It's an amazing car wash, when I left, my car was spotless! The air freshener they put in the car smells fantastic and stays lingering for so long! read more

I used to pay for a monthly membership, but the quality of work is not worth the price. The vacuuming and interior wipe down is rushed and poor. I now go through the express lane and pull into the stalls to dry and clean my own car. read more

Cancelled monthly wash subscription. They did a bad job cleaning car was dirty inside not vacuumed properly. They try up sell you on their detail service, the way they clean the car, I told them you can't even clean it correctly I can just imagine how the detail will look! No thank you. Go elsewhere read more

Very disappointed with the detail side! Payed for platinum service and gave a pretty good tip and there was no effort in cleaning my car properly instead they talked trash in Spanish as they cleaned. I'd expect better. read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - Dirty - Car Wash Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

I normally take my car here to get it washed, which is great. So I decided to stop and get my oil changed because my husband told me it needed to be done. The guys were amazing. Michael and Austin totally took care of everything in a fast, timely matter. I didn't feel pressured or talked down to, because I'm a woman. I will take my car back here again for my next oil change, Thank you! read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - My kukui shells in pieces - Car Wash Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

Great service every time at the Surprise location on Bell Rd. They go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is clean without water spots and with sparkling clean windows. I drive about 11 miles just to go to this location, even though there are other car washes closer to my home. read more

Michael at Cobblestone Auto Spa was absolutely wonderful! I was on a road trip when I needed some auto care, and he handled the whole situation with kindness, patience, and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel like the "dumb girl" who walked in knowing nothing about cars--which, honestly, is a pretty big deal. I really appreciated how he treated me with respect and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Michael! read more

I used to use cobblestone quite frequently when I lived here. While visiting in town, I really just needed to clean my car both inside and out. I arrived about 5 PM on a Sunday and there were quite a few people still waiting for cars to be completed. The service associate was very nice. I basically said what I needed and he pointed me to the variety of car washes. I chose the lower level since I was traveling and the car may get dirty again in a few days. He took my license plate information and I paid outside. I was handed a claim check. Inside for me is a lot of fun because it has pretty much every beverage and snack you could dream of. There's also a free popcorn and a few comfortable sitting areas as well as outside. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be finished. I thought that was a reasonable amount of time. I thought it was a good value. Overall my car smelled and looked good. I would definitely use them again. If I was in town I always recommend them to my family who does live in Arizona. read more

Yelp Review: Cobblestone Car Wash My Experience at Cobblestone Car Wash Surprise AZ on Bell I recently visited Cobblestone Car Wash in which my husband and I have full-service membership to clean both of our vehicles. I prefer to use the express service rather than full service for my vehicle as if my time is limited, I can run through and be on my way. When we purchased our full-service membership over a year ago, the associate placed the code for entry inside the door of the vehicles. If you go through self-service, the scanners do not pick this up. I typically wait a bit, and someone will scan, and I am on my way. During the visit prior to this latest visit, I attempted to use self-service, the associate told me to go to park my car and walk into the store to get another sticker as they were too busy with full service to assist. I too was too busy to do that. The other day was my final attempt to utilize my monthly membership and the last. When arriving, I opened my car door so the attendant could easily see I needed assistance. Several times, they looked at me and went to other cars that were either waiting or drove up in full-service queues to attempt the standard and upselling. Being a seasoned saleswoman, I feel I am experienced enough to evaluate a situation quickly and I was proven to be correct. After waiting a bit, I walked to them and waited for them to finish with their customer. We locked eyes and went directly to the next car. I waited again and team member told me when they were finished, they would come right over. After that, another car attendant came out and the associate that I had been waiting for immediately gave them an overview of the queue and pointed out everyone who was waiting to include me. We AGAIN made eye contact, and I assumed they were coming to assist but alas.... they were on to the next upsell. I honked my horn which did get their attention, and they quickly came over and could not understand my frustration and quite frankly anger. I explained this is NOT an effective way to conduct business and that I would be cancelling my membership so there would be no further issue with me at Cobblestone. I assumed they agreed as they cheerfully told me "PERFECT." As you can imagine, we were off to the races. "Oh no you did not just say that to me?" was the initial reply and then I told him exactly what I thought of his demeanor. They immediately apologized and offered to make the situation right, but it was far too late for that. I was insulted, disrespected, discarded and this to a loyal member of your program for two cars full service for over a year. To close the review, I have decided to not identify the employee. They know who they are and when they read this and they will, I hope they remember to treat EVERYONE kindly and professionally. To me the lesson is for this person to read this and never do it again and not for the employee's action to be the reason for management to blame shift for their lack of leadership and support as management is not without fault. Working with reduced labor to offset other costs is unacceptable and an insult to your team and customers. Do better as you will earn and retain business far greater than your hourly labor cost. read more

I had issues with my 2016 RS Camaro. Three times I had to speak with the staff working on my car at Bell Road Surprise, AZ location. Water in the grill, door jams and front mirrors. I did the surveys and contacted Cobblestone customer service. May 5, I stopped at Cobblestone, Bell Road Surprise, AZ location and spoke with the car wash manager, Chris Flora. He listened and understood my issue. He worked on my car plus staff. The car looks gorgeous. Thanks Chris. read more

The wash does a good job overall. I think they speed it up when it is busy. We took our truck thru the second time we visited this location. The dry cycle was very short. Too short to do even a half a job. read more

