I recently went to Jackson's Car Wash for my first full service wash on my new car and honestly left pretty disappointed. I paid $31 expecting a much more detailed clean for both the interior and exterior. It felt like the car was just run through the wash, lightly wiped down inside, and sent out. My windshield still looked dirty and barely wiped, my mirrors had noticeable water spots, and the backseats honestly did not even look vacuumed. I even found a water bottle cap left on the backseat floor, which made it seem like the seats were barely touched. I have a dog, and while there was not a ton of dog hair to begin with, there was still visible hair left on the seats afterward including his nose prints still too. It also took about 20 minutes for them to finish my car once it was out of the wash. For over $30, I expected a lot more attention to detail, especially for a full service wash. If I could leave no stars I would. The service on my car was sub par. Waste of money. The guy kept trying to sell me things that I did not want. I wanted their 39.99$ package. He asks if I wanted to leave a tip, I told him 20$ (before the service started). Not sure what happened because he was talking so fast and just throwing services/details. He said it would be over 160$ and charged my card. I went to speak to someone inside to tell them that I only wanted the Ultimate wash. They refunded me the difference. They barely cleaned my car. They did not even vacuum the trunk. The outside still has dirt on it. The inside has streaks that were not there before that now I can't even clean them off. No exaggeration the clerk was the rudest individual that I've ever met in my entire life. This happened during the shift around 9:20pm on June 11th. He was extremely rude and confrontational with all the customers in line there were about three or four. I checked out and said "Hey man keep the energy a little more positive!" He tried to confront me as if to fight. He has a larger medium to dark skinned individual with tattoos. I don't stand for bullying. And in fact, he was very aggressive and bullying to customers. THIEVES!!! LIARS!!! They'll steal your money! They have a month to month plan so you can bring your car for unlimited washes. Sounds great right up until you aren't looking. Then they begin to pull another pmt from your account that you might not notice. I finally looked and Jackson's took almost $1,000 from my account, ON TOP OF MY NORMAL MONTHLY PAYMENT!!! I called and someone answered, they took my info and said all will be refunded. Then I kept seeing more Jackson's charges so i went and asked them directly for a manager. A lady took all my info and said a manager will call. Then she said 'is that the only account you had questions about'. Turns out they had set up 2 accounts. One pulled $42 and the other pulled $37. She said it will be resolved right away and someone will call me. They never called. Now, when you call to try to talk to the manager, an automated voice will not put you through to ANYONE! I just had the most disappointing experience at Jackson's car wash on Bell. I spent over $200 to have my car detailed ,what a joke. I dropped my car off to be detailed when I picked it up. I noticed that the rocker panels hadn't been washed. I'm not talking about the undercarriage. I'm talking about the space underneath the car doors between the front and back tires .I pointed it out. The detail manager said oh we don't wash that part. What? the interior mats were not washed. and inside was greasy .The wax job was sporadic. Parts were not wax. Parts were ,swirl marks in the paint . Jackson's is DTM dead to me. My mother is in hospice and not expected to make it to Christmasin in anticipation for picking up family members at the airport , I decided to have the car detailed as caring for my mother meant I couldn't do it myself. Normally, I would never have left the car wash until the issue was resolved, however, due to current circumstances, I just didn't have it in me. I resent having to get up on your back hind legs and scream like a mashed Chihuahua just to get what you paid for. $200 is not an insignificant amount of money. I don't get it. Car was surprisingly dirtier then when I arrived. In fairness, it was just after the monsoon. Several complaints prior to the wash. As a first timer, I was LOST and no one seemed concerned or interested in helping me with directions. Once I used my QR code, I pulled up to the wash and was shown just like others to pull in and take my foot off the brake and place car in neutral. The wash was short and quick. The air dryers basically just blew air but didn't dry my car at all. Afterwards, I pulled through and drove to the vacuums but found zero towels for extra drying. I pulled an old towel out of my trunk and began to dry my car which left oily streaks everywhere. When I got to the back, soap suds were still on my car. I just ended up getting back in my car and pulling out of this place. Online offers 3 months for 40% off but it wasn't even worth the $12.50 I got charged. Will be canceling this membership ASAP. This place is MUCH more than just a Car Wash. In addition to the Car Wash, there is a Convenience Store, Windshield Repair, Car Window Tint, Gas Station and Oil Change. We had our car Window tinted and we are VERY happy with the results. Angel helped us out, and was very professional as well as friendly. We spent $500.00 for Ceramic Tinting. We have a full 3 yr. Warranty. After the