I originally had PPF, and tint applied on my 2019 Tesla at a different vendor. When we purchased a second Tesla for my wife I searched for a shop closer to my house. These folks had great reviews and I understand why. They did PPF, tint and ceramic coat on the 2023. They reapplied PPF on the the front bumper of the 2019 and added the ceramic coat, after paint correction as well. Both cars turned out excellent. They also scheduled a follow-up 1 week later to recheck everything and make sure there were no issues. That was the part that led me to post this review. Exceptional work and customer service. My contact with Windows and Wheels has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had any company. They were able to identify paint issues that I was having due to having the car over sprayed or marred by some substance while it was having performance parts installed at a different facility. My original contact was to fix my paint before getting the vehicle wrapped. That being said they were able to beat the install price of just a wrap, I was able to have my cars paint corrected, wrapped and ceramic coated for less than I was quoted for just a wrap. If you didn't know they also install bulk PPF and their skill shows as they were extremely detailed in the wrap of my car and went extra lengths in the many creases and areas that are usually left bare including the filler area. Ultimately when I picked my car up, it was like having a brand new car again just 100 times better looking. If you are looking at a quality detailer, look no further, give W&W's a call and get your car in there. Although there isn't a lot of coverage on reviews, they definitely can handle your color change wraps as well. But I will let my pictures speak for them! Make sure to set some extra time aside, they have some of the best and nicest staff you will meet. I would be remiss to write a review for Windows and Wheels. They did a fantastic job on my brand new Rivian R1T and had some very good suggestions that I am pleased they did. The communication with them was flawless and they were able to accommodate us since we are from out of State. At every point of the process one can feel that they really love what they do and that they stand behind their product. The aforementioned suggestions were no upsell but rather thoughtful advice that I am very glad we added. We had the vehicle fully matte PPF'ed and ceramic coated and tinted. W&W installed the PPF/ceramic coating on my Tesla Model 3 in October 2018. Two and half years later, the car looks new. The freeways in the Valley are brutal on cars. Many objects have hit the car while driving on the freeways (e.g., rocks, 5 gallon paint bucket lids, etc.). The PPF/ceramic coating did its job to protect the car paint. Well, here it is about 4 years after my initial review. While the plastic bra and ceramic coating has kept my car looking great, I had to keep it out of the garage for a couple months, getting rained on, which then baked on with dust. This after years of staying outside and being exposed to the elements, and it finally stayed dirty, even with the touchless carwash. So it was finally time to get a deep clean, plus a new treatment of ceramic protection. I worked with Daniela to get a quote for a deep clean of the interior and exterior, plus an upgrade in the ceramic coating, now good for five years. When I got my car back, it seemed almost better than new. The car looks as shiny and smooth as the pictures taken four years ago. Plus the inside looks and smells great. The leather and vinyl has been cleaned and conditioned, and all carpet has been deep cleaned. All this does not come cheap, but having a car that looks new at a fraction of the cost is definitely worth it! read more

This was my second time visiting Windows and Wheels, and I thought it's time I wrote a review about their work. The first time I visited was for a stage 1 paint correction, since after years of washing my vehicle in regular car washes (i.e. not the touch-less ones), the paint on my vehicle had developed some nice swirls and imperfections that could use some corrections. I looked up local businesses that offer this type of work and Windows and Wheels popped up as the most well reviewed one in the area. So I obviously I decided to pay them a visit, trusted them with my vehicle, and I am so glad I did. The were prompt, professional, and masters of their craft. Within a matter of hours, the vehicle's paint was restored to almost factory quality, with 90% of minor scratches and swirls removed. I was extremely happy with the outcome of their work, and made a note to myself to return in case I needed any similar work done in the future. During my most recent visit, I decided to have them install a paint protection film on my vehicle that I had recently purchased, to save the factory paint from rock chips and road debris that is so common here in the southwest. Since I was a repeat customer, they went out of their way to perform the work on a Saturday based on my convenience and availability. I dropped the vehicle off on a Friday afternoon, and picked it up on a Sunday morning. Applying the paint protection film (or a clear bra) is a very time consuming, meticulous and difficult job, there were a few spots that I wasn't satisfied with initially. They made sure to schedule a follow-up two weeks from the install and take care of those areas, and any other regions that needed attention in their opinion. I would definitely recommend them for your auto-detailing and paint protection needs, Wills and Daniela are great folks and will take care of your vehicle as if it's their own! read more

