Excellent location! 3rd time in 2 weeks my tire light came on. I asked for air again and told Sebastian my situation and he told me if I had 30 minutes they could get me in and inspect my tires. I said absolutely! I used my lunch hour and was in and out so I could go back to work. They found staples on the inner side of the tire and replaced the Michelin Defender for $48 instead of $220 since I had bought the certificate for all of my tires with the initial purchase from them. So replaced in no time, great service! read more

They should rename this place Lying RipOff Tires. This place needs to be investigated for fraud. If you pay for a tire warranty they never honor it. Whenever I ever got a nail in my tire I always received the same lies. "Unfortunately where the nail is, the warranty doesn't cover it." They never ever patch up tires either. They always lie & say it's not patchable. Indirectly forcing you to spend over $400 on one tire. I stopped buying tires here & whenever I get a nail in my tire I take it to the hood and get it patched up for $30. F*** DisC*nt Tire!!! read more

I had an appt. with them and they were super kind the entire time. I got a full new set of tires and they even cleaned inside of my car a little which was very much appreciated. Super good communication too. I didn't buy the tires as they were a gift for my birthday, but my dad got a very good deal on them! Great time! :D read more

Kristopher is an amazing discount tire employee. He helped me out with my tire replacement. He went above and beyond and even got management to help me out. My next set of tires are being bought and installed at this location. I'm a lifelong customer thanks to the friendly service from the staff. I even got a deal. read more

Listen when I tell you, this is your new tire shop. We had a road trip scheduled for Wednesday and it was 5:30pm on Tuesday when we realized our tires were not roadtrip ready, meaning the tread was nearly gone. My husband had been into the shop already to talk about tires and numbers which was great because the car was on file with the tires needed... but Fabian and Kyle were next level with their customer support and really took into consideration with helping my family get our tires for our roadtrip. Fast forward, I arrived at exactly 6pm, the time they closed and the discount tire team created a miracle. Within 20min, including paying, getting tires off and new ones on, we were out the door. This completely blew my mind which is why I am writing this review. These men have families they go home to, and decided to stay back to help after hours for my family for this roadtrip. That is something you just DO NOT get at other tire shops. I felt so bad for inconveniencing them, but man oh man.... They got the job done. Thank you Discount Tire team, Kyle & Fabian for making this roadtrip possible with now new tires. Highly recommended this location!!!! read more

I have been a big Discount Tire fan for most of my life. Their customer service has always been exemplary. Yesterday we were helped by Colby and Julian. We came in because my wife had gotten a flat tire, and they were more than willing to inspect the situation and ultimately get us a new tire. The unfortunate circumstance is that they messed up putting the new tire on, and cross-threaded a lug nut. While this is unfortunate, they offered to make sure it gets fixed for free at the nearest partner store. read more

Thank you to every employee who helped get my new tire put on so quickly today. From the moment I entered to the moment I left, the customer service I received was excellent. I am always pleased with the quality service I receive at this location! read more

Went in for air check, tech found an issue. He was fast friendly and quickly moved me over for valve stem, I believe, that was faulty. Had no idea but their honesty and kindness is greatly appreciated. The repair was done quickly and under the warranty. Highly recommended and couldn't image going anywhere else for tires, air check and repair. The value of the road hazard is highly recommended add to purchase. A+ read more

I just went through to have my air pressure checked and a young man named Avery was the attendant. He was extremely thorough and well spoken with a professional demeanor. Discount Tire has never ceased to provide an exceptional service me for with all my tire needs, but employees like Avery make all the difference! Thank you discount and thank you Avery for a great experience read more

I often go here to get the air in my tires checked and filled. Avery helped me out today and he was so personable and helpful. He was very enthusiastic and I could tell he was a hard worker even in the AZ summer heat. That was definitely the best experience I've had there so far! read more

Came in to get 4 new tires as I had one useable tire. I bought 4 new tires. They changed out the 4 tires and took the last good tire I had without replacing the spare ask had asked them to do. The mechanics missed the notes. They fixed this, but when they put the spare back, they forgot the cover, so I will have to go and put that all back in by myself. (It's under the car) I also purchased wiper blades as mine were worn out, and they forgot to put those on as well. So I had to come back the next day. They did give me a "better wiper" but other than that nothing was really done about the extra time I wasted and energy in to checking everything they did. When I came but and The sales rep was nice, but overall a very poor experience. read more

It's the week before Christmas and the last place I want to be is the tire store. Unbelievably, I'm not even in a bad mood. I literally asked Aaron how much training this team gets in customer service. Turns out, not much. But I work in career development and I'm telling you, Discount Tire hires for it. Aaron is amazing. He is respectful. (I'm a girl in a tire shop and there was no condescension.) He is aware, attentive, and spoke to me like I know my truck (because I do). He went over the top to make sure I'm getting exactly what I need. And I've watched him pivot repeatedly to do the same for multiple customers. This shop delivers. Tires are expensive and I hate that I'm here, but I'll be back. read more

If I've known, I would be waiting in line for 30 minutes just to get my air pressure checked. I would've went to a different tire shop. They should have two people filling up air not just one worker. read more

