If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. As a business owner, instead of threatening litigation and personally attacking your clients, I think a better response would be to take some accountability and to do what you can to remedy the situation. That way you can win new business and that frustrated person might eventually become a repeat customer and refer you to others. Something like "I apologize for any miscommunication but I am committed to a high standard of service and want to make this right."