Tinting is complete, they provide you with a free Car Wash. The Inside Waiting Area is very comfortable and has small gift shop and Snacks available for purchase. We were there for about 3 hours, so I had an opportunity to hear several interactions with staff and customers and in all instances, the employees were polite and helpful. I come to the 18736 N 83rd Ave Peoria location several times a week. Always good. There's a young man there by the name of Adrian who is absolutely wonderful! Just his energy alone when he's soaping up your car is very refreshing. You can see he puts effort into what he's doing. Mind you, this is all with the windows up and no interaction. He has a strong work ethic and energy. He is very friendly and polite when I roll down my window to thank him. Absolute sweetheart. He's going to do great things in his future career. They used to do a decent job. These days they are more concerned about trying to upsell you on something than they are on getting your car clean. The finishers could not be any slower. And they are quite mouthy if you say anything about their leisurely work pace. When I got in my truck, the interior was still filthy. Not dusted, and the only thing vacuumed was the floor - not the console or the seats. When I pointed that out, I was told "we're busy and we're short-handed". Kind of not my problem. My wife and I got our cars washed today- I have an old 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis and she has a 2023 Tesla. The first guy I spoke with who was trying to upsell for detail services was nice. The actual ticket writer kind of had an attitude when he tried to upsell again and we didn't bite, but I get it- it's Sunday, no one wants to be at work on Sunday. There was a young kid who seemed real nice, only person that smiled at us or came across welcoming. The vacuumers stared at us like they hated life and personally disliked us. My wife and I both nodded and smiled and they continued to stare with an aggravated look. We left the keys/key card and headed inside after paying. One of the vacuumer's came in the lobby (guy with a pony tail, one of the two that just stared at us) was motioning with his hands like we took the keys and needed them. We told him the key card was in the console. He said it wasn't so we followed him out- he pushed the door open all crazy and just let it close behind him even though he knew we were right behind him. They found the key card and just walked away. We were a little annoyed- not the end of the world and we aren't like offended or anything, just crappy customer service. The folks out front were great, real friendly and helpful. We told the manager the crew by the vacuumes had lousy attitudes and he apologized and said he'd talk to them. The cars were clean and we still tipped and all. Just really unnecessarily hostile and negative attitude from the first people you deal with can really sour the experience. I have been coming to Jackson's car wash for a few years now a high school friend Jesse O was a manager and recommended this spot, long after he left I have continued to come get my car done on the regular basis and I have never had any issues!! My car always looks fantastic and I'm super satisfied with all my services I get from the wash, detail, & oil change. Oscar the Manager is so friendly and really takes care of his customers! These guys work so hard especially during the summer months to make your vehicle look great & they do exactly that it is not fun to be busting your behind on 110+ degree weather & have crappy ppl look for the smallest things to complain about! He said if I wanted it fixed, then I would have to contact corporate office, but he would not make a claim corporate office said that if he didn't make a claim, there's nothing further that they can do he reviewed cameras my car was intact, going into the car wash and damaged coming out of the car wash. After reading the reviews on Yelp (most of which did not include a location) I was almost afraid to go to this one. All of the employees were really nice and professional. Did they do a perfect job in the time allotted? No. Did I get my money's worth? Yes. I did not pay for a full detail, so I did not expect one. No one tried to up sale me on anything. I would recommend this location for a decent quality job. As an added note...get the stuff out of your car before you go. Jose went right up to him and started helping him. He was walking around the car telling the guy what they could do for him. I dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning for a complete detail. At 5:50 PM, I still hadn't heard from them, so I went down there. The place was locked up and I had no idea where my car was. I had reached out to customer service and advised them I was going to the car wash. When I tried to call/text customer service, they were already gone, and I never received a response. On November 10th, at approximately 3:30, my wife visited Jackson Carwash to get her car washed. After the wash, she came out to her car tire, losing air. The attendant tried to cover the damage by placing a valve cover on the stem, which was obviously broken, and claimed it was like that prior to showing up. There is absolutely no way that would be possible due to the stem being broken and the wheel not even holding air for longer than 30 seconds. Not only that, but the broken piece could not be located, so how would that have been possible? They were trying to take advantage of the