My car was disgusting- hadn't been detailed in a few years, had dog hair and dirt and who knows all over, and on top of that I was rear-ended while I was at a stop light and had coffee in my hand which proceeded to spill all over my car and dashboard. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but my car needed detailing badly. It was super easy to make an appointment and after 2.5 hours Drew had my car sparkling clean like it was brand new. I was honestly in shock. My interior is tan and there were several stains I was sure were there forever that he got out. Super reasonable pricing, he comes to you, and is a master of his craft. Listen, this man was very kind to me and even drove through traffic at the end of his day to fit my car in. I needed a full detailing on the inside. I had stains on the seats and the dashboard was pretty terrible. When he was done, I was relatively happy with the work he did. I could tell he worked hard and even gave him some cookies and a tip as a thank you. Here's my complaints: He quoted me an estimate of 100, and then told me once he drove all the way there that it would actually be 160. I felt upset he didn't tell me that before, or even explain his pricing layout. He apologized for that. Secondly, he told me he forgot his lamp to illuminate cars at night, so without my knowledge or consent, he started my car and let it run for at least 2 hours so he could use my dome light without killing my battery. I had bought that car a few days before and was unsure if it had any temperature issues. Thankfully my car didn't overheat. I ended up providing him a professional headlamp so he wouldn't use my cars engine but he didn't turn it off. At this point, he had been at my house for around 3.5 hours and I just wanted it to be done. It was only a 4 door Saturn, nothing big. The car looked excellent and very clean, however some of the stains he couldn't get out because he was only using liquid cleaning products, not a steamer. He practically pleaded with me to write a good review for him and his family, but the thought of him leaving my car idling for that long because he didn't have his lamp is still bothering me. I understand he went out of his way for me and $160 still isn't that bad of a price, but considering he left my car idle for hours... That was upsetting. Drew lived up to the other 5 star reviews he's received! I have an SUV and a minivan which both needed detailing. Both of them looked brand new when he was finished. Not only did he work very hard making sure they were perfect, but he also did it on one of the hottest days of the year. Drew's work ethic and attention to detail are incredible. I just have to say Drew does the best detailing work that I've ever seen. On time and very polite. I was able to get an extra $4000 when selling my Ford Focus. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He even came back the next day to touch up some things he missed due to it getting dark a little early. I have a 2014 car that definitely needed to be detailed. I sent a Yelp message on Saturday requesting prices and availability for any weekend. I was quoted $120-160, depending on the amount of work/car color. They were able to come to my house the next day, which was very convenient. It took approximately 4 hours to detail the car, and it looks amazing! I can't believe the difference between this company and the "other car washes." The total ended up being $150, and I was able to pay by cash, Check, or credit card--which is very convenient! It's ALMOST like having a new car again. read more

Wow! I can honestly say that I'm really happy with the detailing job Drew did on my car today. My seats are tan so stains are obvious. He removed a stain that was on my backseat. I don't even know what created that stain and how long it's been there but it's gone now! I'm very happy about that. Every nook and corner was wiped cleaned. He arrived at my house on time and was polite. He's knowledgeable in his profession and I appreciated the suggestions he gave me about taking care of my vehicle. He keep me updated throughout.
