Staff turnover is a problem. I cancelled my membership today after the girl did not guide me in and had me go up too far. The result my tire was not in the track and she kept trying to get the machine to work. Finally another guy came out, pushed my car backwards and I got my car washed. I cancelled my subscription but they told me it had renewed yesterday and I could come back until March 25th. Today is February 26th. I'm never going back there so I'm out of $20 but it worth it because they are going to ruin my tires. I'll get a new membership at the new Carwash on Miller Road. Do yourself a favor and avoid Quik Quack because they are quacked. read more

Although they raising the price of additional cars from $17 to $20 per month, it is still a great deal! Excellent friendly service. Above and beyond by Alex who offered a bottle of tire shine to use when their machine was not working. It's good now. Totally need an unlimited car wash service in hot Phoenix. been going to this car was since it opened in Buckeye bee a member for a year or 2 now but would usually go once a week the staff always eager to help everytime except for one guy there MIGUEL I asked for something they have done for me pretty often times I asked for him to give my truck a quick rinse since it was filthy and didn't want all the dirt to get rubbed into my paint this is something they always do for me. but not Miguel he must think hes too good to pick up the pressure washer and give it a quick rinse I explained that it would get their machine extremely dirty and would cause other cars to maybe get scratche and he said it wouldn't matter well today he tired to do the same thing to me and today I had enough and because of your lazy employe that thinks he's a car washing guru I canceled my membership and WILL NEVER wash my cars at your wash or any other quick quack read more

Their customer service is great. There is no wait line. I got the most expensive option in hopes that my car would be spotless. I was wrong. I am glad I did not opt into the membership because I was skeptical of the quality. The air dryer after the wash was horrible. You are better off going to gas station car wash. They clean better and they will give you 1:00 to dry your car. My car was not as clean, there were still small remnants of the dirt. Only con was the vacuum station worked really well. Great customer service, very pleasant staff. Car was a little wet after, but they offer free towels in the vacuum area. Do wish I got the free air freshener with the wash but they do give you a free dash wipe. I recently visited the Buckeye, AZ location. While using the vacuums I made the mistake of leaving my keys on the seat....I think you can guess what happened next! I asked the girl working at the time if there was something she could do. She actually turned off the vacuums and checked the area where they should have ended up but didn't find them. I didn't get her name but would like to thank her again. If she reads this she'll remember me. I returned the next day right at closing and just in time because Adam was about to dump out the days collection but allowed me to look through before he did. I couldn't believe it! There they were! I have a membership and am now going to cancel. Went through the wash and their machine broke my tail light completely off, I had to ask them to retrieve it for me off my Mini Cooper. Asked to speak to a manager but being a sunday one was not available. Said I would be contacted the following Tuesday, waited all week not a call so I went in person following weekend and manager said there isnt anything they can do for me. I was upset, going into the wash with a tail light and leaving with a broken one obviously... I told the manager it would have been nice if someone would have contacted me to let me know that its basically not their problem so I would have known their decision. He said "my bad" Another problem is it smells like sewer going through the wash, vaccum hoses dont work, people without memberships roll up and vaccum their cars, windsheild replacement people wont take no for an answer, if you have a chip watch out and be prepaired for the ongoing sales pitch. read more

Good car wash, vacuums have good suction. They raised the prices recently but I don't mind paying $14.99 for a good wash. The unlimited is $22 so if you wash your car twice a month it's worth it. The dryers spit you out kind of fast because it's a hill at the end of the wash so I do wish I could stay under the dryer a little longer but I always go to this wash. Very nice car wash and reasonable prices. The staff is always very friendly. The only two issues I have is that the tire shine used in the wash cycle slings all over our freshly washed white car and not enough water is used in the rinse cycle, I still find soap on our car after the wash / rinse. I like the microfiber towels that are supplied for after the wash cycle (by the vacuums). Air Nozzles by the vacuums could be a bit more powerful. But overall, it's a pretty nice car wash. read more

One of the worst washes and service that I've had. Arrived the girl said which monthly Service would you like To sign up for I replied no service just wash. Her attitude changed and said OK which one with an attitude took my credit card and walked away not even a thank you. I got the premium wash and when I got to the drying station I noticed the car was about half clean and the tire dressing was only on one and a half tires. When they opened the service and wash was top notch. They also are running the carriage faster. You're in and out in about half the time it was when first opened. read more

We tried them for the first time and were really pleased! Location is ideally set for easy in and out to main roads (Yuma and Watson). This is important because we can easily stop in on a trip back home after a grocery run. The first impressions of the actual wash were pleasant. The soap smells great! The end product looks great. We have frequented other drive thru car washes in the valley with equally quick wash times, but Quick Quack has given us the best wash for our money. Wow! No water spots that we could see. So excited to have this car wash in Buckeye now. (We canceled our current membership at a different company due to the quality and convenience of this one. Another one car wash from another brand is also going up across the street, but we honestly think Quick Quack's product is better. ---- Additional: bring a towel to dry it off, don't be disappointed about "all of the bugs" not coming off (a little old fashion elbow grease could fix your problem for tough bugs), vacuum cleaners were quick but a little louder (if you're sensitive), could use a few more trash cans between the vacuum stations so parents don't have to walk away from their kids in the car (at the time of posting, there was only one down the way). Comparisons: other quick car washes might be a few dollars more, but they offer hand-dried towel services or in dash cleaning rags and air fresheners (if that matters to you). read more
