Shine Works is a class act! I saw them because the owner lives in my neighborhood. This isn't your run of the mill groupon detailer that does a half a** job. He does things right. He came to my house picked up my truck, washed and detailed it, and left it locked and ready for me to pick up. Your miles may vary considering he lives 2 blocks away from me but you cannot beat that service! My truck looked like it did when new. I paid for a full detail and for once I got a full detail. Even the engine bay was spotless. This is a 4wd truck that hasn't been washed all winter...driving in the snow and mud. Paid $325 for a full detail package containing all three of the detail packages they offer. Received a carpet spot clean, somewhat of an interior wipe down, power wash the engine bay, tire shine the tires, and kinda spray wax the car a little bit. Basically received a gas station car wash with an interior wipe down and vacuum. I received maybe 25-30% of what i paid for. Plus the had to come back a 2nd time because they never opened the glove box, flipped down the sun visors and forgot to put a part back in the interior. Texted the co-owner and asked him to please come look at the "detail job" i just paid $325 for. He wasn't interested in responding after that. Still dirt in the trunk around the spare tire, still dirt on the interior plastics where the seats fold down, the entire trunk area wasn't touched. Plastic on the sides of the seats and seat rails not touched. Dirt on and around the door moldings, dirt on the side skirts, wheel wells and suspension were not touched, wheels weren't touched. Not worth the money or 3.5hrs. The package i paid for should have taken longer than 3.5hrs for what it is supposed to include. As of 7/6/21 i have made 3 requests (2via text message since that is how they were responding up until i paid originally, and 1 attempt by leaving a voice mail) requesting a manager or owner to come look at this car. Update: 7/31/21, i have given up on this place. I have re-detailed the car myself. I should have just done it myself in the first place instead of paying a mobile car wash company to pretend to be a detail company. Im out $325, but they seem to need it more than i do i guess. read more

This mobile service was quite a disappointment. First, they just showed up with no notification prior. It took some time to get the car cleaned out not knowing they would be there. Second, the car is a black car and had other detail companies say that they could get the dull areas shiny- no big deal. Shine Works detailed the car but then said it would be additional charges to get it to a full shine. (over the approximately $230she paid) This was not disclosed prior. There are still smudgy spots and despite calls, the owner was not willing to take a look claiming he sent someone fully qualified. Finally, the trunk was not vacuumed or cleaned and the windows were streaked. Go figure! read more

I've never had a detailing service come to my house and detail a vehicle for fear that it would be expensive. I called Shine Works at about 11:30AM and asked if they had availability. Three guys showed up at my house at 2:30PM and cleaned the interior of my truck for only $119. There was a god awful smell in the back seat from the dogs, but they removed it! There was very little dog hair left when they were done and the carpet was MUCH smoother. Because of how well it looked, the truck sold that night to a buyer. Thanks Shine Works! He then left bad reviews for our company because he did not do his job on the administrative side of his business. After further review, his company actually did not "detail" our cars.
