I've been to the Cobblestone location a few different times now. It's located in the Prasada shopping center, next to Sprouts, Chick-fil-A, Habitat burger, and several other establishments. The location is very convenient with plenty of businesses nearby. The associates are always very kind and helpful. During my last visit, I was having an issue getting one of my coupons to work, but the staff was able to assist me and make sure the discount went through. After that, I was able to get my car wash and take advantage of the vacuum area. They also provide additional items like towels, which made it easy to dry off the remaining excess water on my car. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service was great. read more

I went through Cobblestone Prasada last week . Followed the instructions on the belt, car in neutral, foot off brake. Car in front of me a 2026 front wheels locked up as it exited the wash (common according to ChatGPT) at car washes, the belt rammed me into his back end causing damage to both cars. Cobblestone's response "Not our Problem".... A person should be watching the belt to stop it in cases like this. Now I have an insurance claim on my policy and increase in my premiums a deductible to pay.... Car was not finished washing, inside not cleaned, and I paid them to damage my car.. I went to this cobblestone because it was right next my my place of employment and I had received a $10 wash coupon. Worst mistake ever. I wish I would have checked reviews before going in. The wash scratched the ENTIRE window pillar on my passenger side of my new truck (photos attached). If you care about your vehicle, please DO NOT go through this wash! Avoid at all costs. Needless to say, I am so upset. I will not be back and I will advise everyone against going here to save them the frustration also. I emailed cobblestone and sent an inquiry on their website. This is the third time I've been to this Cobblestone location. The one on W Bell is actually a bit closer to home, but previously I've had good experiences here in the past with getting my car cleaned. Yesterday, was an exception to my prior experiences. My car was dirty from the rain, but it's also ceramic-coated and PPF'd. After going through the wash and getting home, I discovered the front and sides of my car were clean, but the back was so dirty, like it had never been washed. The wiper blade marks were still visible on the back windshield after the wash didn't even do a thing for the back of my car. I did sign up for the unlimited wash club but I'm seriously not impressed given my last experience. How does a car wash miss cleaning 1/4 of a car. And again, I've been here previously and not had this experience so something is definitely a miss with this trip. read more

I will not be coming back to this location. The car wash left blue marks all over my car and damaged my window.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They will lie to you just to get a sale. First impressions say a lot. When the kid that greets you looks like a tweeker not the best idea. Next he gives me attitude when I don't want to purchase the membership. Then to top it off all I wanted was a lite wash and this kid proceeded to tell me the lite wash was just water. That would be a rinse not a wash. Let's just say it was a complete lie. I got the lite wash and there was soap, not just water. Please do not go here. It gets the job done. A bit spotty, but we can take care of that at home. We were stuck on and off for a while. I think the truck behind us had stuff in the back of it that they had 3 people sweeping out the back of their truck. Went with my husband in his vehicle. I have been here several times. Free vacuums, though I always use mine at home as they are so loud. read more

As I have a monthly account with cobblestone on May 21, I had my car wash at this location,, after the car wash, I parked to vacuum my car and the vacuum nozzle, had no suction,, the nozzle was clogged full of garbage,, I reported to the office and talk to a female behind the counter, who didn't appear to be sympathetic to my problem,, plus there were five males in the office, standing around doing nothing, although I was assured the problem would be taken care of,, it took me 20 minutes to unclog the nozzle,, all the employees huddled in the office it's really a shame that the manager doesn't supervise them to do some work... if the problem continues I may have to check out the new dash locations... read more

I think the previous reviewer went to a different location. This car wash literally opened today. It wasn't even built back in May 2023 when her review was posted. Anyways.......... Driving down the street, and saw a "Free Car Wash" sign out front. Had to check it out. It was free (normally $14.99 I think he said) and it was quick and awesome. Great vacuums, plenty of parking spots (more than any other car wash in Surprise from what it looked like), free towels, compressed air etc. Did Surprise really need another car wash? Probably not, but this one is brand new, nice, and this weekend offering free washes...go get yours! read more

Reading the great reviews I was happy to come check this place out. My car was filthy and definitely needed a good wash. Unfortunately, great is not the experience I had at all. I do want to start with the fact that I love the Cobblestone Full Service Wash off Bell and Litchfield and come fairly often to get it cleaned and detailed. This location is not full service and is a drive thru wash and you vacuum your self. No biggie I'm just looking for a good wash. The other washes around Surprise are awful. Upon entering I was pleased to see short lines and an easy lot to get in and out of. I pulled up and while I did see a few employees assisting another car at point of sail I selected my wash option and paid. Someone did come to see if I needed help, but I'd already paid and the gate lifted. Price was good. While driving into the wash I caught a glimpse of what I thought looked like dash wipes, but didn't have time to try and grab one. Awkward spot to try and grab a wipe and there were two cars behind me so I wasn't about to stop and try to grab one. Someone was standing at the wash entry with a small sign telling me what to do and I drove through. Wash soaped up well, no issues inside the wash and I pulled in to a spot afterwards to vacuum and clean out the little trash in my car. I decided to walk over to get a dash wipe and flagged down an employee to ask if they give air fresheners or if that will be normal practice to try to pull up to the box to get them myself. He mumbled a bit then stated they're waiting for a vending machine and you'll have to buy the air fresheners and that yes you're responsible for attempting to get your own wipes if needed. I totally get it's not full service, I get it's less expensive for sure so maybe that's why they expect you to buy the fresheners etc. I'm just used to getting those things at other spots free. Service was definitely meh and the guy I talked to seemed a bit bothered I even stopped to ask some questions. I'd recommend maybe moving your wipes etc near the vending machine where they're more visible. Vacuums worked well and the wash did clean my car very well. I even had writing in paint on my windows from an event and it washed it all off no problem. They also offer towels to help dry your car etc. all in all decent stop. I used this company at 51st and Bell Road and they did full service and I paid $29 per month. Then I moved to Waddell and they're wanting me to pay $29 for self service. That is their premium package and we do all the work. there are way too expensive and getting too big for their bridges. Taking my business elsewhere because their prices are too expensive. read more

I would not recommend coming to this location. The vacuums never work. They hardly pick up anything. The vacuum handle is always falling off. There's never any clean towels. The drive in car wash will ruin your vehicle. Even the layout of the car wash is very uncomfortable. Positioned very weird. DO NOT go here. read more
