I've had my two vehicles detailed for two years by Shine Works and was very pleased with their work. This year, I could not reach them by phone or email to schedule my appointments. Multiple calls and emails later I gave up. It shouldn't be that hard to connect with a business and give them money... read more

Absolutely stellar experience. Geoff was communicative, helpful, and honest about pricing/times/labor. I got a ceramic coating done and my car looks brand new almost every day. The shine is so deep that I could shave in the reflection! Don't foresee myself using any other business. read more

Bike was filthy and now looks great. I actually couldn't be there at the time because of a family emergency and they worked with me to get the job done. Price was really fair. I recommend and would use again. read more

Geoff and the team did an awesome job on both trucks that I have owned. They are very fair with pricing and stay in great communication with you. Before they start they address your needs and wants and always do an amazing and detailed job. After the job was done he went over the car with me and made sure that I was happy before I took off. I highly recommend them for any detailing job you need. read more

Paid $325 for a full detail package containing all three of the detail packages they offer. Received a carpet spot clean, somewhat of an interior wipe down, power wash the engine bay, tire shine the tires, and kinda spray wax the car a little bit. Basically received a gas station car wash with an interior wipe down and vacuum. I received maybe 25-30% of what i paid for. Plus the had to come back a 2nd time because they never opened the glove box, flipped down the sun visors and forgot to put a part back in the interior. Texted the co-owner and asked him to please come look at the "detail job" i just paid $325 for. He wasn't interested in responding after that. Still dirt in the trunk around the spare tire, still dirt on the interior plastics where the seats fold down, the entire trunk area wasn't touched. Plastic on the sides of the seats and seat rails not touched. Dirt on and around the door moldings, dirt on the side skirts, wheel wells and suspension were not touched, wheels weren't touched. Not worth the money or 3.5hrs. The package i paid for should have taken longer than 3.5hrs for what it is supposed to include. As of 7/6/21 i have made 3 requests (2via text message since that is how they were responding up until i paid originally, and 1 attempt by leaving a voice mail) requesting a manager or owner to come look at this car. Update: 7/31/21, i have given up on this place. I have re-detailed the car myself. I should have just done it myself in the first place instead of paying a mobile car wash company to pretend to be a detail company. Im out $325, but they seem to need it more than i do i guess. read more

Scheduled to get a car detailed, Geoff did an incredible job getting inside, outside, underhood, and especially the wheels and calipers (they looked the worst) spotless. Can't beat Shineworks, especially the price for the quality of work you get! read more

Great work, always friendly, flexible and appreciates your business. They understand the difference between a client that needs a deep detail on a Lamborghini and a client that has 3 kids and just needs a good wash, vacuum, and tire dressing every few weeks at an ultra affordable cost (I HAVE HAD BOTH types of service from them)... I got tired of bad car washes at local drive to locations and the constant attempts to upsale customers on window repairs and oil changes. SW IS THE SAME PRICE AND THEY COME TO YOU! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND YOUR VEHICLE...GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WILL HAVE AN ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE - happy 2 year client read more

They use the same rags for rims interior and paint I paid 70k plus for my vehicle to have micro scratches on 5th wash. If you care about your paint don't come here. read more

Recently my coworkers and I decided it was time to get our cars detailed. I arranged to have Shineworks come to our office today and detail our cars while we were at work. So CONVENIENT! They arrived on time and were very personable and professional. They did an excellent job detailing our cars and were thoughtful enough to lay a towel down on the seat of my co-worker's car when she had to leave since it was still a little damp from being cleaned. The PRICE, CONVENIENCE and RESULTS were truly exceptional. We are all very pleased with our experience and will certainly use them again in the future. read more

Had these guys come out to clean my Girlfriends car for her bday present that hadn't been cleaned for at least 4 years. It was looking and smelling pretty rough. Well they did much better than I even thought was possible. I was sure that old lunch box smell would never come out but they performed a miracle! She is very thrilled with the service and motivated to keep it the way you all left it. Thank you so much! I'll call on you again when it's time to do my car. read more

Shine Works is a class act! I saw them because the owner lives in my neighborhood. This isn't your run of the mill groupon detailer that does a half a** job. He does things right. He came to my house picked up my truck, washed and detailed it, and left it locked and ready for me to pick up. Your miles may vary considering he lives 2 blocks away from me but you cannot beat that service! My truck looked like it did when new. I paid for a full detail and for once I got a full detail. Even the engine bay was spotless. This is a 4wd truck that hasn't been washed all winter...driving in the snow and mud. WOW keeping a 5 star rating on yelp is hard but there is no lie this guy is the real deal!! Thank you again and I will be coming back with my other vehicles! read more

I don't let anyone else detail my car. Geoff and team always do a remarkable job at a fair price and they come to my office. A girl can't ask for anything better than that! read more

If you don't value your time, these guys are probably fine. Set an appointment early in the week for 11:00 AM on a Friday. They called at 11:55 AM and said they would be arriving around 12:45 PM. Extremely unprofessional. Need I say more? read more

Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and fair. So glad I found this company. My new vehicle was subject to overspray due to some nearby construction (foam roof spray). Geoff explained exactly what he would do to remove it and assured me this was something he has done numerous times. I felt so comfortable with this interaction that I asked them to also clean the white leather interior that had become dingy. Needless to say Geoff shows up on time, with help, and didn't need a thing. His truck is equipped with EVERYTHING needed to pull off a comprehensive cleaning. Including his own power and water. As he puts it "I only need your car and your keys". The results spoke for themselves. Car looks absolutely perfect! Geoff and his team are consummate professionals. Thanks for making my Bimmer look better than new! read more

