I came in with a need that I did not have an appointment for. Thomas hustled and got approval from his boss, Zach, to get the service I came in for. He was professional, kind, and worked with me to get the best possible results. If I lived closer I would absolutely frequent Jackson's Car Wash, without hesitation. read more

I've had a membership at Jackson's car wash for years and have always loved the convenience. It's close to our house, so it's easy to run through on the way to or from home when my car needs a bath. I've always had a good experience with the employees, especially Rico who is always so friendly. Unfortunately, today's experience was completely unacceptable and was the worst customer service I've ever received there. When I pulled up, my membership barcode sticker wouldn't scan. This has happened before and the employees just ask for my phone number, pull up my account, and let me go through. Today, the employee, Devin, asked for my phone number. He pulled up the account and then walked behind my car to look at the license plate. He came back and told me that the license plate on my car didn't match the license plate attached to my account. I explained this is my account and I've been coming here with this same car for last few years. I said that must be an old license plate from when I had my Tesla. When I got a new car and license plate it was never updated in their system. This should have been a very simple issue to resolve. Instead, Devin proceeded to accuse me of having a membership barcode that wasn't legitimate. He told me that the barcode sticker in my window was not the type they currently use and that I must have gotten it from someone and copied it. Essentially, he was accusing me of taking someone else's membership barcode and trying to get a free car wash. That accusation was extremely offensive. I have been paying for a monthly membership for years. The barcode in my window is the same one I received when I originally signed up for the membership years ago. I'm sure the barcode stickers they give out now might look different but this was the original. I tried explaining this to Devin several times, but he continued insisting that I must have copied the barcode because I had tape on the top and bottom to keep it on the window. Instead of listening to me or calling a manager to verify my account, he continued arguing with me and treating me like I was trying to scam the business. His tone and lack of customer service were incredibly rude and frustrating. There is tape on the barcode because it's old and just like the oil change stickers they sometimes start to peel and fall off. Then the situation got even worse. I was sitting in the entrance area trying to resolve the issue, and several cars had lined up behind me to get a car wash. Rather than calling a manager or finding a reasonable solution, Devin made all three cars behind me back up into the road and then told me I needed to reverse out. Unbelievable! I told him that I would be contacting his manager because of the way I was being treated. I understand that employees need to verify memberships. I have absolutely no issue with that. What I do have an issue with is being accused of stealing or copying a membership barcode when I am a longtime paying customer. There were several professional ways this could have been handled. If he wasn't sure what to do, he could have simply called a manager. And let's remember this a $5 drive through car wash. Instead, he chose to accuse me, argue with me, refuse to let me go through the car wash, and ultimately make me and the cars behind me back out into the road. Which was incredibly rude to the other cars as well. One even drove off after because I'm sure they were sick of waiting. I have been a customer for years and have always had positive experiences at Jackson's, which is why this was so disappointing. Devin's complete lack of customer service makes me want to cancel our monthly membership. I certainly should not have to worry about being treated like I'm trying to steal a car wash when I am a paying customer. I also hope to never see this rude kid again. Management needs to address this. Verifying a membership is one thing. Accusing a longtime customer of theft and handling the situation this way is completely unacceptable. Devin has a lot to learn about customer service. I have since called the manager and waiting for a call back. read more

Got my coupon online and got a free truck wash.. The guys who work there do a great job. They even let me pull in a little bit to see if my truck would fit in the car wash. I t got the truck pretty clean. There were still some spots on it that did not get cleaned near the rocker panels. read more

I hate driving past this car wash. I can't even go get gas at Jackson's without being harassed by the employees at the carwash constantly trying to fix my windshield. You can literally watch them walk in between people's cars staring at their cars trying to see damages so they can talk people into business. If I'm getting gas before work, the last thing I want to do is be bothered by some guy trying to talk me into changing my glass. Especially when Im already in the process of changing it! Bums me out that I have to go somewhere else for gas or constantly be baited here. read more

I had a chip in my windshield Katherine quickly and efficiently took care of it. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended and great value for the service. Michael and Angel were also exceptional with the window tinting, and the car windows look perfect, also highly recommended. Angel did an incredible job and Michael was great with setting everything up. read more

Half Off Tuesdays & Wednesdays! Pulled through for a wash after having fun over up at Lake Pleasant. The guy that helped me out was professionally, and made the whole thing quickly convenient. Got me the exact wash I wanted without any confusion, and all for a solid price. I asked if he could dry the exterior a bit and he pulled through for me. Thanks again Rico! read more

just a crappy back of the gas station run through machine. not worth the trip. I am told they actually have a full service car wash somewhere miles away. read more

Quick and efficient. Staff was very friendly. Would come again. We didn't get any special services.

Johnny provided Excellent service!!!! Thank you so much. We came in from California and our car needed a good wash. Johnny was amazing.

