It's all good. But a suggestion, you should have one of your staff go around and un-tangle all of the air hoses 2 or 3 times a day. They are always a mess and often times won't reach to where I need it due to the mess of hoses. People/customers don't care about the next person. read more

I have a 10 minute window between driving for uber. And arriving at my day job. So when I get to the car wash at 7. When it's supposed to open and it's not. Then sit there and wait for 10 minutes just to leave. That's a problem. I guess it's time to find a different company that's also on my route. Employees are great guys. Just never on time. read more

I used to go here once or twice a month to wash my truck. Today was my last visit. Almost every time I go there, an attendance tries to upswell me on the subscription service. While telling them no constantly is annoying, it's forgivable. What I can't forgive are broken vacuums. The last three times I've gone, the vacuums haven't worked. I've had to take my truck home and use my own shop vac to vacuum it out. Also they were out of towels today. For $16 a wash. They can do better. read more

Fraudelent business practice. They will sign you up for a membership you don't know about/agree upon, and charge you monthly. I am currently disputing three charges of theirs for 24.95 apiece. Stay away from here. They can expect litigation in the form of a class action. We are already organizing. read more

If you wanna be disrespected by staff, go here. Couldn't even pay for my car wash without Ashley coming up and being rude and then telling me that she'll be there six days a week. Once I said no thank you to their specials and she was already inputting my cash I was told that I should be the one putting the money in the machine not her. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to ask for my air freshener and dash wipe they didn't even wanna hand it to me when I was going through the car wash, even though I paid for the most expensive wash at that store. read more

I purchased an unlimited pass at the 5810 W Thunderbird location and paid with my credit card. I went to a different location about a week later and was told that they couldn't find my information in their computer. This location on 67th and Olive in Glendale gave me a wash and upgrade after reviewing my information in my checking account. They requested I go back to the original location I purchased my pass from. I went back to the original location I purchased my pass from. After reviewing the receipt, the manager told me he could not help me that I needed to contact customer services and gave me a card. I was a manager for 30+ years and never encountered such incompetence. Why do the customer has to be inconvenient due to a problem they created. Why do they have a manager at the location if they can't resolve customer problems with their systems? Customer service need to give these managers training and authority to resolve problems and not inconvenience their customers to try to resolve problems they created. read more

Terrible customer service. A rip off! After posting that I have been double charged every month since October 2022, this car wash still will not contact me or give me any refund. Not only are they a rip off, they do not have good customer service. They will not even contact me to discuss the details. I have had issues with one other car wash (they kept charging me after I stopped my membership), but they made things right by reaching out to me and refunding my money. Not this one! If you are considering signing up for a membership here, I highly advise that you don't. Any business can make a mistake, but it is what they are willing to do to make amends with a customer that counts. Obviously, this place has no regard for their customers!!! I would like to recommend cobblestone auto spa and Francis and sons. Both of them canceled my memberships as I asked. I only left them because I moved to another office and moved to another house. Both of them were stellar with their customer service and I did not have to reach out multiple times as I have with superstar car wash. read more

For one, it would be nice if it were opened at 7 like it's supposed to be. At least 2 days a week it's not opened until closer to 7:10. Towels are wet half the time. Not sure how well you can fry a car with a wet towel but I can't. Window cleaner is almost never put out, and half the vacuums don't work. read more

I broke down and got the monthly membership for 16 bucks. This tends to be the location I visit. The staff have always been very friendly. My car always looks great after. The only heads up is you should not enter off of 67th but try to enter off of Olive/Dunlap. People do not know how to exit nor can they read signs. But I zip in right off of Dunlap and leave the same way. They are always fast and efficient. The the fast pass membership activates the gate opening all by itself with your window sticker. I only wish they had the mini air freshener squares like the Northern Location had when I first joined. They smell so yummy! read more

I've been coming to this carwash since it opened. Today, I had the worst experience ever! When I pulled in, Isaac approached me and tried to up-sell and get me to pay the $22 monthly membership. I stated no thanks and he proceeds to ask me why I'm paying $11 when I can get a better deal and why I don't want to take care of my car, which is really none of his business. Again, I proceeded to say no thanks and I became agitated because he wouldn't take no for and answer. I told him I can go to another car wash and he said "go ahead" after I had already paid. I asked him how to print the receipt, he backed up and said " you figure it out". I spoke to one manager about the interaction and he apologized on his behalf. I went back and wanted to let him know about the receipt issue because I forgot to mention initially, and another manager came out and said he heard the entire interaction, said i was aggressive, but did not step in to say anything. He said it's Isaac's job to push people to get the monthly membership, but he continued to push even though I keep saying no, which is why I became upset. The second manager was not apologetic at all and continued to sip his water like nothing was wrong. Hopefully, there will be conversations to have the attendants stop pushing after the second time the customer states no, but highly doubt it will happen. read more

My debit card was charged a monthly subscription without my consent. I NEVER signed anything. In fact, the one and only time I went there as I was paying for the $10 dollar wash and the machine kept rejecting my card. A young man runs over to "fix it" punches in his email address and says he gave me the "best wash" at a discount. I didn't give it much thought because my car was really dirty but Before I had the chance to say no my card had already been charged. I never signed up or gave consent for a monthly subscription. I will NEVER wash my car with this company again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND WATCH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. read more

This car wash has been charging my debit card for 3 months for the monthly washes of $20 without my knowledge. I have never agreed or signed up for this membership. I went to this car wash only once and I strictly ALWAYS get the $10 wash. Be aware and always checks your bank statements!! read more

Good location, Zach was very friendly ahd super helpful explaining the different washes they offer, also helped picked the best one for our older gen Yukon that needed a deep clean. The vacuum area was semi clean (trash cans were filled) and had clean towels ready to use. read more

I pay $20 a month to get a good wash and yet the vacuums are not working and no window cleaning is filled like how they normally do.

I use this carwash about once a month or after it rains. This self serve carwash is a great bargain if you are on a budget and in a hurry. I stopped in a few weeks back to get a wash. I only spent ten bucks to get a wash which included wipes for my interior. They also have self service vacuums and individual spaces to wipe down your vehicle and vacuum it. I recommend this carwash if you are in the area and need an inexpensive thorough carwash and are short on time. read more

CHECK YOUR PLANS!!!! They over charged my card multiple times as well as some how added a separate account with a car that I have never owned. Seems very shady!! Terrible customer service. I tried to get their errors corrected by calling their customer service number because the on-site manager was unable to help me and directed me to their corporate number for help. After days of being on hold for over 30-50minutes I had to stop trying, and disputed the charges through my credit card company. read more

My daughter was working there. They stopped putting her on the schedule and when she asked why she got no response. Then, they tried to call her in to cover for people who called off. I don't agree with the way they do business. Companies like this are the reason employees are not loyal to a company any longer. I'm reviewing this location because this location is where I signed up for the membership. I've been emailing for two months trying to cancel no response and they're still charging my car till now and I'm going to have to go to the process with my bank of getting refunded those two months. I also tried calling the number on the website no answer. I believe it's intentional and some people may not notice the extra charge I can imagine how many other people they're getting over on . First time I came here I was super happy and satisfied. Everything worked! My second and third time were a nightmare. Vacuums were broken or barely had any suction power and the air blowers just plain didn't work on either side of me. They seem to get some food business but that just means they need more people out checking the equipment more often. Super disappointed... read more
