This car wash clearly does not care about customer service, that being said, took my brand new Acura integra in there for a routine cleaning like I normally would do with my previous vehicles, but for this car it was the first ever experience through a quick quack. Proceeding to let the automated car wash do its thing in neutral. Do not touch the steering wheel and let it just push you out until it tells you you can put it back into gear to go, but as I was going through the car suddenly jumped at the very end off track for an unknown reason and completely took a big chunk out of my expensive new rims that they did not claim any responsibility even though I've been a customer and know how the functions of this car wash works. It's not quick for quick quack car wash. I do like quick quack. I just hate this location. Every single time without fail the car wash takes forever because the guy cashier just will not take no for an answer. I must've said no or I'll think about it 5 or 6 times. My car wash took 15 minutes im so serious. I was late for work because he kept talking and talking trying to convince me to get the membership. Most of those 15 minutes was him talking and the car wash takes maybe a minute to go through. So that tells you something. I don't even use any vacuums. That's absurd. And he keeps doing it. I've been twice in the past month same location and have to take a breath. Omg. Never this one again. I like the one on cave creek and cactus. They just take the no and let me on my way. read more

I've used this car wash many times in the past and today an employee came up and asked me if I was gonna be washing my car when I was just vacuuming it out. I only needed a little vacuuming and not a wash and I was told that I could not use the vacuums if I was not getting a car wash. I will no longer be using any of the quick quack car washes if this is the kind of customer service they choose to provide after I have spent hundreds of dollars getting car washes at this location. Yall I have been here multiple times for a single wash, and because the guys normally there are SO aggressive trying to sell, saying buzz words like "life is too short, may as well get it now" really rubbed me the wrong way, having lost a child, it's not a good way to sell something. But I was just in here and met by a happy smiling face JADA... she was so kind and so respectful. She did offer the membership but was not pushy. Because of her laid back sales style, I now am motivated to cancel my cobblestone and Jackson's membership and get a membership from her. I will never come here again. The employee -- who I won't name out of respect, even though they showed none -- was pushy, rude, and arrogant. From the start, they completely ignored every "no" I gave, fast-talking me and trying to push a subscription I clearly wasn't interested in. I politely said I just wanted a single wash, but they kept insisting. When I finally had to be firm and say I'm not interested and to please just let me through, they responded with a sarcastic "you okay man?" before taking my card. Then, instead of moving on, they continued to pressure me about their "discount" subscription and questioned whether I understood what they were saying. At that point, I just stayed silent while they finally ran my card. If the manager or owner is willing to reach out and discuss this further, I'd appreciate it -- but as it stands, we won't be coming back and strongly recommend others stay away from this location. read more

I've been a member here for about 2 years. Dion always remembers who I am and gets me right through to my car wash. Even in the heat, he has an upbeat attitude and a smile. just now NEW Held hostage by worker. Went to quick quack so my daughter could experience a car wash for the first time. The guy kept trying to upsell me on a membership. I told him no multiple times, but he would not listen, kept saying just to hear him out. My daughter was getting upset and he still wouldn't stop trying to upsell me, felt like I was being held hostage! There were 3 cars lined up behind me, someone else came out to help them and they all ended up passing me because this guy wouldn't stop trying to get me to buy their membership! I've been here a few times. The car washes are good and the vacuums and the compressed air are nice. The pre packaged dash towels are nice too. Nothing bad about the car washes. But what got me is the last few times I went, the pressure to sign up for the monthly unlimited washes was just unbearable. The pressure sales just turned me off completely! And the salesman actually was rude when I had rebuffed him for the 3rd time in a row saying no thank you. I'll be going somewhere else or doing it myself. read more

The first time experience at this car wash was great! I went for their "best wash" which cost $20 and it seemed like a lot of money but why not try the best in order to gauge comparison expectations with nearby quick services. Couple things impressed me right away, 1 the overall performance of the wash and 2 the professionalism of the staff and their uniforms. The best wash turned out great and was pleased that it didn't rush through the conveyor. The tire shine did an adequate job and the wax was applied well without post-wash dry spray spots or residue feel. The gentleman working the orders was the one also guiding the cars to enter the conveyor, and spraying the car before the automated wash takes over. It's a good 25 feet or so back and forth that he was dealing with. Impressive especially when there was probably 6 cars in line for a wash. Hats off to that worker as he was efficient as possible while staying professional and not rushing "the talk" when taking the service order. He asked if I was going to join the recurring services which is a monthly fee which I never had a real need for it, but after this experience, I am heavily considering it. Their uniforms is traditional professional; white long sleeve button up, black tie and slacks. You don't see this type of attire anymore especially at a quick car wash. Which makes me feel like they are proud of their branding and service. This alone deserves 5 stars as it's makes me comfortable and confident. For $40/mo. you get unlimited best washes and I would feel happy if I ran my car 3x month to feel like I got my moneys worth. I'm only considering this because the wash did a great job. Highly recommend this car wash and trying their top tier wash. I did not use their vacuums at my visit as I was in a rush back home but would expect to be as good as any other car wash. read more

I pulled in to the lane and was immediately greeted by a salesman named Steven that offered me both a membership and a couple accessories that I could add to my car cleaning objective. He wasn't too pushy and was very informative while explaining. He extensively told me that the membership is an ongoing charge that is similar to like a streaming service of some sort. Zero Stars. 910 E Bell location. I'm 52 and I've never filed a claim for anything car related. Went to this location to wash my new car for the 1st time. Was in line behind one other vehicle. not sure why this person could not proceed but I was told I had to go around them by the attendant. I said I'm too close and she said u just need to back up a little bit. I backed up a little bit and went around and instantly hit a cement barrier that was not visible from inside my car. $3000 worth of damage. Management offered me $250. Nothing more even when I recontacted to say I had to rent a car for part of the window while it was getting fixed. Stuck filing a claim and my insurance premium went up immediately following. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. read more

No bad experiences here! Friendly employees and my car always looks shiny and clean after going through with the Lucky Duck wash about once a month. My son loves to join me and marvel at the fun colors and lights that they have. We do a quick vacuum and blow out at the end and we're good as new. You drive up and pay (or if you have a membership, just wait until you have the thumbs-up to go), go thru the wash, and then park to use the free vacuum stalls. Pretty easy and simple. It's not fully automated. You still have to rely on someone before you drive thru. But overall, simple. I got the membership because I clean my car often. If it goes smoothly for awhile, I'll prob stay with them. We'll see. read more

In a rude tone finally loud enough for me to hear she said I can hear you just fine. She didn't spray under my car even though I paid for the best car wash that has it for a service. Didn't help guide my car into the track. Didn't give me a receipt. I come here b/c of the usual Nice personalized attention, but certainly did not receive it today. Literally the worst car wash ever. I have scratches on my car I didn't have and my car has never come out of a car wash so dirty. The bird poop is even still intact. I paid $15.99 and sadly didn't get a receipt and paid cash. Toyota Corolla silver. Came in around 2:45 on Tuesday. Would like a refund. You can literally see where the rollers just rolled over the dirt. The basic car wash at any other wash I've ever been in (and my car is 2004) was better than this. read more
