I rarely leave negative reviews but I've had two bad experiences here lately and I'm starting to remember why I canceled my membership [[HIGHLIGHT]]Today when I pulled in there's a guy waving me to pull forward while another guy is just standing in the way so I couldn't move forward unless I run him over and they both looked annoyed at me?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once I finally got talking to them it was extremely sales pitchy. I said no 6 times, I just wanted the inside of my car cleaned a bit so I went with the $40 option.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After declining several times the guy helping me looks very annoyed and just stopped talking, put the receipt on my car and walked away without saying anything...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was going to give more stars if the people actually cleaning my car were happier or did a good job but there's still quite a bit of stuff on my seat and the side of my console that I was able to rub off with my thumb, there is also some sort of spray that wasn't wipes and not it's dried on my white leather. It was not too busy but it seemed rushed, they were also throwing towels in the air and onto the group, it just gave the energy that "I don't want to be here, I don't care" Needless to say I probably wont be back but it's a shame because I prefer these types of car washes. Aged facility, poorly laid out, old equipment and expensive. The equipment is of the older design and technology therefore rough on your vehicle, plus inefficient. Towels are stored alongside the building instead of out by the vehicle stalls. Not very clean and to cap it all off it is the most expensive of any cash wash I've stopped in for. I had some weird gummy oil that splattered all over one side of my car so I came here for a car wash. I asked the guys what this was and they didn't know but 5 of them immediately grabbed some chemicals and went to work and got it off. I was panicking the paint was ruined from whatever got in my car. I have had this car wash membership for 10 years and it is worth every penny especially the one time I needed help like this. He greeted me promptly and very courteously where he was extremely helpful as I wanted a full detail with ceramic coating on the car I just bought. Luis extended outstanding customer service where I experienced a great customer experience (hard to find these days). Wednesday is HALF OFF Day .. Only if you know the SECRET or get help at the gate when paying. Customer Service is NON EXISTENT today. Then the uncaring attitude of the young man chomping on his bubble gum guiding cars into the track. We paid expecting 1/2 price and Oh No , you have to choose the right amount on the screen , WHICH DOESN'T state that trick at all , asked gum chomping could care less kid if he could help .. no cars behind us .. he was so put out that he had to walk ten feet. The massive, deep scratches were not worth the savings from a $6 car wash. During the wash, I heard a massive thud that sounded like a baseball hitting my front passenger door. I figured I would tell management after toweling off & vacuuming my car. As I was wiping my car, I saw huge scratches all over my trunk. I immediately went to Yelp and sure enough someone had the exact same thing happen to their Jeep. I have a Dodge Charger. Clearly the wash doesn't do well with boxy cars. I know my car inside and out and have been hand washing it for years. This was not from another car wash or incident. I told the manager about the thud during the wash, and the scratches. He was incredibly nice and walked me through the wash (where we found a piece of a car's light, see attached pictures), and he said he reviewed the cameras, but ultimately said they did not cause the scratches & there's nothing they can do. He mentioned their other location buffs cars (for $30) & I asked for a complimentary buff of just those scratches. Due to cost, this was refused. I know a small claims court case would end in my favor, & rather than take it that far I believed asking them to just try to buff it out at their other location was more than fair. Since their mistake wasn't rectified I figure the least I could do is help other people protect their car's paint from deep scratches. Until they at least try to buff this out I am not removing or editing this review because saving a few dollars at the car wash is not worth hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of damage. read more

Friends! We washed our car today! If it rains tomorrow this is why. Anyways, we really enjoyed the experience. Yes, experience. The attendants were very attentive and upbeat. My only complaint would be that the wash is too short. Just when the bubbles come out and my excitement peaks, it gets sprayed away. Perhaps the humans are right. Good things never last. This car wash has gone way downhill! They don't even offer tire shine anymore. This used to be our "go to" carwash, but not anymore.

