I am bummed. I like this car wash. I've been coming here every week or two with both of our cars for years. I've spoken many times to the owner/manager, I've bought many five packs of "Dynamite" wash coupons. I've stuck with them through several machine failures and repairs. I even wrote them a 5 star Yelp review last year. Despite all that, after today, I won't be back. There is one employee who always jokingy calls my little four year old blond grandson "guerro" and "gringo" . Today I told that employee, in Spanish, which I speak fluently, that my grandson is actually Mexican. At that point the employee walked away and told another employee that I was a huevon. So now I will have to take take my stupid, lazy business somewhere else. :( read more

My Challenger had such bad oxidization I was certain it needed to be repainted. I had not seen it shine or the original color in years. Took it here, and Sid was such a wonderful help. Hard to find someone with so much pride in their work that they make it a goal to do the best possible. He had even taken one of his best from another shop to work on this, that is how bad my paint was. I'd give more stars if I could. I cant believe the difference. I will take all my cars here. Cost me $7-21 for a basic car wash and vacuum amd wipe down. Very poor job on the interior. I had to ask them to re vacuum and clean inside. Even then they were sloppy. I ask for the rag and cleaned the rest myself. Wayyyy too expensive for the service I received. read more

Sid does fabulous work plus the customer service given has been great all times visited. The crew of TNT Car Wash does very good detail work inside and outside of your car. In addition the motor wash was so good making my engine look totally new. An additional service which I didn't know they had available was windshield repair, that's where Sid came in telling me that most likely my insurance would not only cover it but that he was the man to get done right then and there within my appointment detail time set. Bought a Groupon and drove all the way here for there to be no one at the business when it says it is open till 3. There were several others in the parking lot asking people are they closed permanently or what? I drove all the way from phoenix. I am not happy at all. We are on the road two weeks out of every month in our travel trailer, so you can imagine that the trailer gets dirty. This last trip was a 6-week trip that included a blinding dust storm on the way to Monument Valley and several rainy travel days in Washington state. Upon our return to Suprise, the trailer needed a wash. Our truck and trailer combination is 58 feet in length, so we can not take it just anywhere. In the past, we have used mobile detail companies and other wash locations. After each visit, the trailer looked good but not great. This time we chose TNT, and what a difference. TNT has an 80-foot large vehicle wash bay that is easy to drive into. I made an appointment, pulled the trailer into the bay, and Sid and his new detail crew got to work. When Sid called me to come by to pick it up, he said it looked great, I had expected him to say so. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, looking great was an understatement, we have had this trailer for four years, but now you would not know it, it now looks better than the day we purchased it. No detail was overlooked, the team even washed my propane tanks. I can not say enough about this team; they did a fantastic job. I have been in this store on a regular since I purchased my fast pass over a year ago and I only have one issue to be honest the female manager that is at this location is very rude ,especially to her other coworkers/employees! I feel like she either hates her job or needs anger management she is very rude and snobby to her team and I've even seen it done toward a customer. she should work on controlling her anger or at least know where and where not to speak to people like that I believe her name is Constance or something along those lines read more

I started at Cobblestone car wash, but their prices were ridiculous and the was at minimum, a 2 hour wait. I called TNT Car Wash and spoke with the Manager Sid. He met me when I pulled up, gave me a great deal, was super friendly, and very positive about his team. They did an amazing job! I was very impressed. I cannot take my vehicle through traditional car washes and ran out of time to hand wash myself. This car wash has been around for decades so I wanted to check it out. They have an option for hand washing so I chose this specific location. I went midday during the week so there was literally no one there. They do have a section for detailing vehicles. The wash was quick, they cleaned the inside and outside. I would say they did a fair job. The outside looked great! The inside was pretty quickly wiped over. I wouldn't have paid for the inside to be washed if I knew it would barely be cleaned, I could have just wiped it myself. read more

