Good attention to detail in the prewash and the automated system does a great job. Afterwards, there's free vacuums and air jets to spot detail. They offer a $25/month unlimited top of the line offer that's an additional $10/mo for additional family members. They have cheaper deals too. Most expensive option is $12, and is well worth it. You also get a baggy with a microfiber, dash cleaner and an air freshener. Gets all those freeway bugs off and your car comes out awesome. I recommend coming here! read more

Update. The new employees suck. Brian Vasquez in Particular has a problem with doing his job. He's very aggressive and angry. They don't clean the vacuums so none of them work. I went through the wash and tried several vacuum bays and they were all clogged up. Brian stood at the front of my car and glared at me for several minutes very aggressively and then threatened me because I was mad that none of the vacuums worked. They obviously knew it, but they were more interested in inconveniencing the customers than making sure the vacuums worked. I know that good employees are hard to find, but aggressive people drive customers away, like me, and I have been a customer for several years. Not anymore. I have already requested that my monthly subscription be cancelled. read more

Great staff, always polite. Competitive pricing. When you sign up for the monthly you get a nice pack with air freshener, wet wipe, and an actual microfiber towel. The wash is good but the drying vents are not the best. If I don't get out to dry it immediately I'm left with water spots and my car looks worse then when it went in. There are free vacuums. I just paid $15 for a car wash and my car is still covered in bugs in Sap. You would think if you upgraded two times the basic level they could do a little more for you. I am so frustrated I just spent $15 and you almost can't tell I washed my car. read more

I went to go get my car wash and on the way in, I accidentally ran over a curb resulting in a flat tire! However, I was greeted by Joe who graciously looked at my tires because I was still in my car at that point and he confirmed one was flat. Without missing a beat, he told me to back up and park in the front and he put on my spare without me even asking him to and told me about the discount tire down the street. And to make up for my misfortune which was absolutely no one's fault but my own, he gave my car a free wash and tire shine when I came back after my new tire was put on! I was tempted to give them one star but on past occassions (previous owners) they did better. My car came out of the Raceway wash on Bell Rd. with streaks of dirt from the washing strips and a dirty grill. I showed it to them and asked to have it rewashed but they refused. I totally understand that they might not be up to par on a given day but they should have offered to rewash it at no charge or give me a voucher for a future wash when their equipment has been cleaned and working better. I cancelled my monthly car wash two months ago and they are still billing me every month. I tried to go into the car wash twice with no resolution. I went to Raceway last night, to get the "2.00 off" they feature between 6-7pm. It was slow at the time and employee Chris decided he would go "waaay above and beyond" for me. I'd asked if they could brush the wheels of my car, as they don't get very clean, in any car wash. He not only did that, he upgraded my wash - without cost to me - and after I'd run thru, continued cleaning my wheels by hand. They looked as good as new when he was done! I absolutely love this location! As an Uber driver I am constantly washing my car. I use their car wash club and this is by far the cleanest, most effective location. The vaccuum s work fantastic! My car was damaged at this location. Scuffs on my windshield all way down hood where it was scratched! An Incident report was taken by employee I believe her name was Kaylee or Cassie I have a picture copy of that incident report clearly stating that she did not see the damage before the car ran through the car wash. Raceway insured that my vehicle would be fixed to look better than it had before. An appointment was scheduled to meet with a general manager Nick Sylvester at the location on bell for him to take a look at the damage on my car . I got to the appointment and he never showed up stating he was on vacation and did not want to come! once again we had a scheduled meeting! I was able to speak with Nick over the phone, he was very rude, The level of customer service he offered me was below awful . he asked me when I was available to have my car fixed I told him a few times and he said would get back to me with a scheduled time to fix my car when he wanted. The rudeness and unprofessionalism continued.. I reached out to Nick later that morning to find out if my appointment had been scheduled And to inform him that I would need to be reimbursed for all the gas/travel and time lost to get this repair completed. He Then became very agitated and told me that I was being difficult And that he was going to be declining the claim because he wanted to simply lol and to take him to small claims court . I asked him to speak with the owner or the manager and he said that he spoke on behalf of the owner and that was the decision. I have pictures and proof and a copy of the incident report clearly stating RACEWAY is at fault and I will 100% be taking this to small claims court!! this is very WRONG!!! read more

I love this place. So quick and easy. No waiting; perfect if you're in a hurry. Even the cheapest wash($3 during certain times. $5 regularly) is better than what I've gotten at cobblestone for $30+. I bought an unlimited package for less than $20 and in the first month it MORE than paid for itself! And the service is great. I'm not sure of his name, but the same gentleman has greeted me at the check in station every time I have been there. He is super sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. Sure to put a smile on your face. I lost one of my wiper blades by the blowers last time and he was so apologetic and courteous about it. It, of course, was not his fault in any way so there was no apology necessary and I really only mentioned it because I didn't want it to get caught in the track or cause any damage went right in ASAP to retrieve it for me without having to be asked. read more
