Within a week of creating that new account super star car wash, WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, went ahead and billed my Chase credit card and when I cancelled that account within 1 hour of billing super start car wash only allowed my account to stay active for 10 days instead of 30 days....BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESSES SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES

I've spoken many times to the owner/manager, I've bought many five packs of "Dynamite" wash coupons. I've stuck with them through several machine failures and repairs. I even wrote them a 5 star Yelp review last year. Despite all that, after today, I won't be back. There is one employee who always jokingy calls my little four year old blond grandson "guerro" and "gringo" . Today I told that employee, in Spanish, which I speak fluently, that my grandson is actually Mexican. At that point the employee walked away and told another employee that I was a huevon. So now I will have to take take my stupid, lazy business somewhere else. :(

The card machine did not work so i scanned my card again at the 2nd bay from the left. The machine wasnt making any noise or starting the wash so i scanned it again and nothing. I moved to the next bay over and the same thing happend. I had to wait about 2 minutes after scanning my car and then it started working somehow. I was charged the initial 10 dollar hold but then charged a total of 40 dollars on one transaction and 4 on another. Pick my wash from a touch menu and then tap my credit card. I'm usually greeted by one of the young employees. And then I pull forward and drive-through. I like that it's high-pressure high scrub. It seems to get off all of the bugs and other residue and dirt from the car. I don't see my car ever getting scratched or damaged. Is it like getting a hand wash or accustom detail? No. But if you're wanting to get a clean car more convenient than not than this is the place for you.

I made multiple trips to try and find a sticker and it is shameful how management doles them out. The license plate reader is unable to read a handicap symbol plate and there is only one employee for the first hour of opening which makes it difficult to get someone over to input the license number for entrance at that time. All stores seem to have trouble getting window stickers in a timely matter. The company phone number for customer servce is completely useless, instead they ask you to use their website and send a message. Someone will respond within a matter of days, so they say. The carwash is state of the art and does a good job. Management needs help as there seems to be no one in charge of Good Customer Service. It is my impression that GM's are not getting the support they need. If you have handicapped plates avoid the runaround. Go somewhere else. Overall the staff is friendly and kind. I appreciate that.

My sister suggested going here since it was a quick "drive-through style" car wash. I pulled in and followed the signs to the car wash entrance where you can pay by credit card. Some people do have a pass, which I do not. Once the arm raised up your directed by the employee to enter the bay. Take your foot off the break and gas pedal put the car in neutral and off you go. It kind of reminds me of a disco car wash. I took the basic car wash just because I was traveling, but there's other options for add-ons. I thought the car wash did a very good job removing some of the harder stuck on dirt and bugs afterwards you can use the vacuum. I did not. I'm not sure if there's a cost associated with that. It probably took less than 10 minutes to run through the car wash with my SUV and dry with the blowers at the end. I would definitely come back and if I was living there, I probably would get a pass. Seems like a reasonable value I think I paid nine dollars.
