If that bothers you, just a heads up but my truck was pretty clean to begin with (apart from the sap) so they went ahead and pressure washed it. Afterward they polished and waxed it. It wasn't at the level of a paint correction specialist but for the price I could hardly complain. They even cleaned up the frame rails inside of the wheel wells On god, the car looked like it just rolled off the lot. Well done, Stephan and gang. ORIGINAL POST: The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. I had way way better service and easier communication with Cobblestone, who I'll be going back to. I had switched to Super Star because I thought the location would be more convenient. Cobblestone, I see now, though, is worth the drive.

Bill uses high-quality materials, he used Suntek for my 30% tint and made sure it was legal to drive in California (since I'm not too well-versed in car detailing and legal window tint shades at all). For the 7-year/lifetime ceramic coating, Bill used Opticoat Pro Plus over the body of my car, which has an amazingly smooth and glossy finish. He recommended Opticoat Glass Pro ceramic coating for my windshield and windows as well (to prevent high-speed rock damages on the freeway), which I happily agreed to get. I really appreciated all of Bill's thoughtful recommendations, especially knowing the weather up in the Bay Area where I'm originally from. All of these customizations together cost $1998, which is far less than what I had been quoted by certain shops back in the Bay. Also Bill's turn around time for coating and curing the car was less than 2 days for everything, whereas I had been quoted over a week back in the Bay (and with a much longer commute from where I live!) For the quality of service, details, and kind customer service, I'd recommend any friend in Arizona to go on over and visit Bill for detailing and work - 11/10! Seeing as it is a drive-through car wash, with self-serve vacuums, not sure how much friendly I really need. I usually get a mid-grade car wash. I tried the cheaper one once. It just didn't fully clean my car. Monthly plans are available. Pay one fee for unlimited car washes for the month. There are also family plans. That means that another vehicle may be added to the monthly plan for a discounted rate. Free vacuums are under a shade canopy. Suction on the vacuums is powerful.

The bigger lady was literally in his face and she was clenching her fist. He even asked the lady if she could change a tire or something and she was so rude you could see it in her body language and she was still mad. For a manager to care that much about his job and his customers. I don't know what happened exactly but I know if a lady was in my face like that I wouldn't have been able to hold my composure like he did today. However they never contacted me, you can't call, so I filled a form on their site. They told me to file a new claim, but I explained I had already filed a claim, and then there was no response. I emailed them again, and this time they told me they had lost my claim and I had to file a new one. At this point the incident had happened 3 months ago. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. At no point did they show remorse, even a simple gesture as an upgrade in my wash tier or a free month or two would've been appreciated. Outside of this, I had enjoyed the wash and service, but they've lost a customer with how this incident went down.

Three years later, I call for Alex only to discover Alex had passed away. Sid and Romero came to my rescue (it took two guys to replace Alex; may he RIP). So Romero wrote up the order for a roof treatment, a hand wash and wax and a buff. Of course I drop it off in 112+ temperatures and the guys doing the work were extremely distressed by the excessive temperatures. All during the process, which took a full week, Sid kept me updated. There were some days the crew could only work an hour or two, then they had to stop. I got the call today and Sid had me come to hook up and drive the 5th wheel thru the wash bay. When it came out, the guys jumped on it. And hand dried the rig. I drove away with a 2014 Coachman RV that looks new. Will i go again? Sure. Kudos to Sid and the guys!