So for today's visit things did not go well. I left cobblestone to try this place out and so far so good(not great) but better than cobblestone hands down!! Today however it seems lack of management or motivation my truck was done in record time. Paid $60 for the wash and $20 tip. From the exterior to the interior everything was half assed. Bugs and areas not washed or wiped at all on the outside and the interior was even worse with some areas having armor all and some not. To be clear here I didn't ask how much a good wash cost I made it clear what I wanted done. I did not ask for any One specific wash I explained in detail what I was looking to have accomplished by today's car wash. I couldn't deal with it and decided to go back to have the problem fixed asking this time how much do I need to pay for a good interior/exterior was. I am not and was not asking for a deal just a clean truck. The young man (victor)from the detail area I assume was extremely nice and happy to make it right while everyone else just watched me stand there wait to be helped including the first guy to help(seen me and never came to ask why I'm back so fast). To the owner. Not everyone is on a car wash budget or just wants a basic wash. Some including me was to leave feeling like my shit is new again. The TNT carwash was a great experience! Loved the light show, it smells clean while cleaning your car. The touchless technology is outstanding! We stopped there while on a road trip. The gelcoat on my RV was looking like I had been thru the apocalypse. The sides and nose were cloudy and looked horrible. I've had other RV shops advertising their services, and frankly, I tried 2-3 different places over the years. Then i found Alex about 3 years ago, and his guys at TNT did a really good job. Three years later, I call for Alex only to discover Alex had passed away. Sid and Romero came to my rescue (it took two guys to replace Alex; may he RIP). So Romero wrote up the order for a roof treatment, a hand wash and wax and a buff. Of course I drop it off in 112+ temperatures and the guys doing the work were extremely distressed by the excessive temperatures. All during the process, which took a full week, Sid kept me updated. There were some days the crew could only work an hour or two, then they had to stop. I got the call today and Sid had me come to hook up and drive the 5th wheel thru the wash bay. When it came out, the guys jumped on it. And hand dried the rig. I drove away with a 2014 Coachman RV that looks new. Will i go again? Sure. Kudos to Sid and the guys! read more

It was amazing! they were able to take care of something that Cobblestone was not willing to. not only that,but Took care of my other vehicle. I noticed that they also took care of windshield chips found out that through my insurance they were preferred provider. I'm gonna make this short and sweet because I'm frustrated and tired! Stopped at car wash for a quick outside wash only, (returned from Vegas) the car was not properly wiped down, had to do it myself, because there was bugs still left on it. Someone changed my radio station and left a bunch of crap on my front passenger seat, I too, had to clean that! Once I got home, I realized the crap that was on my front passenger seat was cookie crumbs from a car wash employee helping himself to my Pepperidge Farm cookies that I had left in a bag on the front seat. This all caused me to get dressed and go back to the car wash to demand my money for my cookies and my refund for my car wash. I don't feel feel like this ordeal had been handled properly by management. After I explain to him what happened he should've just given me my money back instead of going around interviewing and asking if anyone had done this as if they really would have admitted to it It's not the fact that they ate a fat girls cookies it's the principal of stealing from customers. Had he asked for a cookie. I would've given him the whole bag. Lord knows my fat ass do not need them! Well, I left the cookies there for the thief to enjoy & the bag of Cheetos I had on the front seat as well. I trashed them, not knowing if they put their dirty grubby hands in those as well. I normally hand wash my car but thought I'd give this a try simply because it was too hot to do my own wash. Car looks fine but if I'm paying for the most expensive wash package, I expect the entire car will be vacuumed. They did the floor mats, but didn't bother to do the sides or the back of the seats in the hatchback part of the SUV. It's not like they couldn't see that it needed to be done since the carpet is black and there was white dog fur all over. Didn't bother to clean the inside back window or small side windows, either. A quick wipe down with whatever grease they use definitely showed it was just that: quick. Lots of missed spots and same with the windows. Didn't help that the guy wiping down the inside of my car was on his cell phone the entire time. Thank you for confirming why I don't go to car washes. Will never return. read more

I've been coming here for years. The last couple of visits have been terrible. I have asked 3 times to have the car and trunk vacuumed and it has yet to be done. And today I and last visit I opened the truck asking them to get the sand out and they say they will do it. This time they didn't even close the trunk and DROVE it through the car wash with the trunk open AND the sand is still in the trunk. Then after the wash, I have to show them all the white film left on the car and dry it myself since now they only dry the side you can see. $30 car wash. $5 tip. Time to move on. read more
