When starting my car, I had this loud rattling noise. It was happening when I was accelerating as well. This all happened on a Saturday when most auto mechanics were closed. Grease monkey was the only one open in my area and when I called, Jake offered to take a look at my vehicle. I had my oil changed here along with all my fluids being topped off. Jake said my steering fluid had been low which had contributed to the noise I was hearing. I really valued their honesty and how quickly they were able to finish. I was in and out within 25 minutes!! They are very straight forward and honest and aren't overly pushy when it comes to additional services- they tell you like it is. I can't recommend this place enough. I moved down from Flagstaff a year ago and had horrible experiences every time I took my car in- from men being intimidating and rude, to flat out screwing me over by charging me more because I'm a woman. This gave me a lot of anxiety about dealing with anything relating to my car, but this Grease Monkey location and the awesome crew they have put me right at ease. The guys at this location are so unbelievably kind and always have me in and out in 20 minutes or less for my oil changes. Son took his car in for an oil change last night...he got there and found he had a flat tire as well! These amazing guys TOOK him several miles to drop his tire off for repair, the tire place couldn't get to it for a few hours. So looooong story "shorter"....Grease Monkey offered to take care of it once he had the tire...so, I picked him up from Grease Monkey and we came home to wait...and then when the tire was ready (at 5pm), I took him to get the tire and then drove him back to Grease Monkey, (we got back there at 5:15, and they close at 5!!!!) Once at Grease Monkey, 3 guys were there and ready to get him back on the road! This was AFTER they had already closed for the day...they STAYED to help him!! I am amazed at how incredible this place is!! I've never seen anyone in this day and age go that extra mile....this places customer service is through the roof!!!!! Oh....and they didn't charge him ANYTHING for all of that extra service driving him around with the tire, staying late or even to put the tire back on!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

I was looking for a good place to evacuate and recharge my A/C and i wanted something in my area. They had some great reviews and they had a great deal for the work i needed done; They told me it would take 2 hrs so i told them ok and went to their shop. as soon as i pulled up the mechanic said to pull up to the door and then the next person Logan asked me what i needed done and i told him. Then he said ok, and right there i know they communicate with each other because they were expecting me to show up. then i waited for the car to be done and the respect they had to the several customers that were done while i was waiting, they showed nothing but pure respect to the customers no matter how everyone was dressed. Just after I left, the "next oil change" sticker promptly fell off the windshield, but it didn't matter. At Grease Monkey, After a free inspection, I was told that all 4 of my brakes were fine for up to maybe another 10,000 miles. They recommended that I wait.
