He was very courteous and on time. Now the phenomenal part is the Keyan comes to you. I live pretty far for still being in Maricopa county and it doesn't matter, he still fit me in on a Sunday. There is one employee who always jokingy calls my little four year old blond grandson "guerro" and "gringo" . The company phone number for customer servce is completely useless, instead they ask you to use their website and send a message. Someone will respond within a matter of days, so they say. The carwash is state of the art and does a good job. Management needs help as there seems to be no one in charge of Good Customer Service. It is my impression that GM's are not getting the support they need. If you have handicapped plates avoid the runaround. Go somewhere else. Overall the staff is friendly and kind. I appreciate that.

I thought the car wash did a very good job removing some of the harder stuck on dirt and bugs afterwards you can use the vacuum. I did not. I'm not sure if there's a cost associated with that. It probably took less than 10 minutes to run through the car wash with my SUV and dry with the blowers at the end. I would definitely come back and if I was living there, I probably would get a pass. After looking on Yelp for an individual to do this, I saw Keyans Squeaky Clean Wash and it was five star rated. So, I got in touch with Keyan and made an appointment. He came to our house the next day and did a great job washing, polishing the exterior as well as cleaning the interior. Our CRV was "squeaky clean" inside and out. And, at a very reasonable price.
