got a quick wash and dry today . But the soap did not rinse off anywhere on my vehicle left tons of soap spots everywhere . I went back and talked to the worker but he said the manager was not there . They should check and make sure that their equipment is working properly . Had to go to another car wash . I had the worst experience ever at their Cactus location in Phoenix. Poor customer service by supposed managment . While going through the car wash my tire got stuck on conveyor scratching my rim. I noticed it while I was drying my rims. I took a picture and asked to speak to the manager, the man changing towels stated he was the manager. I explained what occurred and he stated "this has never happened before" then walked away. I called the next day to speak with cooperate headquarters - they only have one number on the website - I was deffered to a calling center - who assured me they would contact corporate and they would contact me witihin 24-48 hours. After no response. I called again. I was then advised to go back to the office at the location on Cactus - they do not have an office for the public - to file an incident report. After tracking down the manager Dave. I proceeded to tell him what occured and to review the video cameras. He immediately became belligerent, aggressive, and condescending. He refused to file an incident report, after I insisted that he do so, I then asked for a copy of the report he then "barked" no then walked away. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I had an awful experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. They damaged my car during the wash and didn't even bother to call me back for 2 weeks. At first, they said they would check the cameras. Then, after claiming it wasn't their fault, they changed their story a month later and said the damage happened while my car was being dried--but still refused to take responsibility. The whole process was handled extremely slowly and unprofessionally. On top of that, I found out they have a hidden policy that if your car is 5 years old or older, they won't take responsibility for any damages they cause. That's outrageous. To make things worse, my car wasn't even clean after the wash, and I didn't get any refund or compensation for the damage they caused. Save yourself the stress and money--there are plenty of better car washes that actually care about their customers. I just wanted a wash before school started and disappointed doesn't even compare to how I felt. EDIT: THEY ALSO LIKE TO TAKE DOWN REVIEWS SO YOU CANT SEE THIS STUFF- do NOT waste your money here read more

For an automatic car wash this place is great. Always quick and well maintained. The memberships are fairly priced. The towels they put out are usually damp. Just get more cheap towels and leave a batch in the dryer and then put out dry towels Overall really solid. read more

Store manager, Tim Cannon was awesome today! I've been dealing with a license plate issue with our two cars for a while now. He recognized my frustration, took control of the situation and resolved it right on the spot. Quick quack could benefit for more guys like Tim running their operations. Much appreciated Tim. Thank you so much! read more

Short wash, still had bugs on the grill in spite of asking for that to be addressed. Weak vacuum and air hose that did nothing. Step it up! Won't be back. read more

I can't believe I'm leaving a review on a car wash business but here we are. The location on Cactus is the worst. The management is terrible and try to use what little power they have to throw their weight around. They've approached my husband at the vacuums before and said he wasn't allowed to use them because they were for members only (we ARE members and literally had just gone through the wash?). Also, she doesn't work there anymore, but one of their old employees once screamed and berated my husband while he was trying to go through the wash. All their new staff seem great now. Management still sucks. read more

My go to place to get my car washed. I guess I'm a creature of habit. They have several different car wash levels to pick. I usually get the $4.99 basic. They also have monthly memberships but let's be real how many times a month will we be washing our vehicles. The workers are always friendly and efficient. They were having difficulties with the credit card reader the day I was there. I checked in on my yelp app and received a free air freshener. They also give you a little towelette to wipe the inside of you car down. I love the air blower that gets the excess water off your vehicle. They probably have some of the strongest vacuum cleaners in the business. I have to be sure to pull my hair up so it doesn't get sucked up. I usually bring my own soft towel to dry my car. They do have a place to hang your car mats so they can be vacuumed. Very economic way to wash your car. read more

These drive-thru automatic car washes are now trying to charge $10 per wash??? And that was for the cheapest one. Wild. Barely even cleaned the car & doesn't dry it at all. And that doesn't even factor in the annoying sales people trying to force you to buy a membership. Avoid. EDIT: no wayyyyy they're trying to sell the memberships even in their responses on here hahahahaha read more

Marcus was amazing! Great customer service and great car wash! Thank you Marcus! Will be returning in the future!

Nick S. was very helpful in leading me to the right crash membership for me! Thank you for all that you continue to do! I got a great deal!!

