They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. The location is very convenient with plenty of businesses nearby. The associates are always very kind and helpful. During my last visit, I was having an issue getting one of my coupons to work, but the staff was able to assist me and make sure the discount went through. After that, I was able to get my car wash and take advantage of the vacuum area. They also provide additional items like towels, which made it easy to dry off the remaining excess water on my car. Car in front of me a 2026 front wheels locked up as it exited the wash (common according to ChatGPT) at car washes, the belt rammed me into his back end causing damage to both cars. Cobblestone's response "Not our Problem".... A person should be watching the belt to stop it in cases like this. Now I have an insurance claim on my policy and increase in my premiums a deductible to pay.... Car was not finished washing, inside not cleaned, and I paid them to damage my car..
