This autozone location is great, all the employees where especially nice and they were so accommodating letting my puppy walk around the store with me as i shopped. We're working on socializing our dogs as much as possible and knowing that there's another place we can take them around to do that. The employees that helped me where especially knowledgeable about the things i needed to get and didn't pressure me for any "add on" type of sales. They had a great selection of value priced to high end wipers, and easy to read part catalog, but the best part was Ricardo! He offered to help me change out the wipers and I took him up on his offer. Not only did he help me, but he TAUGHT me how to change them myself. "If you give a woman a fish, you feed her for a day. Much thanks to Auto Zone! A rainy day in Goodyear and I was in need of new wipers. An associate quickly found my vehicles wipers and installed them for me upon request. I was in and out the door and on the road with new wipers. I can't thank them enough. I've also visited this location for a battery for my Honda during the summer months. Coming from LA every auto zone normally will have someone who's an expert on everything and anything about oil changes fixing cars etc. Well these guys here weren't very helpful... Stopped here on a Friday night right at closing while on a road trip. Customer service was excellent we needed a new battery for our SUV and someone came right out and tested our battery then after we verified that's what it was then also installed it for us! Extremely helpful because my husband had worked all day then had been driving five hours and had no tools on him or and flashlights and it was almost 10pm. Had the absolute worst experience ever! No one that was at the store was willing to help anyone. There was only one register open and all the other lazy f**** we're just walking around doing nothing or going to the back to talk and crack jokes. I went in to see if they sold car remote batteries the guys who helped me just said yeah they're over there but didn't even bother pointing at to where they were. He then realized that I had the key in my hand and said pop it open so you can see what battery you need. Hello! You mean, "can you pop open your remote so I can see what battery you need" I mean it's basic customer service skills that obviously no one in that store has. They weren't willing to help anyone out just tell them to go to the other side of the store and basically look for what you're looking for on your own!