situation and probably taught because my wife is a woman they would be able to take advantage of the situation. My wife pushed for a claim number and waited for over an hour for a resolution, and the only resolution they had was a detail? Like, how will that fix my inoperable vehicle? Also, what corporation does not provide a claim number for a damage I have been around corporations for 10 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a "manager," as he smirked and laughed about not wanting to write a claim. My wife asked for district manager and store manager number and name and once again was not able to be provided. Again, no professional corporation that takes pride in customer service will withhold that information. My wife, being an Army vet, did not expect to be treated like this a day before Veterans Day by a so-called manager who wouldn't provide his name (I will post a picture of him in all black on the left). Again, very unprofessional of Jackson Car Wash disrespecting women and an Army veteran on Veterans Day weekend. I have also been trying to get a hold of upper management calling their "corporate number" and having absolutely no luck getting the same answer by the customer service representative claiming she will have someone call. There's no way I am paying for something they tried to cover up and put the blame on my wife by saying it was like that when clearly they were trying to cover up by adding more air. The person that greeted me walked up and said step out of the car- no hello, here is what we offer, etc. Was not sure if I was being detained or served. No information available as to what each price point of car wash offered after the representative listed off the choice of prices. I asked what the difference was between the two higher priced packages. All he said is one is better than the other. Gave up and said I will take the $31 package. I did enjoy the large fish tank while waiting. When my car was done, I walked up to it and realized all four rims were seriously still black with dust. I went back and asked for a rag so I could finish the job. They then offered a very nice person named Andy who cleaned all four rims. Jackson's on 101 and Bell Road I am writing this review for the service I received on November 2nd, 2024 at 12:00 - which was my scheduled appointment for my car detailing was to put as nicely as I can, beyond subpar. My brother prepaid for a car detailing as a present for me for over $200. When I pulled up, it was explained to me that that did not include a hand wax and buff, It only included a spray wax. I questioned this as I have gotten many, many car details here for the exact same amount and they always included a hand, wax and buff. When I explained to Arthur Aguirre that this is always been my experience here that he could even look up my car history and see the detailing packages and the cost and what they included (Inside detailing and hand, wax and buff). He simply looked at me and told me it would be an additional $131 to get a hand, wax and buff on top of the $200 that was already prepaid. At that point, I told him to go ahead and do the detailing as is and that I would be canceling my membership and no longer be a customer. He simply explained to me how to cancel my monthly membership. My husband is also a customer whose truck has to be hand washed each time and he will also be canceling his membership. It's very sad when customer loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore. I will be taking my business to the car wash up on Lake Pleasant. I am extremely disappointed with this locations service, I purchased a full service car wash to try them out before I decide on getting a car wash membership. I was told they have great attention to detail and will ensure the vehicle looks great. First impression was extremely poor as there glass salesman tried to push a windshield I didn't need or want, the person who was checking cars in did not explain how anything worked and seemed irritated and rude. It took about 35 minutes for my car to be completed and I expected this as it was full service, however when I got to my vehicle once they were done with it I was disappointed as there was still dirt all over the outside my vehicle. They claimed to vacuum the inside though there is still dirt on my floor mats that I vacuumed out myself later that day. I attempted to speak to a manager but one was not available, I had to leave for work and decided I would call and leave a message, I have not heard anything back yet. Avoid this location, I will not be returning and you should not go. If you do go do not bother with full service as all they do is take your money and drive it through the was, zero benefit at all. read more

First the guy that handles the wash tried to get me to purchase multiple promotions. Heavy pressure. Then the windshield guy takes over. He was so high pressure I actually handed him my phone and he sets up a windshield replacement using my insurance app. I explained to him I wasn't doing anything today because I'm emotionally distraught because my husband passed away 5 weeks ago. I feel as though he used that on me. Who does that?! I will not return to this car wash again. Tried this place again after being unsatisfied a few years ago. Nothing has changed. You pull up and the group stares at you. Paid $5 for the interior to be cleaned. It's obvious only half the dashboard was wiped down. My car was deemed ready with a whistle and a wave.