Geoff did an amazing job detailing my car. It looks at least as good as it did new. Who knew the engine compartment had so many colors!?! Got wax and clay bar and clean carpets and saddle soap (leather conditioner) and very shiny tires. We are all ready for another Arizona summer Highly recommend - will be using again! read more

Did a wash and wax on my RV and a complete detail on my Jeep Wrangler. Very responsive to my initial inquiries, showed up on time (actually a little early) and got straight to work. Prices were competitive, especially with multi vehicle discount. There were a few spots that I had to go back and touch up (hence why only 4 stars), but overall a fair exchange of value. I would recommend using them. In defense of Geoff, I was not around when they finished the job to be able to do a walk through. His prompt and professional response below shows you that you're dealing with a reliable company. read more

These guys are the best. They are always ready when you call and on time. They always make my Polaris Rzr look new again after every ride. Don't choose anyone else. read more

Geoff and his wife were great! They did a fantastic job on my two vehicles and were quick, and very reasonable. They're even better people and you certainly won't be disappointed if you chose to use them. read more

This mobile service was quite a disappointment. First, they just showed up with no notification prior. It took some time to get the car cleaned out not knowing they would be there. Second, the car is a black car and had other detail companies say that they could get the dull areas shiny- no big deal. Shine Works detailed the car but then said it would be additional charges to get it to a full shine. (over the approximately $230she paid) This was not disclosed prior. There are still smudgy spots and despite calls, the owner was not willing to take a look claiming he sent someone fully qualified. Finally, the trunk was not vacuumed or cleaned and the windows were streaked. Go figure! read more

Did an outstanding job on my BMW. I e-mailed because I spilled some red wine in the car, and stained the tan carpet, siding, and seats. Received a quote almost immediately. They provided same day service and completely removed the red wine stains. And they are ethical; because the interior was already pretty clean they gave me a reasonable discount. Geoff and Sarah are fantastic. Highly recommend. read more

Having the convenience of a mobile detailing service is awesome, they even bring their own water. Devin and Aaron got my suv lookin like new again! I got a full detail and it was priced fairly. My car was absolutely filthy from a long road trip and after they were done my car looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. read more

The customer service by Geoff and Warner were impeccable. We had glass from a back side window on our Minivan shattered throughout the interior, and called Shine Works to clean the interior. We have four kids, and our van was not the cleanest, but when they were done it looks like new. They were respectful and up front with everything. They were even able to come the same day, and gave a military discount!! I highly recommend!!! read more

Seriously not the biggest one to write reviews but these guys made it happen this morning! I spend a ton of time in my car in sales and it needed a reset baaaaad before I go to sell it! They did an excellent job! Definitely recommend! Reliable, friendly, quick response time and they even squeezed my in last minute. It's much appreciated and I'll definitely keep a look out for any referrals! Nice work guys! :) read more

Overall great service! Our van was in need of a refresh from years of family use. They made it look like new again. All my wife could say is "WOW". Thanks to Geoff and team! read more

They're the best in town, let alone they come to you! Very polite, professional, customer for life! Arrived at my WORK for my appointment, phenomenal job. Very quick and took the time to get every spot. I would recommend to anyone! Great people! read more

I've never had a detailing service come to my house and detail a vehicle for fear that it would be expensive. I called Shine Works at about 11:30AM and asked if they had availability. Three guys showed up at my house at 2:30PM and cleaned the interior of my truck for only $119. There was a god awful smell in the back seat from the dogs, but they removed it! There was very little dog hair left when they were done and the carpet was MUCH smoother. Because of how well it looked, the truck sold that night to a buyer. Thanks Shine Works! I'll definitely recommend you to anybody who's looking for a detail. read more

I've never gotten my car detailed before, but I purchased a used Toyota and wanted a fresh start on the interior. I hired Geoff and his crew came out on time and did a great job. Good pricing and good work. Definitely a keeper for future use on my end read more

Geoff was awesome. He did a fleet of 3 vans for my company. Best detail work I've ever seen for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to have detail work done. Professional, communicated his services and prices very well, no price jumps or changes. 5 stars read more

The reviews are spot on. Geoff was punctual, honest, and professional. He and his associate came to my house, asked me if I had any particular areas of concern on my car and got to work. Rarely do I come across a business that does everything right. They were upfront and didn't try to upsell me on anything. My car looks as good as it ever has, and their pricing was reasonable. I'll definitely be using Shine Works again as well as referring them to my friends and family. read more

Geoff G. at Shine works stated that he had entered into a binding agreement with our company. He failed to mail invoices and to submit invoices to the appropriate party. He then left bad reviews for our company because he did not do his job on the administrative side of his business. After further review, his company actually did not "detail" our cars. Geoff G. and his crew left food particles and trash in our vehicles and did not remove all dirt from outside of our Toyota Yaris and our Toyota Scion vehicles. We terminated our relationship with Shineworks due to poor services and failure to communicate with our business office. read more

I have been working with Shine Works for the past 2 years. They have been nothing short of excellent! They are very easy to deal with, detail oriented, punctual, and professional. In addition to that they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to detailing cars and you can't go wrong with that. I highly recommend them I guarantee they will not disappoint! read more
