and their solution? A useless air freshener. Really? That's your idea of customer service? I asked for the manager's card, and they claimed they ran out of business cards. How convenient. The entire attitude from the staff screamed, "We don't care." No accountability, no concern, no actual help. What makes you think offering a second wash solves the issue when I'm already tight on time and trusted you to do it right the first time? I'm canceling my membership immediately. I'll gladly drive further to Clean Freak, where the staff actually pays attention, the equipment works, and my car comes out looking clean -- without scratching my paint or wasting my time. Quick Quack: Do better or close your doors. You've officially lost a loyal customer. read more

I've been going to this care wash since it was built and called Hog Wash and that was15 years ago. The Quick Quack guys came and bought them up and things have gone downhill ever since. While I appreciate the issues with the hand air blowers and the OSHA regulation of them to no more than 30 PSI (which will NOT blow the water off a car), but today I got my car washed at the Cave Creek/Rose Garden location in Phoenix and it came out WET! Water was all over my vehicle, especially the back. I asked the guy next to me if he had the same experience and he went into a small tirade about how he has watched the quality of the wash degrade (he has also been around since Hog Wash). Since I now know about the OSHA ruling, I can forgive the lack of hand blower air pressure but if I have to completely dry my entire car after it comes out of the wash, I might as well wash it at home. The washing is much easier than the drying. I've read your other recent reviews and looks like you guys better get you act together or the only cars you will be washing are your own. And my wife just called me as she just went to your other location on Cave Creek south of Bell road and had the EXACT same experience. Just get it fixed and we're happy to stay, or don't and we are gone. It's your call. read more

A car wash is supposed to actually clean your car. They use very little water and soap. Your car just never comes out clean!! There are never enough towels and the vacuums are hit or miss if they actually work. The young kids running the place could care less. It's really a shame because it's a convenient location. Is it apathy or ignorance... Just got back after getting my pops car washed... the last passenger brush inside wash wasn't spinning which caused the whole passenger side to essentially not get cleaned... I told the attendant to which he replied "weird". So I went to give the office a heads up. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and advised the whole reason it wasn't working... which is great except no attempt at service recovery. Nothing. I advised that half the car didn't get clean... nothing. Maybe they should tell someone before buying a wash that only half the car will get cleaned. read more

I've been to this car wash a few times. The washes don't clean well and are so expensive and my car will still have bugs on the windshield or front of the car. The free vacuums are nice; however, the suction power is very weak and I am not able to vacuum everything. I usually have to take my car home as and use my shop-vac to get the remaining debris from the inside of my car. read more

Pulled up for basic car wash since it was the first time there. Attendant kept saying I should really sign up membership. Told him I wanted to try it out. He took a picture of the license plate and whatever else he did prior to me entering the car wash. After going through the wash I went to dry off the car and noticed my license plate was bent in half from one of the machines. I went over to talk to the attendant and he just looked at it and said I can try to fix it. Called the listed phone number of that location and I got the corporate office. Corporate said I need to go back and fill out paperwork, which he never even offered, and they would look into it. Corporate said chances are I would not get my refund but a free car wash. NOT! Never going again and hopefully nobody else does. read more

For the price I paid their machine did a horrible job cleaning my car. I literally had to rewash it by hand. For that same price I could have driven another 5 miles to a full service carwash and got a much better carwash. This was a bad experience and I will never go back and do not recommend it. I went to see if it was good enough to get a subscription but I will get a subscription at cobblestone which did a much better cleaning job and was full service for the same price. read more

First time through with a brand new Tesla and they put my car through with a big truck right behind me. My car apparently slipped and was hit and dented by the truck behind me. The car wash claims no responsibility and essentially "washes" their hands of the situation. I'm 100% disappointed and would stay away from this place. Addendum. The management replied that I had my brakes on. The car was in car wash mode. It is possible the car behind me was in drive. I did hit my brakes when I was hit from behind. read more

