I had an awful experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. They damaged my car during the wash and didn't even bother to call me back for 2 weeks. At first, they said they would check the cameras. Then, after claiming it wasn't their fault, they changed their story a month later and said the damage happened while my car was being dried--but still refused to take responsibility. The whole process was handled extremely slowly and unprofessionally. On top of that, I found out they have a hidden policy that if your car is 5 years old or older, they won't take responsibility for any damages they cause. That's outrageous. To make things worse, my car wasn't even clean after the wash, and I didn't get any refund or compensation for the damage they caused. Save yourself the stress and money--there are plenty of better car washes that actually care about their customers. I just wanted a wash before school started and disappointed doesn't even compare to how I felt. I can't believe I'm leaving a review on a car wash business but here we are. The location on Cactus is the worst. The management is terrible and try to use what little power they have to throw their weight around. They've approached my husband at the vacuums before and said he wasn't allowed to use them because they were for members only (we ARE members and literally had just gone through the wash?). Also, she doesn't work there anymore, but one of their old employees once screamed and berated my husband while he was trying to go through the wash. All their new staff seem great now. These drive-thru automatic car washes are now trying to charge $10 per wash??? And that was for the cheapest one. Wild. Barely even cleaned the car & doesn't dry it at all. My go to place to get my car washed. I guess I'm a creature of habit. They have several different car wash levels to pick. I usually get the $4.99 basic. They also have monthly memberships but let's be real how many times a month will we be washing our vehicles. The workers are always friendly and efficient. They were having difficulties with the credit card reader the day I was there. I checked in on my yelp app and received a free air freshener. They also give you a little towelette to wipe the inside of you car down. I love the air blower that gets the excess water off your vehicle. They probably have some of the strongest vacuum cleaners in the business. I have to be sure to pull my hair up so it doesn't get sucked up. I usually bring my own soft towel to dry my car. They do have a place to hang your car mats so they can be vacuumed. Very economic way to wash your car. read more

Really mailing it in these days. The most expensive wash leaves unrinsed soap on the vehicle and leaves it mostly wet. They no longer provide towels at the vacuum stands. The vacuum is barely functional. $20 for an automated wash? You'd better knock it out of the park in the amenities. This one does not even cover the basics anymore. Sad. read more

The lights are cool.....there's neon lights as your going through the car wash so it's kinda like going to a rave foam party. Now the cons: They are either over staffed or understaffed. I always feel bad when there's 1 guy working the whole complex. I wouldn't recommend this for wide trucks or if you can't pull your mirrors in. We drive a raptor and they have this "board" that goes around the entrance and there is 1" between the mirrors and it unless we pull them in. If you check their prices online, they charge more for the AZ locations then they do CA. read more

This is my least favorite location. Entrance is rather confusing at first. Equipment is broken and/or missing altogether. Trashes are overflowing with employees doing a whole lot of nothing. How about taking the guy whose only job seemed to be spraying the front of my car with a low pressure garden hose and put him on trash detail. Or maintenance. Something else because I can do without the pointless water spray prior to entering a high powered car wash. But empty trashes would benefit all and get rid of the bees and flies. I've been to multiple quick quack locations and this is by far the worst car wash that I've ever been to in my life. Customer service is horrible here and that alone gets a big fat zero. I've been to this location several times and about a month ago when I was there the car in front of me ran into the car in front of them. The reason this happened was because the workers put too many cars in the tunnel at once. As soon as the front person is done, it pushes their car out. Unless that car takes off immediately, the car behind them is going to run into them because the track is still moving. There was definitely damage to the car in front of me and the gentleman driving the vehicle had to get out of his car and exchange information with the car in front of him that he hit. Not cool! Today I was there and once again, they're stacking cars in way too often, and not leaving enough space in between each vehicle. When I got into the tunnel, I didn't continue in neutral like she told me too because the car in front of me was less than 10 feet away. She stopped the entire track and everybody inside of it even though I had not even entered the tunnel yet. I asked her why she did that and she said because you're not going. I explain to her that she's got way too many cars in the tunnel at one time and she had a major attitude with me, rolling her eyes at me at least three times. I asked her if I could talk to the manager and she said in a snooty voice, I am the manager. So I told her I would be calling corporate, and her response to me was. Oh please do! Please tell them I said hello and that I'm doing my job. In a very sarcastic tone. I also explain to her that about a month and a half ago I was there and the person in front of me hit the car in front of them because there are too many cars in the tunnel at one time. I told her that there was significant damage to the car in front of me And that they had to contact corporate to get their car fixed. She said oh ha ha, I seriously doubt that. This location never has towels in the containers and the vacuums pressure stinks! All of them! If you want to drive through car wash just to get a quick rinse, that's one thing but don't expect to be able to clean your car on the outside unless you bring your own towels with you. The only reason I come to this one is because I have to be out here once a week for something so it's convenient. That's it! Otherwise, I would never come here. Nor would I recommend anyone else coming here. I've never seen such horrible customer service from a quick quack. Typically the employees at the other locations are always super kind and friendly with big smiles on their face. I live in Gilbert and typically go to that one and it's amazing. This one not so much. Do yourself a favor, business owner and ditch the heavyset girl who claims she's a manager. She's horrible. The business owner responded to this post but failed to address the horrible service from his so called manager nor the lack of supplies at his establishment. To the owner regarding how the tunnel works. I'm with aware of how the tunnel in the trap work. However, if the front person that is done with your car wash, does not exit immediately, the person behind them is going to run into them because the track will throw them into the front car still sitting there. That is exactly what happened when I was there a month ago. Bottom line is, they are putting way too many cars in the tunnel at one time. It's not safe and it leaves the customer feeling uncomfortable. Fix it and fix your employees. read more

This is for the location on Cactus. I will spare you the details. QuickWack Carwash damaged my car. Headquarters said sorry contact the manager there and you will be made whole . I drove a second time to that location. I provided the manager with an attachment for the cost of the repair part (yes, less than $12.00, with the product details, cost etc...and time of delivery. Yet, he wanted a written copy that would show my banking information. Not cool. PS: after back and forth, the regional manager made the QUICK decision to reimburse me in cash immediately. Fantastic customer service!!!! I accidentally vacuumed my car keys and the manager, Raymond, quickly began to help me look. Raymond did everything he could to help me find the keys (power off the vacuums, open up pipes, stick his whole arm in a pipe, etc.). In the end, I lost my keys and had to call a Locksmith. But Raymond offered me water and said he could even give me a ride home while I waited for the locksmith to arrive (we live only half a mile away). I ran my Dads Explorer through the car, wash opting or one of the better washes. When I got home, there was blue soap all over the back of his vehicle. I took a rag and glass cleaner to wipe it off, because I did not have access to a water hose. My low review is due to the fact that of if I had not opened the back hatch when I got home I would not have noticed the soap that remained which could have damaged the paint if left on the vehicle. The soaps these car washes use are strong and can definitely damage Ur your vehicle if not washed off 100%. read more

Overall it was a good wash! The vacuums worked well and I love when car washes have the air blowers to blow the extra water drops and dust off. They handed me two of the inside wipes which was a first. Other places usually give just one and having a child in the car that never goes very far. Only 4 stars though because I got the "best" wash and my rims were still pretty bad so I had to do more work than I would have liked. read more

Went today and my Driver Side front tire Hub Cap got caught in the line machine and backing out to line up bent it so aggravated you need to Have a Manager on-site had to go to Discount Tire to see if the bent up hub cap was not puncturing my tire.