After FIVE entire weeks of trying to get a hold of someone from this location to try and come to a civil resolution for this I thought it's definitely time to speak out and show what type of company this is... 5 weeks ago my car went into this car wash and came out like this... somehow the manger on sight said they couldn't take liability and I would have to go through general managers.... And yet 5 weeks later (I keep repeating how long ago it was because I'm baffled) after calling MULTIPLE times a week I can't even get a general manager to take a phone call with me. I am not entirely sure if they are hoping I will give up and move on... but this is not ok. Stay away!! 6 weeks later a manager (Sean) contacted me and spoke to me like a child. Said that it wasn't his fault "you couldn't take simple direction" dismissed me when I asked what could have possibly be on the track to damage a tire like this. Seemed bored and uninterested in even speaking to me. Truely horrible customer service. read more

Rico was working. Probably the nicest guy on the planet and some of the best customer service I've had anywhere, let alone a car wash. Highly recommend giving it a shot if Rico is there working. Great start to the day! read more

I love this car wash! Customer service is out of this world! I always look forward to seeing Rico, he is a master at his craft.

Basic car wash and overpriced. The previous car wash at the same location was much better. Too much sales tactics for both the car wash and glass repair. Please don't shake every customer's hands and spread germs! read more

I have been using Jackson's for about a year now and am pretty happy with their services. I try to go in on non busy times so they can take their time with my car. I've noticed when they are busy they don't pay close attention to detail and ensuring the car is clean and presentable. For the most part they have been great. It'd be nice to have better consistency with the end result. Overall I am happy with them and will continue using their services. read more

Jacksons Car Wash - Clean fresh car - Car Wash Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks now and I have found that it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. Inside the portal you can't click on the cancel membership option. The phone number they provide for assistance (888-831-8093) is a non working number. You can the locations phone number and no one answers. inside the portal it will allow you to remove your card information in order for billing to stop. So I am having to result in calling my bank to stop the charges. It's absolutely ridiculious! DONT NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY. read more

This was my first time at this car wash and everything was amazing. It's a great price, amazing staff and very fast. I am unsure of the gentleman's name who helped me today but I always see him out there every weekend. I haven't washed my car in months so I had lots of bugs stuck to the front of my car and the gentleman really took his time to scrub every last bug off my car. I highly recommend this place even to anyone who needs to run their car through the wash in 5 minutes, this is your place ! read more

This is the very best car wash in the valley. Prices are super reasonable and the machine does a super nice job at cleaning the car! Darren the technician is super welcoming and explains how everything works upon your arrival ! The cleaning is very quick and hassle free! Make sure to tip Darren well as he does a super nice job at drying the car for any wet spots after your car goes thru the cleaning process in the machine ! read more

Great service and a great value! Friendly employees. Ask for Johnny and he will take care of you! All around I highly recommend

Basic car wash; I like that they vacuum and clean the inside of the car and dry the outside but I don't like having to drive through the car wash myself. read more

Quality...for the price, after buying premium gas, is there. I would mimic previous reviews; no towels

This place charges $12 for a basic car wash but NO VACUUM and a spot to dry your car. It's my first and last time there.

I AM LEAVING A REVIEW BECAUSE LAST TIME I WENT IN, Ron was such an awesome employee. He talked to me, made me laugh and I actually felt welcomed. I would recommend coming in here, I rated my experience with him a 10/10 and I'd honestly just come back to this specific gas station to buy something, just to have a chat with him. YOU THE MAN RON. read more

johnny helped me out with getting my car wash today , my car is extra clean and i'm happy . thankyou!

5 stars for the attendant at the new Jackson's car wash Darren so sweet and scrubbed the front of my car and back of my mirrior a before I went in. Thanked me multiple times for trying them out with their free wash text sign ups! read more

My car was ridiculously filthy after a road-trip. Bryce took the time to help me out and spray my car down extra good to get all the bugs off. Also - didn't realize that washes are 50% off on Wednesdays. Can't beat that! Thank you! read more

Customer service was great but the car wash was not. There is no place to dry off the excess water that is left on your vehicle after the wash is done. So your car dries with water spots all over it. If that does not bother you, then this is your place. read more

Best full service car wash I've been to! Jonah was very informative and helpful. Clean facility.

The dayshift manager was so rude. She was not a bit kind, helpful. I thought customers. Are supposed to be teated. The way that everyone wants to be treated. Very very disappointed. I think Jacksons need to address this problem...... read more

Great car wash and detail! The most value for your money I definitely recommend this car wash I go regularly and my car always looks like new! read more

This is a good car wash *when they're actually open. It's a total gamble if they'll be open when you get there though. It's so disappointing because they say they're open until 7:00, but today at 5:45 they were already closed. No regular hours, totally unreliable and you can't get through to anyone if you call. My husband and I both pay for their monthly unlimited plan and hardly ever get to use it because of this issue. Get it together please Jackson's! read more

I just got home from Jackson's on Tatum. The entire front of my car and side mirrors are still covered in bug/bird dirt and I had to get it off myself. The lower side panels are still streaked with road grease! Boo on me for not checking before I drove away. And I left a nice tip, too. My bad. I am especially angry since the sales guy that checked me in was pushing a $200 detail!! Why on earth would I ever want this place to detail my car if this is the quality they put out there?? If you are dumb enough to go here, please do a walk around before you drive away. read more

Good service on my car. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Minimal wait time even for full service wash and mat cleaning.
