I'll be honest my car wasn't a mess but I can tell the attention to detail they put into the car. Even my mats are looking younger! It was easy to book an appointment (I believe the service requested/booked the "Rally Sport" which is their inside detailing), they were communicative and even early. Them coming to you puts you at ease not being stranded somewhere else. I really appreciated them asking if any spots needed attention. This is money well worth spent. The attention to detail and friendly service makes it all worth it. I will recommend and definitely keep coming back!

I never had my car detailed before and its over 8yrs old. You can imagine the spills and crumbs…read morethat have turned to stains and grime. I was referred to Airpark Auto Detail from a work friend, and thought it was time to treat my poor lil grimy Versa Note to a fancy detail. I could not believe the difference! Every crack and crevice in the interior had been treated and cleaned, the carpet and original seat covers looked brand new! I swear there was a handful of change that seemed superglued into my cupholders with many years of layers of spilled coffee and soda... and now all of my surfaces, screens, buttons and knobs look as clean as when I bought it new. I am especially impressed with the buffing out of scuffs and scratches on the exterior. They buffed out an eyesore ( a front driver door scratch 10 inches long that was poorly covered with yellowing paint) that I cringed to see every day, and now, that damage is barely visible! Not to mention the scuffies on the rear bumper corners, non-existent now. I appreciate Greg in being a consistent contact and Andres for all his hard work and the magic he performed on my scuff/scratch damages. I'm telling everyone about this great service. 10 stars!

I was even able to pay over a few days, thanks to Steve's kindness. The cost for Steve, actually, went over in price, but he was sincere in giving me a discount, and ate the extra cost. He ripped up the driver's side Range Rover floor mat, exposing the nameplate and leaving it sticking up like a jagged piece of metal -- an obvious safety hazard. Completely careless and unprofessional. When I pointed it out, instead of taking responsibility, the front desk lady pulled out her iPhone and started recording me while denying any fault. The fact that they think a customer should accept their car being returned in such a dangerous, damaged condition is beyond outrageous. Because I've learned from past detailing nightmares, I always take before photos of my car's condition. Despite having clear proof, they still denied it. For a place that's supposed to "detail" cars, they clearly have no respect for the vehicles they're working on. Now I'm left with a repair that should never have been necessary. This business doesn't care about your car, your safety, or owning up to their mistakes. If you value your vehicle -- especially a luxury one -- do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