I've tried and tried again here but the final straw was today. I had quit coming here because they kept greasing the tires on my truck after I had asked them not to. But, today I found myself in need of a wash and there they were. I pull up to the attendant who asked what I wanted. I rolled the dice and bought the 2 for 25. While I was waiting to go in a young man walked by with a 1/2 off Wednesday sign. After I got through the wash (no grease on the tires this time but it could have probably been run through again) I saw an employee so I inquired what 1/2 off Wednesday was? He literally replied, "1/2 off Wednesday". Now realizing I was speaking to a communications genius, I slowly replied, then why did I just pay full price and why didn't the attendant not mention it? He stated she was new which I guess was supposed to end the conversation, but I wasn't that easily deterred. He then proceeded to attempt to validate his side of the conversation by telling me that the 2 for 25 was already 1/2 off, yet I just paid 12.50 per wash that should have been 10 because they "threw in" a express wash (which, by the way hardly knocks the dust off the card so don't waste your time (or money)). At that point I didn't see a reason to continue and explain that if it was thrown in then you shouldn't be arguing that I just paid 1/2 of for it) so I finished the conversation with, "don't worry, I won't spend my money here again". He thought that was OK and told me so. I will get my other wash but after that I'm just done. On the bright side I'm not having to wipe tire grease off my truck for a week which is why I gave the 2nd star. 4th time is a charm I guess. read more

I received a gift certificate for a full detail after they rear ended my car in the wash line. When I picked up my car there was a big chip,not a scratch, a CHIP in my rear bumper for which they will not take any responsibility. They offered a car wash. No thanks. As for the detail, the interior was fine. The grill was still covered in bugs. When I pointed that out to the detailer he said he "didn't look at the front of the car". What?! read more

I have had a monthly subscription here for many months and paid $16.95. Today I was billed $45. Their main website does not have a contact phone number other than to the car wash that you use. Nobody answers the phone there. Be VERY cautious of their subscription that they push on you. read more

I went in today for a car wash and nothing more. When I getting out of my car, I was approached by a individual informing me that my windshield had numerous pits. I pointed out that I just had my windshield replaced. Then he asks, what insurance I had. Which I informed him that I am completely satisfied with my insurance company. I felt this is outrageous to have someone pushing windshield replacement when there is no damage. I called to complain and was surprised to learn that it is this individual job to solicit windshield replacement. They just lost a customer. To the owner of Jackson Carwash. As a former quality manager for NASA I can rest a sure that your so called glass expert can not tell if a windshield is pitted from 4 feet away. My mother took her car through the car wash, got home and the grill on the front of her SUV had fallen off. She called Jackson's several times, no one answered. She had to go back down to the carwash only to find that they had THROWN THE GRILL IN THE TRASH!!! She witnessed the manager as he removed the grill from the trash can and it was broken and scratched. We called corporate and finally got a call from Rob who claimed it was not Jackson's fault. He said it came off going through the dryer. He said, "if you were driving down the freeway and the wind blew it off who would you expect to pay for it then?" He blamed the grill falling off on the Certified Ford Dealership who had replaced it last September without know anything about it. He just kept running his mouth. This was a brand new grill. I asked to speak with his boss and he told me no. He said, "that's why they pay me to make these decisions." They did admit fault and offered a free detail and carwash for a year. Like we would really go back there and let them touch our vehicles again? Extremely poor customer service and someone needs to train this young man on customer care and the way he speaks. So far we have reported to the following places: - Consumer Complaints at the Attorney General's Office - BBB - 3 on Your Side He did give us a auto body repair shop and that said they use them all the time (they must have a lot of damage done there at Jackson's) but they will not answer or return calls. Also, look at the consistent damage done to vehicles in the complaints filled with the BBB (Better Business Bureau)! They are not even accredited with the BBB. This is bad business practice on Jackson's Car Wash's part and an extremely unprofessional and unqualified operations manager. Let's just hope Cory Jackson sees this and we can get my Mom's vehicle fixed and Rob some management training. read more

