    After

I contacted this company since I had long standing stains in my front seats. In under a few hours my stains were GONE (see the befores and afters!). They exceeded my expectations! The detailed cleaning of my interior and exterior felt like getting back into a new car. I will recommend them to friends and family as the only team I will use for any car in the future. The communication was top notch. All the deeper crevices of crumbs/hair/dirt are now gone! I am looking forward to my next cleaning with this team!

I rarely give reviews but this deserves one just so others are aware. I found this company on Groupon which was originally priced at $250 for a Full Interior AND Exterior detail for car, then discounted to $101.25. When I contacted Nate, he requested I bypass Groupon and pay him directly. I confirmed that I will get the same service advertised on Groupon. He confirmed. He was able to squeeze me in, which was awesome! I drove to Tempe, and dropped off my vehicle to him. He expressed that he could do a full interior detail since I just bought the car and wanted the smell removed and it cleaned thoroughly. Although the ad stated interior and exterior, I agreed. He said it would be 100 even. Before I arrived to pick my car up, I asked how much would it be for an exterior wash assuming he'd say it was included, he then said it would be an additional 50.00 and I would have to bring it another day. When I got back to my vehicle, it smelled sooooo clean! I was amazed! I looked at the cleaning on the surface and it was so nice! I did see a stain on the ceiling before leaving that I brought to his attention and he cleaned it immediately in front of me. I noticed some stuff still caked up on the door and he took his nail and scraped it off. When I arrived home, my husband took a deeper look at the cleaning and noticed it wasn't done as thoroughly as it should have been for what was stated in the advertisement. I have attached some photos. There was still old dirt and things in the inside of the cup holder, there were parts on the carpet that looked like it had only been vacuumed not cleaned, spots and splatters still on the doors. This was a used car that was purchased and I expressed that I wanted it cleaned really good. Not surface cleaned. If there were other costs included for it to be cleaned how I was told, they were never offered to me. He never showed me this dirt and said it costs more to do the carpets etc... if we didn't look deeper, it would have looked clean. I reached out to him and was offered 25.00 refund. Which was appreciated, but never offered to complete the job. He then told me to remove the dirt from the carpet could only be done if the seats were removed. Which is false. Some of these spots are visible. I am just writing this to let everyone to look at everything before leaving. I wish I didn't have to write this. Thank you Nate for the 25.00 refund, but I would have much rather preferred for my car to be cleaned thoroughly as expected. This is not "Showroom ready" as the advertisement says. I could have gotten a full refund if I would have gone through Groupon but because I paid directly, I don't even have that option. **UPDATE AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE ON GOOGLE: This was never posted as an opportunity for back and forth, the Groupon clearly states Interior AND Exterior for 100.00. Which is what I paid. The amount of 100.00 was given to me when it was stated I'd get a deep clean, which in my option a "deep clean" at least includes the cup holders being cleaned thoroughly. And a carpet cleaning. These are visible spots on the carpet and in the gas lever (as pictured). The seats would not have to be moved to shampoo these spots on the carpet. Yes, the car was cleaned. My complaint is that I didn't get what I paid for. If I paid for a deep clean to forfeit the exterior wash (as the Groupon states) then the car should have been DEEP cleaned. I shouldn't have to look under the cup holders being lifted and see all this debris. Or spots still on the doors, ceiling and carpet. That's my point. Your customers can read this and decide for themselves based on the photos I posted AFTER your work was complete. If you still think your work was great, that's fine. But as a consumer, I'm not happy and the 25.00 refund was nice. Would have appreciated the work done thoroughly OR a full refund, but lesson learned when trying to honor the request to pay you directly. Thank you!

I brought my 2026 Tesla Model 3 here for some tint and things did not go as planned but Josh was super friendly and did everything he could to make the situation right. Below I describe my experience, which involves fully tinting every piece of glass on my Tesla, which is the most difficult vehicle model to tint. I wouldn't pass on Copperstate Motor Club solely based on the below review. The first go-around with the tint didn't turn out as expected. I had opted to tint my Tesla's six side windows, back window, sunroof, and windshield in the MaxPro MaxIR, which is their top of the line film. I wanted maximum heat and UV protection from the harsh Arizona sun, even though I was having the tint done in January. Josh was super friendly and communicative during the process and my tint job took all day. When I went to pick up the car there was a good amount of soap running down the sides of the car but Josh had free QR codes for the car wash near his shop. Even though the QR code didn't work for me, I was able to spray. the car down with some spot free rinse water to get the soap off. Fast forward to a few days later and I noticed some large bubbles on the driver side door and windshield not going away and then I noticed in other areas around the car, there were some dust particles and hair trapped in between the tint and the glass. I also noticed some hardcore streaking on one of the windows and some tint on the sunroof that didn't look like it was cut correctly as the tint didn't cover the sunroof fully. Josh re-tinted my side windows, which look good. He attempted to redo the windshield but when he put the film up, there was a nick in it so it was removed. He also wasn't able to redo the sunroof or the back glass, stating that he couldn't do any better than what was on there already. He was kind enough to issue me a full refund and also give me some additional car wash codes, and money toward my Uber ride. I thought that was VERY kind and excellent customer service. I appreciated his strong business acumen. He attempted to make the situation right and I really really appreciate that. I had since taken my car to Gilbert Tint Works for them to redo the windshield, the sunroof, and the back glass, which look good so far...the car is still curing so I'll know in a couple of days. One thing that Gilbert Tint Works pointed out was that the film that Copperstate Motor Club put on the sunroof had a weird blue hue to it. I also noticed that the windshield film, when it was on there, had a blue hue as well. We suspect that perhaps too much soapy solution was used. Copperstate Motor Club is a newer company and it appears they're still ironing out some kinks. Hopefully in the future they'll be great because the owner, Josh, definitely has the right business mindset.

He got me in the very next morning at 8:30, said my car would be ready by 11:30, and it was! I was able to pick it up on my lunch break. Omar was kind, straightforward, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing. He even thanked me for my business before we got off our first call, which I really appreciated. I went with XPEL PRIME XR nano-ceramic, 99% UV protection and up to 85% heat rejection. 20% all around. He'll do whatever percentage you want while explaining the pros and cons so you can make your own choice. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. His son was there and was also really helpful explaining the ceramic options. I loved the heat lamp demonstration showing how much of a difference the tint makes, especially with the Arizona sun! The displays around the shop were unique too, especially the Predator figure. They told me the figures came from Mexico, which was cool. You can definitely tell it's a family business that takes pride in what they do. One tip: take a picture of your receipt since it's the type that can fade over time and you'll want it for the warranty. Great experience from start to finish, and my car looks amazing. Definitely recommend Omar's!
