I was able to bring my car in at 9:30am and they had it all done and ready by 11am. They gave detailed instructions on what not to do for the next few days after getting the tint which was helpful. The best part was saving money and not having to pay anywhere near what the dealership would have charged me. Marcos also made sure if any part of the tint was messed up or anything, I could bring it back and they would fix it no problem.

Most places I called had waits up to a week out, but Definitive was ready in a couple days. Stephan said he'd be at my house at 8am and damned if he wasn't there at 8 on the dot. I noticed they didn't employ a two-bucket washing method. If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. The detail job came out great however several areas, where they used hard chemicals, took the paint off along the drivers side running board. Right from the start Vern said he would take care of the entire drivers side and have it painted and HE would cover the cost. I was thoroughly impressed and honestly expected this to be Vern's answer due to my prior experience with him and his crew. In…read moreJanuary a car two in front of me jumped the track (no idea why), causing the car in front of me to ram it. My car in turn collided with the car the car in front of me. Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be dropping both our memberships ASAP.