Really mailing it in these days. The most expensive wash leaves unrinsed soap on the vehicle and leaves it mostly wet. They no longer provide towels at the vacuum stands. The vacuum is barely functional. $20 for an automated wash? You'd better knock it out of the park in the amenities. This one does not even cover the basics anymore. Sad. read more

I hate using this car wash. they never have any clean towels when I come here. But they always want to sell me a monthly service package. Unfortunately there's no superstars close by. Those guys knock it out of the park. read more

Moses is the best! Great experience all around and very efficient service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jordan and Moses were super helpful and kind! Look forward to coming back just to catch up and get car washed. They were able to help me with downloading the Quickquack app ! Love it read more

The lights are cool.....there's neon lights as your going through the car wash so it's kinda like going to a rave foam party. Now the cons: They are either over staffed or understaffed. I always feel bad when there's 1 guy working the whole complex. I wouldn't recommend this for wide trucks or if you can't pull your mirrors in. We drive a raptor and they have this "board" that goes around the entrance and there is 1" between the mirrors and it unless we pull them in. If you check their prices online, they charge more for the AZ locations then they do CA. read more

Coming here was the best. Moses greeted me with a smile and completely valued my car and I. He greeted with me a smile and quickly sold me the best option for a carwash. He's great at what he does! read more

This is my least favorite location. Entrance is rather confusing at first. Equipment is broken and/or missing altogether. Trashes are overflowing with employees doing a whole lot of nothing. How about taking the guy whose only job seemed to be spraying the front of my car with a low pressure garden hose and put him on trash detail. Or maintenance. Something else because I can do without the pointless water spray prior to entering a high powered car wash. But empty trashes would benefit all and get rid of the bees and flies. I would not recommend this location. read more

Place is fine enough. Drive thru car wash like any other drive thru car wash. Girl checking me out was very nice and efficient. The guy waving me into the wash must've been having a terrible day. I'm not sure if he knew I could hear him say "Come on bro I don't have time for this. Hurry up." Got the car clean enough. I wouldn't come here regularly, especially if another drive thru car wash opens up in the area. read more

Trevor with Quick quack car wash was phenomenal all around. It was 105 degrees today. He had prompt customer service, a genuine smile and just made the initial experience super great. Very nice car wash. I did the most expensive wash & my car shined like glass. Vacuum is very good too. I was very pleased with the results for 35$ read more

Fantastic customer service!!!! I accidentally vacuumed my car keys and the manager, Raymond, quickly began to help me look. Raymond did everything he could to help me find the keys (power off the vacuums, open up pipes, stick his whole arm in a pipe, etc.). In the end, I lost my keys and had to call a Locksmith. But Raymond offered me water and said he could even give me a ride home while I waited for the locksmith to arrive (we live only half a mile away). Thank you Raymond for the going above and beyond with your customer service!! read more

I've been to multiple quick quack locations and this is by far the worst car wash that I've ever been to in my life. Customer service is horrible here and that alone gets a big fat zero. I've been to this location several times and about a month ago when I was there the car in front of me ran into the car in front of them. The reason this happened was because the workers put too many cars in the tunnel at once. As soon as the front person is done, it pushes their car out. Unless that car takes off immediately, the car behind them is going to run into them because the track is still moving. There was definitely damage to the car in front of me and the gentleman driving the vehicle had to get out of his car and exchange information with the car in front of him that he hit. Not cool! Today I was there and once again, they're stacking cars in way too often, and not leaving enough space in between each vehicle. When I got into the tunnel, I didn't continue in neutral like she told me too because the car in front of me was less than 10 feet away. She stopped the entire track and everybody inside of it even though I had not even entered the tunnel yet. I asked her why she did that and she said because you're not going. I explain to her that she's got way too many cars in the tunnel at one time and she had a major attitude with me, rolling her eyes at me at least three times. I asked her if I could talk to the manager and she said in a snooty voice, I am the manager. So I told her I would be calling corporate, and her response to me was. Oh please do! Please tell them I said hello and that I'm doing my job. In a very sarcastic tone. I also explain to her that about a month and a half ago I was there and the person in front of me hit the car in front of them because there are too many cars in the tunnel at one time. I told her that there was significant damage to the car in front of me And that they had to contact corporate to get their car fixed. She said oh ha ha, I seriously doubt that. This location never has towels in the containers and the vacuums pressure stinks! All of them! If you want to drive through car wash just to get a quick rinse, that's one thing but don't expect to be able to clean your car on the outside unless you bring your own towels with you. The only reason I come to this one is because I have to be out here once a week for something so it's convenient. That's it! Otherwise, I would never come here. Nor would I recommend anyone else coming here. I've never seen such horrible customer service from a quick quack. Typically the employees at the other locations are always super kind and friendly with big smiles on their face. I live in Gilbert and typically go to that one and it's amazing. This one not so much. Do yourself a favor, business owner and ditch the heavyset girl who claims she's a manager. She's horrible. The business owner responded to this post but failed to address the horrible service from his so called manager nor the lack of supplies at his establishment. To the owner regarding how the tunnel works. I'm with aware of how the tunnel in the trap work. However, if the front person that is done with your car wash, does not exit immediately, the person behind them is going to run into them because the track will throw them into the front car still sitting there. That is exactly what happened when I was there a month ago. Bottom line is, they are putting way too many cars in the tunnel at one time. It's not safe and it leaves the customer feeling uncomfortable. Fix it and fix your employees. read more

