Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. I'll be coming back for your business again and recommending you to everyone who asks.

A soda can had fallen out of my backpack and exploded the day before, hence the reason I was looking for a detailer. Not only did they come the same day, they split the job between our work and our home so we could finish our shift. The truck is fabulous clean! Removed the soda, grass and dog hair. This is a busy truck between dogs and football, it was pretty messy. They did a great job! I wish I would have taken a before and after picture. Thank you so much!

ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

She then proceeded to hit the subscription button, then asked me for my phone number. I told her I didn't want to give her that. She basically said she needed it for the subscription because it is cheaper if you wash your car twice a month. I restated I didn't want it. I have never had someone try to slide a sale in like that. Shady sales at best. There are a dozen other car washes around, I will be going to one of them.

Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Thanks so much for making my old gal so spotless and more resilient, even in older age!!

He even asked the lady if she could change a tire or something and she was so rude you could see it in her body language and she was still mad. I don't know what happened exactly but I know if a lady was in my face like that I wouldn't have been able to hold my composure like he did today. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. Nothing says customer service quite like arguing with a customer about something they already declined. As for the vacuuming, WOW! truly UNremarkable. The attendants were so careful not to disturb a single crumb that it honestly looked like the vacuum never touched the interior at all.