Avoid this car wash. They aren't interested in customer service or getting anybody out quickly or any of the above. They are interested in flirting and if they have someone in a car that is good looking they will make other people sit while they flirt. If the car wash hadn't been halfway decent, I would've asked for my money back because of the young man's attitude. If you have a truck please skip this one. Whole back side of truck is wet as heck. Window still has soap and water covering it. Gonna be fun to clean that after spending 16+ bucks for a wash. When I asked them to correct the problem - a person calling themselves "manager" said there is nothing they can do - "the machine does not give refunds". WATCH OUT FOR THE GUYS PESTERING YOU AT THE PAY STATION ! Their only objective is to lure you into whatever deal the management is pushing them to sell. I have been a customer of this Jackson's car wash for over a year. It is my go to car wash. It is not the high end wash with hand dryers etc, but for what it is, drive through and go, it is wonderful. They upgraded all of the equipment in 2017 and it is all working wonderfully. Some perks they offer are free vacuums, compressed air, towels and floor mat cleaning machines. For me the customer service has been the biggest plus. The site manager Kaleb (sp?) has been fantastic for me. He greets me like an old friend each saturday when I go. I found the whole experience so good, I agreed to have all three of my cars set up with the monthly subscription service. I am a big fan and appreciate all they do. read more

Hi all! People go to a drive through car wash for a common goal: a decently clean car. Wash, rinse, dry. Simple. I've come to this location plenty of times when I'm in the area so I'm not looking for all the fancy upgrades or unlimited washes. I've been a regular to the $5 light wash without issues until today. No high pressure water, soft cloth scrub barely made contact with the sides of my vehicle (mostly one mirror) & the blow dryers barely nudged a bead of water from my windshield. Leftover soap residue from the vehicle in front of me was all over after I exited the tunnel. Luckily, I had time to towel dry because the light road grim was still visible on all sides of my vehicle. A swipe of my finger took off more grim than the wash did. Very disappointing. Think it's time to find another company to patronage. I'm sure the upgraded washes are better. Just stay clear of the light wash. Have a good day! read more

My review has two parts. As for the car wash I have no issues good service and a great job cleaning the car. My problem is with management and the glass hounds who work with Jackson car wash. I have 3 vehicles which have had 7 windshields replaced due to cracks or in this case a tinny almost invisible Knick. I was in to have my car washed as I was wiping the car down I was hounded by glass repair representative to replace the entire window due to a tinny Knick. I said no thanks he continued to persuade me I said no and gave in because he promised a new windshield and no cash back but a tint worth $150. Well I will be having my third windshield installed due to distortion. When I spoke to the General Manager he did not want to hear about the $150 towards tinting the windshield. I informed him that the tint was important and that if the windshield and only IF it needed to be replaced I could have received $150 cash plus a new windshield. He continued to tell me that his employees are reliable to him but not his customers. If you want a decent car wash at a great price I would patronize Jackson's. But I would be cautious if you were to fall for the windshield replacement. I hope this only happened to me and that other customers received exactly what they thought the replacement program guaranteed. I would like to note that the glass installation company is making good on their promise to install a quality glass with the incentive. read more

Needed to get my car washed after a long, long drive to AZ for a Winter job. I wouldn't say it was necessarily dirty, just worn from driving through all weather conditions. Facility was very clean and nice! I paid $6 (cheapest was $3) and was guided in by friendly attendants. When all was said and done, the car was still pretty dirty. It missed most of my back end, the mirrors, and many other little crevices. There was no one at the end to wipe it down and the dryers actually did a pretty bad job of drying my windshield. I don't think any other dryer and any other car wash I've been to has failed to actually mostly dry my windshield. Don't get me wrong, no one does it perfectly. But this one was just noticeable bad. Anyway, if I go back I will be sure to talk to them about guarantees they make about getting the whole car clean. read more