When I originally bought my car I knew that I did not want the dealer to install tint or some kind of "coating" for my car. Instead I wanted a place that specializes in new car protection. After quite a bit of investigation I found Windows and Wheels. I ended up getting the new car package with polishing, cquartz finest on the exterior, cquartz for leather and fabric on the interior, wheel coating, and trim coating. I also got tint and full frontel clearbra. The car looked absolutely amazing when it was complete. I can easily say better than new...the cquartz gives it a showroom shine. It has been 1 year since I brought in the car for the protection package and it still looks amazing. I have Windows and Wheels perform a maintenance wash every 3 to 4 weeks, and when complete makes it look like my car was fully detailed. Wills and Daniela really do an amazing job. The quote you will receive will be pretty high, but if you are looking for real pros that know that they are doing then definitely choose these guys. I also need to point out that Wills and Daniela have quite a large network. I found a small dent and paint chip and Wills was able to take of it. Even more impressive was when I got some curb rash on my rim. It was pretty ugly and had no idea if it could be fixed. Wills knows a guy that worked absolute magic on my rim. You can't even tell anything is off unless I show you the exact spot. Bottom line is that after a maintenance wash my car looks better than new and it has been my daily driver for over a year. My wife got a Hyundai Sonata and we had Windows & Wheels do a partial frontal protection body wrap on it. They quoted the partial wrap, but when I told Daniela that I wanted to modify it with a full hood covering she didn't miss a step and they gave us exactly what we wanted. This place is okay. Got my Acura TL detailed here and when they pulled it up front it still had wax marks all over. The guy said that's "adhesive we used on it" and was completely content with leaving it like that. I told him that that's no cool for the price I paid and so he got a rag and started washing it off. I was disappointed that I had to point out marks and spots to be cleaned when this is suppose to be a top notch spot. Another thing, it rained the night I got it done. And so I called the next day to see if they have a 24hr rain check and they don't. It's a little odd you can go to Cobblestone and get the same quality wash for half the price and they'll rewash your car if it's rained in less than a day. I'm willing to pay $300 for a quality detail but this felt rushed and not worth what I spent. read more

THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST & YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR FROM THEM! I communicated extensively with this company prior to taking my car to them. I was to have my Xpel Stealth wrap repaired (hood), and also the roof replaced under warranty. After my car being with them for 10 days - and on the day I picked up my car - the hood wrap piece they replaced clearly did not match. When I questioned Wills (the owner), regarding this, he simply stated, "Oh, I thought I told you this". Of course Wills did not communicate this prior to initiating any or his work, and/or the multiple email telephone conversations! This is abhorrent and fraudulent customer service! The paint protection they installed, I was also informed directly from Xpel, should NOT be applied to the Xpel wrap - again - I was not notified of this in advance of their work! This company is NOT an authorized Xpel dealer/installer, and regarding the warranty work - I was notified that another company had to do this - when it's THIS company I paid to have the work done in 2017. The warranty for their work was also not registered back in 2017, which Wills stated it wasn't his problem. WOW - I paid this company directly for the work - with only their name on the invoice!! Fortunately, Xpel has amazing customer service and I was able to resolve all of the mistakes Windows and Wheels made. Again, it's the company's responsibility that if they cannot replace wrap of the same brand, and/or they are not an Authorized Dealer for the brand - NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMER OF THIS IN ADVANCE - failure to do so is nothing more than fraud! After complaining regarding this, what did Wills do? He had his lawyer send me a warning email :)  Nice try Wills - YOU MADE THE MISTAKES (plural) - and then you try and hide behind the veil of your Lawyer!