I brought my 2001 tundra in for a detail spent nearly $400 stains still in my carpet on the floor old fries still in between where the seatbelt buckle is half of the trim is completely dirty. All they did was scrub it once and put a shit ton of grease all over my dash looks shiny, but still a turd. It's incredible that you guys charge so much for detailing yet. Can't get basic dirt out of carpet let alone put some elbow, grease into scrubbing, completely disappointed, and dissatisfied would not recommend Jackson's auto spa charges a fraction of the cost and did a much better job on my other vehicle. This was hands-down, the worst detailing experience anyone thinking about using cobblestone it is overpriced overrated not good. Go somewhere else for auto detailing. read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - Dirty but $400 detail - Car Wash Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst car wash experiences I've had, especially for the price. I paid over $50 and expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, but my windshield still had bugs, and the interior clearly hadn't been touched--there was still visible dust on the screen and dashboard. When I brought these issues up to a staff member, they seemed uninterested and brushed it off while continuing to assist other customers. It didn't even look like the car had been vacuumed. I was considering a membership, but after this visit, that's definitely off the table. Disappointing overall--poor attention to detail and even worse customer service. read more

I had my car washed the other day for $40 and received the worst carwash ever. It was only half dried, my wheels were not even cleaned & lots of fingerprints on the Dashboard. All for $40.00?????!!!!!! I will never frequent that carwash again. You would think for that amount of money there would be better Service. How very disappointing to say the least. My guess is that they don't care about Quality or customer service. read more

I guess this is what you pay for when you get the premium wash but say no to them trying to upsell you to unlimited self service package? I at least expected a decent vacuum. Instead, an entire ritz cracker was left in plain view when the door opened. Also, the seats on the back were severely neglected. The problem is, this is the only full service car wash in Surpise. So the really got you by the you know what's. I wish I would say lesson learned, but this is now the 3rd time. So I guess I'm done giving chances. read more

I went to get a full inside and out car wash, paid my money and waited. before I even left I had to have someone come and clean the back bumper because they didn't touch it. They barely cleaned the inside, you can see the spots where they only wiped down certain areas. I guess if you don't want the full detail the so the bare minimum. I am happy to have a car wash in my area but for the price and service I received I will not be going back. the service person that checked me in was also rude as hell. No thanks!! read more

I have been using the express lane wash for years now and i had a credit card change so there i was in the express lane taking forEVER. Tyler Ivy, was the young man that helped me and what a gentleman he was. He went above and beyond and took a new credit card put on a new express tag for me and offered me the new upgrade. He was so kind about making sure i was taken care of and told me it was just about getting me taken care of not about anyone else. What a gem! It is difficult to find customer service these days and this young man deserves the highest praises. I hope he is recognized and commended for his wonderful service. I would definitely recommend cobblestone and i hope Tyler gets the acknowledgement he so deserves. read more

one of the worst companies that i have come across in a long time they tore a piece of my trim off my lincoln and told me it was my fault that my lincoln had old glued on trim and that the glue let go but when i went home to check the car the piece was bolted on no glue strips of any kind but the manager is a liar. tried to cancel my membership 2 of 3 times they wont do it charge my wife double and wont return it after showing them the bank statment. if u could use a no star rating i would but dont have this option buyer beware when my wife was trying to cancel the payments at the store had another guy there with the same issues please watch your self with this company none of the employees seem to care about customer service and will lie to your face. thanks for messing up my car and overcharging me its the last dollar u will ever get from any of my family read more

If you go to this place for an oil change be prepared for them to up sell you on things you don't need, over charge and put things on your bill you don't ask for. I had my husband go there for an oil change on a 2019 Yukon and a new cabin filter and he came back with a $248 bill. I went over the bill and they put 2 things in my oil for $19.99 each, other charges just have codes, so I have no idea what it was for. I called customer service 2 days and they were so busy I had to leave my name, number and license plate number for their automated secretary and still have not gotten a call back. read more

I've been a customer here since 2006 and can honestly say it's gone downhill The movement of the vacuum station is horrible as you have the detail guys in a rush to get to the next car Nobody can clean a window efficiently I'm not buying anymore prepaid washes here Will be converting to the all the other car wash stations Goodbye read more

They are very service oriented and very quick. I brought two cars in on the same day and they both looked great! I had a really disappointing experience at Cobblestone in Surprise. I brought my car in for service and was offered a car wash as part of it. In total, I paid $119. When I got my car back, I immediately noticed my driver's side mirror was bent completely backward and stuck. I called an employee over, and instead of properly addressing the issue, he forcefully pushed the mirror back into place -- which ended up breaking the motor. Now the automatic open/close function no longer works at all. This was absolutely not an issue before my visit -- it was in perfect working condition. When I brought this to their attention, the situation only got worse. The general manager was extremely rude, completely unapologetic, and refused to take any accountability. He wouldn't even identify himself. Instead, he tried to blame me, claiming I should have folded the mirrors in -- even though their staff had full control of my vehicle and were the ones who took it through the car wash. If folding the mirrors was necessary, that responsibility clearly falls on them. They advertise that their service and wash are guaranteed to be free from defects, but that was definitely not my experience. There is also nothing in their paperwork stating they are not responsible for damages -- yet they caused clear property damage due to negligence and refused to make it right. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly this was handled. read more

This place has gone so down hill it's ridiculous. Why am I paying 40$ plus tip for nothing to be done?
