I dropped off at 9 and never received a call or text so I called around 230 only to receive a text back saying it should be done in an hour. I go there to pick it up after the hour has passed and beyond and it's still not done. I was then told that the visor was being redone, first clue.... Then after a while passes by in waiting in the lobby and hear music so loud coming from the shop that it's shaking the walls. I was then told they are moving around cars to get mine out. I got my car when it was done and walked around. I saw several areas of bubbling which I've never seen before on previous vehicles being tinted elsewhere but they told me it's normal and will go away. Time will tell. I drive to the store and walk around and see a huge burnt/melted plastic piece on the outside of the B panel mounding. It looked like they melted it with a heat gun. I call the shop immediately and no answer. I then get a text saying we missed your call and I replied with the picture of the burnt paneling. I am told the issue will be fixed. I tell him I want it fixed by a Toyota dealer because it is a brand new car and I am told that in the agreement I signed that they do repairs. I called the dealer and was told the part is $42 and labor would be about $180. I then tell them the cost and he said he needs to ask his boss to get approval to reimburse costs from the dealer. To be continued.... Also to add. When my car was taken out of their service garage and brought up front, a young male with sagging pants got out. When I sat in my car I immediately smelled smoke. So I don't know if he just smelled like it really bad and it passed off into my new car or they were smoking in the garage. Either way not a pleasant smell especially since my wife had asthma and I have small children. I later found water all over my floor mats and several cut pieces of tiny laying in the cabin. Not a big deal if it was only that but the biggest issue is that they damaged my brand new car. The person that did it had to have known. I will post later with an update as I am supposed to hear back tomorrow from the boss. Beware!

The lobby area is very minimally furnished with a table and computer for the employees. I had the option to drop myvehichle and come back later, or stay and wait, I chose to stay and wait. All work is done in a back area that is inaccesible to the public. My car was finished in approximately 3 hours, it took an hour longer than anticipated due to another associate being called out to another job. The prices are very fair and they were able to accomodate an additional request for a tint strip over my front windshield for minimal additional cost. All services are by appointment only, however, you can walk in to get information. If nobody is in the room, they have a bell in the back that alerts them every time the front door opens. I am very pleased with the results! I was able to "test" as soon as the sun came out again after a few days of rain. I can recommend giving them a call and checking these guys out!

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. I purchased four tires for my Ford Transit work van and trusted their recommendation, assuming they were providing the correct tires for the vehicle. Less than a year later, one of the tires began splitting. I took the van to another shop that was closer because I did not feel safe driving all the way back to their shop. It was at the new shop where I was informed that the tires installed on my van were not properly rated to handle the weight of the vehicle and should not have been installed in the first place. I contacted Christian Brothers to explain the situation and was told I would need to drive the van back to their shop -- despite the damaged tire -- for them to determine whether anything would be covered under warranty. While I was getting the quote elsewhere to replace all four tires, Christian Brothers called back and offered a slightly lower price if I purchased another full set through them. In the end, the difference was only about $100 compared to the other shop. A shop I had never even used before, and that was the cost with no additional warranties or discounts (like Christian Brothers was claiming to be giving me). They stated they were giving me tires at cost and not charging for labor, not true. They tried to make it seem like they were doing me some huge favor by giving me such a small discount. Their front desk employee, Eric was as "helpful" as he could be throughout the process, but overall should have pushed harder with his upper management to resolve this. They should have completely comped the price of the old tires as this was their, dangerous mistake. Now they're not only making money off of me but also causing me to lose additional money by missing work to fix a problem they caused. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially considering the original tires that they chose were improper for a work van like mine. All of this resulted in me needing to purchase two sets of tires within a single year!!! I expressed to them that being without my van would result in loss of money as it is my work vehicle. They had no concern for my time, money and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation that they caused. I had to leave my vehicle with them for more than a day the first time and again overnight the second time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I had AZ HEAT install PPF, ceramic coating, and perform paint correction on two of our vehicles, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Jay was outstanding to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted, answered every question, worked within our budget, and made recommendations that helped us get exactly what we were looking for without feeling pressured. He was also incredibly kind to my 16 year old son who's 4runner they were also working on. Jay included him throughout the process, which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The quality of the work speaks for itself. Both vehicles look fantastic, and the paint correction made a remarkable difference on my sons 2020 4runner. It has over 160K miles on it so it needed some work. The attention to detail is obvious, and it's clear the team takes great pride in their craftsmanship.
