His front end was out of the wash but he was unable to move. My car (on the belt) rammed into his car and pushed him out of the wash.. Damage to both my new car and his new car! Cobblestone's response "Not our problem". Incident is on their video, completely the car washes fault! They should have a person monitoring the belt to stop it in cases like this. There is one employee who always jokingy calls my little four year old blond grandson "guerro" and "gringo" . Today I told that employee, in Spanish, which I speak fluently, that my grandson is actually Mexican. At that point the employee walked away and told another employee that I was a huevon. So now I will have to take take my stupid, lazy business somewhere else. :(

The card machine did not work so i scanned my card again at the 2nd bay from the left. The machine wasnt making any noise or starting the wash so i scanned it again and nothing. I moved to the next bay over and the same thing happend. I had to wait about 2 minutes after scanning my car and then it started working somehow. I was charged the initial 10 dollar hold but then charged a total of 40 dollars on one transaction and 4 on another. I was then guided to the car wash bay and positioned the car within the rails, put the car neutral and took my hands off the wheel. I have a 2014 Lexus GX 460 I'm not really concerned about scratches per se. It's a car I do like that. This has high blasted water pressure across the vehicle as well as the scrubbing brushes and it really did remove all of the bugs off the window, etc. took about six minutes to go through if that and then it dries your car. You can pull into one of the vacuum bays and finish it off or dry your car. I did not I just drive off. I think it's a good value.

My sister suggested going here since it was a quick "drive-through style" car wash. I pulled in and followed the signs to the car wash entrance where you can pay by credit card. Some people do have a pass, which I do not. Once the arm raised up your directed by the employee to enter the bay. Take your foot off the break and gas pedal put the car in neutral and off you go. It kind of reminds me of a disco car wash. I took the basic car wash just because I was traveling, but there's other options for add-ons. I thought the car wash did a very good job removing some of the harder stuck on dirt and bugs afterwards you can use the vacuum. I did not. I'm not sure if there's a cost associated with that. It probably took less than 10 minutes to run through the car wash with my SUV and dry with the blowers at the end. I would definitely come back and if I was living there, I probably would get a pass. Seems like a reasonable value I think I paid nine dollars.