Got there 1 minute after closing. I am a monthly paying member and always purchase things and give tips. I work 50 hours a week and rushed to come after week only to be turned away at 8:01. Rewind the cameras and take a look. Not great customer service. Guys were still standing at the posts. Would have taken me 3 min to let me go through. Obviously the employee just wanted to go home. I'll be canceling soon and going somewhere else who knows customer service. How disappointing. read more

Overall it was a good wash! The vacuums worked well and I love when car washes have the air blowers to blow the extra water drops and dust off. They handed me two of the inside wipes which was a first. Other places usually give just one and having a child in the car that never goes very far. Only 4 stars though because I got the "best" wash and my rims were still pretty bad so I had to do more work than I would have liked. read more

This is for the location on Cactus. I will spare you the details. QuickWack Carwash damaged my car. Headquarters said sorry contact the manager there and you will be made whole . I drove a second time to that location. I provided the manager with an attachment for the cost of the repair part (yes, less than $12.00, with the product details, cost etc...and time of delivery. Yet, he wanted a written copy that would show my banking information. Not cool. PS: after back and forth, the regional manager made the QUICK decision to reimburse me in cash immediately. That should have been done at the very beginning. Anyway, thank you Mike for doing the right thing. read more

The car wash is ok. They don't have a power washer when your truck is a little muddy and 1/2 to 3/4 of the vacuums have not worked for a month now read more

I ran my Dads Explorer through the car, wash opting or one of the better washes. When I got home, there was blue soap all over the back of his vehicle. I took a rag and glass cleaner to wipe it off, because I did not have access to a water hose. My low review is due to the fact that of if I had not opened the back hatch when I got home I would not have noticed the soap that remained which could have damaged the paint if left on the vehicle. The soaps these car washes use are strong and can definitely damage Ur your vehicle if not washed off 100%. read more

The employees are so friendly and the car wash process is a long tunnel which i love! You get rainbow bubbles to

I really dislike this location. The vacuums aren't powerful, there are always bees swarming in the trash bins, my vehicle is never dried, and there is always soap in the trunk when I use this location. I only use this location when in a hurry, otherwise I suggest the location a little further north on Sharon drive . read more

TBH this is the best location and with my membership it just makes sense to stop 2-3x per week on my way to work or the gym since I have a black car. Even my 3year old asks to come to the car wash when we are on the way to his jungle gym since he knows he gets a lolly or three and a cool soapy light show out of it lol. Lastly the staff is always very friendly and attentive. Thank you Quick Quack! read more

Raymond and staff are always so helpful and friendly. The facility and amenities are always well maintained, and well stocked.

As we ventured to the world of phoenix searching for a way to ensure our cars were dust free and clean enough to shine in the sunny world here found Quick Quack. We clearly loved the ability to speak with the nice staff and they always offered us a dash wipe. The blue bubbles that flow atop our vehicles soothes my car and makes it shine bright and new. Do not forget to use the great vacuums. I even signed up a membership in order to enjoy a clean vehicle weekly in an affordable manner. read more
