I hate driving past this car wash. I can't even go get gas at Jackson's without being harassed by the employees at the carwash constantly trying to fix my windshield. You can literally watch them walk in between people's cars staring at their cars trying to see damages so they can talk people into business. If I'm getting gas before work, the last thing I want to do is be bothered by some guy trying to talk me into changing my glass. Especially when Im already in the process of changing it! Bums me out that I have to go somewhere else for gas or constantly be baited here. read more

After FIVE entire weeks of trying to get a hold of someone from this location to try and come to a civil resolution for this I thought it's definitely time to speak out and show what type of company this is... 5 weeks ago my car went into this car wash and came out like this... somehow the manger on sight said they couldn't take liability and I would have to go through general managers.... And yet 5 weeks later (I keep repeating how long ago it was because I'm baffled) after calling MULTIPLE times a week I can't even get a general manager to take a phone call with me. I am not entirely sure if they are hoping I will give up and move on... but this is not ok. Stay away!! 6 weeks later a manager (Sean) contacted me and spoke to me like a child. Said that it wasn't his fault "you couldn't take simple direction" dismissed me when I asked what could have possibly be on the track to damage a tire like this. Seemed bored and uninterested in even speaking to me. Truely horrible customer service. read more

I have been using Jackson's for about a year now and am pretty happy with their services. I try to go in on non busy times so they can take their time with my car. I've noticed when they are busy they don't pay close attention to detail and ensuring the car is clean and presentable. For the most part they have been great. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks now and I have found that it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. Inside the portal you can't click on the cancel membership option. The phone number they provide for assistance (888-831-8093) is a non working number. You can the locations phone number and no one answers. inside the portal it will allow you to remove your card information in order for billing to stop. So I am having to result in calling my bank to stop the charges. It's absolutely ridiculious! DONT NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY. read more

This was my first time at this car wash and everything was amazing. It's a great price, amazing staff and very fast. I am unsure of the gentleman's name who helped me today but I always see him out there every weekend. I haven't washed my car in months so I had lots of bugs stuck to the front of my car and the gentleman really took his time to scrub every last bug off my car. This is the very best car wash in the valley. Prices are super reasonable and the machine does a super nice job at cleaning the car! Darren the technician is super welcoming and explains how everything works upon your arrival ! The cleaning is very quick and hassle free! This place charges $12 for a basic car wash but NO VACUUM and a spot to dry your car. It's my first and last time there.

Customer service was great but the car wash was not. There is no place to dry off the excess water that is left on your vehicle after the wash is done. So your car dries with water spots all over it. If that does not bother you, then this is your place. read more

This is a good car wash *when they're actually open. It's a total gamble if they'll be open when you get there though. It's so disappointing because they say they're open until 7:00, but today at 5:45 they were already closed. No regular hours, totally unreliable and you can't get through to anyone if you call. My husband and I both pay for their monthly unlimited plan and hardly ever get to use it because of this issue. Get it together please Jackson's! read more

I just got home from Jackson's on Tatum. The entire front of my car and side mirrors are still covered in bug/bird dirt and I had to get it off myself. The lower side panels are still streaked with road grease! Boo on me for not checking before I drove away. And I left a nice tip, too. My bad. I am especially angry since the sales guy that checked me in was pushing a $200 detail!! Why on earth would I ever want this place to detail my car if this is the quality they put out there?? If you are dumb enough to go here, please do a walk around before you drive away. read more
