They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. The detail job came out great however several areas, where they used hard chemicals, took the paint off along the drivers side running board. I was thoroughly impressed and honestly expected this to be Vern's answer due to my prior experience with him and his crew. They offered to come to my house and detail my car for $60 and do a simple wash on my boyfriend's car for $30.
