Tyler just left our home ten minutes ago. I agree with all the other five star reviews. He's terrific! Our need was to clean the interior of our 2021 Lexus RX350 that was covered with white dog hairs and streaked with mud, as our dog likes to bathe in the mud at the park. So it was a terrible mess and frankly an embarassment. Here's why I give him five stars: - Very easy setting up an appointment on his website. - Reasonable prices - On the day of the appointment he texted ahead. - He arrived on time. - Very polite, friendly and unassuming - Tyler, who is the owner, did the work himself. - He worked steadily for about three hours. - Thanks to him, the interior has never looked better, on par with what it looked like when we bought the car except for usual wear and tear. I filled out a contact form. Unfortunately, after the first message on 1/22 asking me to tell him what car I have, I never heard back. On 1/26 I wrote to the other number he gave on the original message, and never heard back from that one either. I know things get busy, but this is obviously not a great way to do business. Tyler showed up at my house on time -exactly as promised- and did a phenomenal job on my 11-year-old Toyota Tacoma. He buffed out all the scratches that could be removed and dramatically lessened the appearance of the scratches that were deeper . He put a beautiful polish/wax on the exterior of my truck. I have taken good care of the interior but it looked almost showroom clean and new by the time Tyler was done (about3.5hrs.) Excellent job, Tyler! Highly recommended! I found Tyler on Yelp, and I needed my seat cleaned. My dog urinated on it and it smelled pretty bad. He was very responsive, we picked a day and time and he was there right on time. He brought equipment and I didn't need to do anything. He did an excellent job cleaning my car and got the smell out about 90%. Not his fault; it's dog urine. It's the hardest smell to destroy.
