Do yourself a favor and avoid Quik Quack because they are quacked.

Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be dropping both our memberships ASAP.

When it finally did start moving again, the person in front of us put their brakes on. We were being moved directly into them and they wouldn't go. My husband was able to hit the breaks before we collided with them, but we got sandwiched by them and the truck behind us. We got hit and the truck behind us kept coming because of the belt. I rolled down my window to tell the attendant that we've been sandwhiched and hit. All the while, I see them ushering the old person who caused the entire collision out. They drove off without stopping and the attendant just ushered them out. When the attendant talked to me she said to meet in the lot. I thought she'd come over to us to talk with us. No. The poor woman who hit us met us though. Our vehicles have dents and scratches. Her kids and mine were all crying and traumatized. My poor son thought we were going to get smooshed. If the person who was actually responsible wasn't told to just go by the attendant we would have exchanged info. No attendant came to check on us, so I went in to talk to them. No offers of a refund or any help. I had to ask for my money back, and left my husband's number to call because there was no manager. This place is absolutely responsible for the damage caused, and was completely and utterly unprofessional. We wouldn't go back here if it was the last car wash on earth. STEER CLEAR.
