Such an easy reliable car wash! Ryan was awesome and very helpful. I come here weekly!

Let me start by saying I started my conversation with the General Manager Dakota Blanco by saying please give me the same service you would give your Mother and he did just that! Dakota did not try to upsell me on anything, gave me a coupon off without asking, explained everything that was done in detail, advised my filters were still in great shape (usually I have felt pushed to replace even when not needed at other places) I was given a free car wash coupon good for up to a year, my service was completed so fast and once I paid I turned and my car was backed up waiting with the car door open. I paid and left with these flowers. This was above and beyond in my book and I will be a repeat customer in the future! Thank you Dakota for exceptional customer service, appreciate you! Grease Monkey - Beautiful - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

The first time I took my car in for an oil change, I went back a few days later my vehicle was leaking oil. The tech told me he put a better oil plug gasket thing on, and it fixed the issue. I took my jeep again, told the about my last experience and request they put the better gasket with the plug, they seemed to brush me off. I told them of my planned road trip and I didn't want to have to come back because it's leaking. Well, guess what? I noticed fresh oil in my driveway AGAIN. I had to take my vehicle back again to have the address the plug. Two visits, two issues with leaky oil. Not good value when you have two go twice for one oil change. I will not go back. read more

They treat me like family. I've gotten myself in some jams and they go above and beyond the norm. They will always have a return customer.

Once again, these guys are the Champs!! Wonderful professional service!! Friendly!! My wife went there, they remembered her and treated her with respect and professionalism. That says quite a lot compared to Sun Devil Auto or Brake Masters. Both of them in my experience have always pushed unnecessary services and have little respect for, let's just say, if you're not in the "Good Ole Boy" network your not accepted. I get referrals from Grease for extensive work for other shops who do not need to advertise, because their work is that good!!! read more

Called them to get an estimate on a radiator replacement for a 2015 Honda Civic which has gone bad. They never called me back.

I love these guys, they always take care of me consistently and I'll never go anywhere else. I go to them over getting a free oil change at the dealership because they are that good. I've taken 3 cars here and they remember me with each car I have I mean they are just the best. highly recommend! read more

I take two vehicles to this particular location. I have been more than happy with my service with both vehicles. I feel they're honest will not perform work that doesn't need to be done and will accommodate my needs whenever possible. Paul, who is the service manager I assume at this facility is personable, competent, and well organized. Paul always finds me a discount whenever possible. read more

Imagine my surprise when delving into Yelp and finding an oil change business near me with five stars..., that never happens... right? So... since my 13-year old big bad Dodge was in dire need... and tired of being charged out the nose for said truck at other locations, I figured I had nothing to lose. If I could've given them double stars, I would've . In and out in 20 minutes at a very fair price. No one tried to reem me for a new air filter which I had recently replaced myself. (and I did see them check it.) , and 10% off and a free car wash for being a new customer, and a happy little yellow carnation to boot. Very customer-service oriented. Very professional. I will be back with my other car soon. Thank you!! . read more

I showed up as I always do, 15 minutes before they close. As usual, they were happy to provide service for my PT Cruiser, and they were done before closing time. They have always given great service, and for the price, I have no complaints at all. This team does an amazing job, and I never hear any negativity from them at all. I will be back. read more

Grease Monkey - Mother daughter oil change day - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

Great guys (I trust them very much). Today, got my usual oil change and asked if they happened to install headlight bulbs. "Yes". They even thought they had one in stock (4 Runner). I had already bought one at Toyota. No charge to install. Not saying they'll do that for you, but I'm no special customer (although they do greet me each time). Just great guys and they have done other relatively minor work on my SUV (not tire rotation, cuz no lift, but they also own the one nearby on Union Hills with a lift) read more

Really impressed with these guys, friendly and fast service. I will definitely be back!

Super Happy with my experience! Came I'm without an appt and was out in 20 min with a free car wash and a flower! Super sweet gentlemen! Highly recommend read more

Best oil change experience I have ever had! From my initial call when I tried to make an appointment, Jacob was so kind and said I was free to show up, and I'd be in & out within 20 minutes. I wasn't really in a rush, but I found the information super helpful. Upon showing up, Jacob was welcoming and assured me he'd be done in no time. I'm the typical type of person who does not check her fluids. I couldn't even change a flat if my life depended on it. I liked that I didn't have to answer any questions like "make, model, mileage". I just gave them my keys and walked to the tap room for a beer. Thank you! read more

The first gentleman I encountered was an absolute sweetheart, and we discussed my oil change always good. I backed out so that it was convenient for a person in front of me to pull out and then I pulled back in. Had a second encounter second very kind gentleman and awaited my oil change. then a man named Cordell approached my vehicle, I was speaking with a friend and said to her Cordell's here now and he knows I'm incompetent and he knows that I'll probably just drive the truck into the pit so he's gonna drive it in for me. At this point he advises me that I can get my oil changed somewhere else ( of course I think he's kidding ) so I jump out of the vehicle wait in the waiting room trying to make sense of what he said, and he advises me in the waiting room that I was rude and I need to leave. I asked one of the young men what did I do? He responded. He's the boss so I didn't argue and totally understand that the first two young men I dealt with are employees, so I left. I'm not sure if he took exception to the fact, I'm a woman, maybe because I'm a Canadian, I have absolutely no idea what he took exception to, but I left in tears never in my life has that ever happened to me before and may it never happen again but will not give them a second chance to make me cry read more

These guys are so awesome! I was in and out in about 20 minutes, oil change and car wash. The guys are super friendly, which is really helpful for someone like me who gets anxious pretty easily. The price is fair and there are coupons available online. Would highly recommend this location! Don't mind the construction going on in the lobby either. The only thing that bugged me was they put the new sticker over the old one and I could tell they could get the old one off. read more
