Dakota did not try to upsell me on anything, gave me a coupon off without asking, explained everything that was done in detail, advised my filters were still in great shape (usually I have felt pushed to replace even when not needed at other places) I was given a free car wash coupon good for up to a year, my service was completed so fast and once I paid I turned and my car was backed up waiting with the car door open. The first time I took my car in for an oil change, I went back a few days later my vehicle was leaking oil. The tech told me he put a better oil plug gasket thing on, and it fixed the issue. I took my jeep again, told the about my last experience and request they put the better gasket with the plug, they seemed to brush me off. I told them of my planned road trip and I didn't want to have to come back because it's leaking. Well, guess what? I noticed fresh oil in my driveway AGAIN. I had to take my vehicle back again to have the address the plug. Two visits, two issues with leaky oil. Not good value when you have two go twice for one oil change. I will not go back. read more

The first gentleman I encountered was an absolute sweetheart, and we discussed my oil change always good. I backed out so that it was convenient for a person in front of me to pull out and then I pulled back in. Had a second encounter second very kind gentleman and awaited my oil change. then a man named Cordell approached my vehicle, I was speaking with a friend and said to her Cordell's here now and he knows I'm incompetent and he knows that I'll probably just drive the truck into the pit so he's gonna drive it in for me. At this point he advises me that I can get my oil changed somewhere else ( of course I think he's kidding ) so I jump out of the vehicle wait in the waiting room trying to make sense of what he said, and he advises me in the waiting room that I was rude and I need to leave. I asked one of the young men what did I do? He responded. He's the boss so I didn't argue and totally understand that the first two young men I dealt with are employees, so I left. I'm not sure if he took exception to the fact, I'm a woman, maybe because I'm a Canadian, I have absolutely no idea what he took exception to, but I left in tears never in my life has that ever happened to me before and may it never happen again but will not give them a second chance to make me cry read more

Best oil change experience I have ever had! From my initial call when I tried to make an appointment, Jacob was so kind and said I was free to show up, and I'd be in & out within 20 minutes. I wasn't really in a rush, but I found the information super helpful. Upon showing up, Jacob was welcoming and assured me he'd be done in no time. I'm the typical type of person who does not check her fluids. I couldn't even change a flat if my life depended on it. I liked that I didn't have to answer any questions like "make, model, mileage".