Not to burst anyone's bubble but I'm not a fan and won't be back. The price and the nice service guy who greeted me at the entrance to the car wash are the only things keeping this review from being one star. This car wash didn't get my car clean and actually left a large scratch along the top trim above my driver side doors and took a chunk of paint off my passenger side door. I'm not sure what went wrong while I was in there but the car wash was making some strange banging noises I've never heard a car wash make before so I'm not sure if something went wrong with their machines but I won't be back. I'll try somewhere else the next time I need a wash. It's not worth the $5 for my car to get beat up. ((My car is 10 years old but has never had problems with the paint in any other car wash I've ever been to over the course of its life. I take very good care of my car and it even has the resistall coating over the paint so there is no reason it should have been chipped and scratched in a car wash.)) read more

This car wash comes second to none! Bravo to management as EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF YOUR STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL! Every single time you go to this establishment, you are greeted with a warm and friendly smile and the staff always is ready to cater to whatever request you may have--extra towelette, purchase fragrance, etc. I have pulled up on a business call and the associates were so observant, they smiled gave me the thumbs up and checked me in. Then, while drying my car, the kind lady and gentleman came over and asked how everything was going and to confirm I was able to continue my call during the wash! I am the first to say that I'm over-the-top ridiculous with the cleanliness of my vehicles. I have, embarrassed to admit, driven through the wash a total of 3 consecutive times because I felt it wasn't as clean as it could be. That being said, every single time I pulled back through, they smiled and asked where I'd like them to put some extra cleanser to shine it up. Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with this company. Shortly after entering the wash, the alarm sounded and the machine stopped. I did not know why so I just sat in my car waiting.....after about a minute, the machine started again. I heard loud noises and the alarm went off again. I could tell my car was not in right position. An attendent finally came out and told me my car was off the track. I backed up and I was able to get back on the track. Left the car wash and should have inspected my vehicle. The next morning I noticed damage to my front right bumper. When my car went off track, it hit a part of the machine. I went back to the car wash and explained what occured. Set an appointment with the Manager for a following day. When I arrived for the appt. I was told the Manager was "in the breakroom" and I would need to wait. I waited a few minutes and then asked the attendent to inform the Manager I was there for our scheduled appt. He hesitantly agreed and returned to tell me it would be a few more minutes becuase he was "shaving". I could not help but laugh out loud. Manager came out and we reviewed the video. Why I cannot say why my car went off track, my advice is to be cautious if the machine alarm goes off. I asked the Manager why the attendent did not say anything the first time. He said, "We usually give the customer a minute to figure it out". Figure what out? I had no idea this was due to my car. I thought it was the machine. He should not have started the machine again if he knew my vehicle was not in the correct position. I was told they were not liable for any part of the damage but would cancel my membership since I made it clear I would not ever use their services again. read more

Quick Quack is dishonest and stole from my minor daughter. She paid a monthly charge and cancelled it in June but realized in January that she was still being charged. I was with her when she cancelled her subscription so I know it was done. When I called today to let them know a mistake had been made the guy who answered simply repeated, "I'm the shift supervisor. There is no record of you cancelling this. I can refund your last charge but that's all I can do." No matter how many times I asked he refused to let me talk to anyone else or even give me an email for someone who could check into what was going on saying they "don't give refunds for non-use." I let him know we live a mile from the car wash and would have used it if it weren't cancelled by us. He only contined to talk over the top of me repeating that he was the shift supervisor and had the final say. This company is dishonest and although our family had 4 cars with subscriptions there I will never return. A company's integrity matters to me and they showed none. read more

I had a very bad experience in the car wash at North Cave Creek Road. After car wash my front wind shield got cracked. Raised the incident to the store and had a bad experience with the store Manager (Cheyenne Alvarez) she was very rude and declined the incident.. Really felt bad, raised the concern with their Regional office..pls never go to this location. Being a paid member and this is the experience I had and no respect for the customer :( read more
