I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. Little did I know how much damage that would cause to my brand new paint job. It seemed that every little thing would mark it up and just tarnish what was once a beautiful finish. I had heard about PPF and ceramic coatings, but they just seemed too expensive. Well, in hindsight, I made a bad call. When I traded in that car for a new one, the first thing I did was call East Valley Detail to get a ceramic coating. The result is outstanding. But even more so, they took the time to get everything perfect. I figured that a brand new car would be a quick job for them, but they were meticulous in their work. It was a real delight to see the care and pride they took in their work. These are guys who love cars and love to make them look beautiful. The pictures I'm attaching weren't taken directly after the coating. The real test for me was after my first hand wash. If a busy-lazy person like me, who hasn't hand washed a car in 20 years can make a car look this good, I think that speaks even more to the quality that they did. And you know what, it actually took me less time to wash my car that an automated paint destroyer, if you count drive time. Yes a ceramic coating is pricey, but hot damn, is it ever worth it.

Brought my truck in for tint all around and the sun roof. Dropped off at 8am was told they would…read morestart on it "right now" 9:30am they brought it around and washed it for some reason. Eventually it was 12:30 and they wrapped up. 3 days later i called because all of the windows had dirt under the tint but i just wanted the pass front window and windshield re-done because those were terrible. Again i took a day off work, dropped off at 8am. They started on the truck at 3pm. I know this because i showed up and walked in. Turns out they tinted it with the wrong tint. So they fixed it again.... Still a glob of adhesive (I'm guessing from the tint) and a bunch of highly visible dirt in the windshield and side window. Im giving up on this place as they honestly just don't care about other peoples cars even after paying $750 for a pickup truck to be tinted with their "tier 1 ceramic tint". When my windshield eventually cracks. I'll have another glass shop replace the glass and tint the windshield correctly. My wife tool a risk and had her $30k 2025 pilot done here a few weeks after my issues. They completed her entire car in 1.5hrs somehow with zero issues. But mine took 1.5 days on two separate occasions and 2 (technically 3) attempts and it's still not right in my $92k truck.

They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also.
