I've been to my fair share of car wash places across the valley and this is my favorite. I live in Rainbow Valley and work in Phoenix so I actually go out of my way to come here. My favorite is the $15 wash. This gets you exterior wash and hand dry, plus interior wipe down and shine, interior vacuum and also wheels. I can honestly say, hands down, this place is the best. Super cheap and the employees are so hard working. I don't understand the negative reviews. They complain about having to pay an extra $1 for a hand dry. Most places charge $10 and up for wash and hand dry. They even pre-scrub the front of your vehicle and windshield before running it through the automatic wash. PLUS! Free wash on your birthday :)

Usually, there is an employee stationed near the entrance turnstile to assist customers and answer any questions before entering the car wash. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Before entering the wash, they spray foam on your vehicle, and then you proceed through the car wash and drying process. One thing I appreciate about this location is the additional amenities available after your wash. They provide towels, windshield cleaner, and air for your tires, along with vacuum stations where you can clean out your vehicle and dispose of any trash. The area is always nice and tidy, and the staff does a great job of keeping the supplies stocked and available for customers. You can also purchase a membership at the location if you plan to wash your vehicle regularly. They occasionally offer promotions that allow you to sign up for a free car wash, which is a nice way to try out their services. Overall, this is a convenient location with friendly staff, useful amenities, and a clean environment. I appreciate the customer service and the extra supplies available to help keep my vehicle looking its best. I'll definitely continue taking advantage of their services and promotions!

Sometimes you only get enough soap to cover part of the car or it doesn't fully wash/ will miss spots. Today- we hardly got any soap. When it finally did start moving again, the person in front of us put their brakes on. We were being moved directly into them and they wouldn't go. My husband was able to hit the breaks before we collided with them, but we got sandwiched by them and the truck behind us. We got hit and the truck behind us kept coming because of the belt. I rolled down my window to tell the attendant that we've been sandwhiched and hit. All the while, I see them ushering the old person who caused the entire collision out. They drove off without stopping and the attendant just ushered them out. When the attendant talked to me she said to meet in the lot. I thought she'd come over to us to talk with us. No. The poor woman who hit us met us though. Our vehicles have dents and scratches. Her kids and mine were all crying and traumatized. My poor son thought we were going to get smooshed. If the person who was actually responsible wasn't told to just go by the attendant we would have exchanged info. No attendant came to check on us, so I went in to talk to them. No offers of a refund or any help. I had to ask for my money back, and left my husband's number to call because there was no manager. This place is absolutely responsible for the damage caused, and was completely and utterly unprofessional. We wouldn't go back here if it was the last car wash on earth. STEER CLEAR.
