I never noticed I needed my headlamps to be specially cleaned, until the day I DID. Then every time I walked to my car I couldn't see anything else. I came online for reviews, and then I saw Detail Oriented MOBILE Detailing, and I loved the idea of having the service coming to me. I left a message through the Yelp site and the owner, Conor, was very quick to answer back. I, however, forgot to check the Yelp website for messages and didn't message back until the weekend. He messaged me back at 9:31 Monday morning, and we set an appointment for Monday afternoon. He texted me when he was on his way and was on time. The responsiveness and communication was so appreciated because I wanted to coordinate with my husband to be home when the work was being done. Conor came and got right to work. My husband was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and how beautiful everything looked when he finished. When I saw them, I was impressed. Who knew? Getting those foggy, oxidized headlamps cleaned made such a difference! His rate was very reasonable and completely worth it. I wish I didn't wait so long. This was my first experience with Detail Oriented and wow, what a delight! I got a quote from Conor to have my car detailed, and he responded to my questions within literally 2 minutes. We set up an appointment the next day ( I thought I was going to have to wait, because every detailer I had contacted had a bit of a longer wait time but I was wrong). I described to him how my car looked like when I first bought it and my thrill on seeing my car so shiny and new back then (I have a 2014 MBenz 350 sedan).  I told Conor I wanted my car looking like wet, he listened, and he delivered! I dropped my car off there and was greeted by Conor and Francis (partner) I decided to watch the whole process and let me tell you these guys are no joke, they started off with the wheels and seeing the amount of steps they take to clean one wheel was amazing, I'm used to someone just spraying down a wheel with water but these guys really get detail oriented (pun intended) with each wheel it's amazing to watch. Throughout the whole process they were both very passionate about every detail, during the claybar process they had me even inspect and feel the paint in comparison to a side that had not yet been clayed, it felt like such a transparent and inclusive process, and they constantly walked me down each step they would take to give me insight on what they were doing.  The detail I had gotten done on my car was a top quality job, and they work on cars like mine and nicer all the time which was very comforting to me, and is what brought me to them in the first place, just when my car was about done a brand new AMG pulled in, so hey that's a huge plus. As a bonus, Conor and Francis are so easy and entertaining to talk to, they are both perfectionists yet at the same time so relaxed. The name says it all, Conor is extremely detail oriented and over all a stand up guy. I brought my c63 amg 507 edition to him super last minute as I was selling my car and really just wanted to get it cleaned up before I sold it.