Purchased new tires from Discount Tires about 2 months ago. Last Saturday my tire pressure monitor showed one tire significantly lower than the other 3. I stopped at another shop on the way home & they checked all my tires & adjusted the pressures. Car sat all day Sunday, then On Monday morning tire pressure on same tire was now lower than on Saturday. Drove straight to Discount Tire, arrived 10 minutes before the doors opened & I was 4th in line. Five minutes before opening, the employees filed out & greeted the folks while being escorted to our vehicles. I believe my guy was Colbe, he was training a new guy. Very professional, asked if I was on my way to work, said he'd get me out in 30 minutes. They got me out in under 15 minutes, & honored their, road hazard contract. No charge, not only did I not pay a penny; they informed me that if the tire was unrepairable, they had a replacement in stock, again no charge. All I ask for is what I paid for, & Discount Tire delivered! read more

Be sure to make an appointment if you can! They took my info, checked out the tire problem, gave the standard answer on time that is, "we'll have it ready for you in an hour or less". It was ready in about 20 minutes!! They definitely believe in under promise and over deliver which is not a bad thing! I was impressed. The lobby of the location was filled with people waiting for their cars and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes total. The customer service person that helped me all the way through was Ralph, he was friendly, professional and great to work with. I would go back there again if needed. And to get a bolt out of my tire, there was no charge! Can't get better than this, IMHO read more

This is the second time I've been let down by this location. I called to order 4 tires. They insisted they could get it done today in the time I had. Dropped it off at given appt time, over an hour later and it's still not done. Why would they guarantee that it to be finished or insist that it could be done in the given amount of time? Super frustrated. Wishing there was another facility to bring my vehicle to. Maybe I should have purchased at Costco and it wouldn't be such a headache. I'm now late to my job due to this situation. read more

As a single female senior citizen, there are a whole lot of things I just don't want to do anymore, but one thing I do want is to be treated well when I need some customer service. I had a nail in my tire, or so I was told by a neighbor, so I headed to Discount and pulled up under the tent to get my tires checked, and there was Colby. Standing under the umbrella, but clearly sweating for the AZ day was cooler than previous days, only 103... but there he was, with a smile on his face, and we had a delightful chat before he inspected my tire and did indeed find said nail. Colby then helped me in the store, to schedule and give me a time frame, which was important as I had a Grandchild to pick up on the other side of town. To the minute, the estimated time was kept, and I bounced my happy ass (ok, it was more of a shuffle, but I felt like it was a bounce) out to my vehicle and took off to go on with my day. A chore I absolutely dreaded having to do was made into a great experience. All of the Discount Tire people have always been great with me, and should be commended. read more

My daughter recommended this tire store, and we were very happy that we went there. This store is very organized with a check in place when you first arrive. You then wait to speak to a tire salesman and after selecting your tires, you can either wait in the waiting area where there are a lot of chairs, or you can walk around the adjacent shopping centers , which is what we did. One nice feature that this store does provide is updated text messages for to alert you when your vehicle is ready. The whole process was very efficient and we are very happy with our new tires read more

Just got here rafter debacle at Firestone. It's a different experience from the moment I walk in. All bay doors open. Mechanics are all workin and pumped to get work done and give customers their keys-- "Boom!" The other place was depressing and had my truck a full day for a simple flat repair or tire replacement. Discount Tire Gentleman kindly accepted my truck just 40 min before close and said - " we got it!! Just relax here!" Whewwww. Update. -- they took care of me in 45 minutes flat! We needed to upgrade our OEM tires on our 19' travel trailer. I called this location after checking stock online for the recommended tire for our trailer. Joey answered and put together a quote and pre check in. After I hooked up and drove the trailer over from our storage lot, Adrian got me checked in out front. I received a confirmation text shortly after. Five minutes later Joey greeted me and helped get out truck and trailer situated in front of the service bay. I paid my invoice of $420 for two Good Year Endurnace travel trailer tires, and relaxed in the chill waiting room while they were installed. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Well done Discount Tire. We will be back. read more

I'm glad there's a Discount Tire store nearby. I had a tire blowout on my BMW about 40 miles west of Buckeye, AZ (in the middle of nowhere). Due to BMW's unusual tire sizes, I know not many places carry these sizes, but I'm sure Discount Tire would have them. I towed the vehicle to this store at night, and the next morning, store manager Kenny helped me get proper new tires. Of course, they always have the best deals that help me save some money read more

Got 2 flats within a month of each other. First time I brought the car in on a Saturday at 9a, they were already slammed. Told me it'd be ~2hrs. Got a message in 45mins saying it was done. 2nd time I brought in my car 15mins before close. Felt horrible about it, but they were happy to assist. Was told 45mins ... done in 20. I took my Grand Cherokee in about a month ago into this location (just getting time to write the review) and I was super satisfied. I had gone to the location on 99th and McDowell before coming to his location and was turned away for a nail in my tire. They had told me they were too busy that day and I would be looking at a 4-5hour wait for them to even see my car. Which I thought was crazy given the fact that they had very few people inside and not may cars parked outside, it was also a Tuesday so that was odd. So I decided to drive out to this location because I needed the nail in my tire fixed for a trip I was taking that weekend. I got out of my car and not even did I walk in before a friendly gentleman came out and greeted me. He quickly inspected my car and efficiently walked me through the process. I probably wasn't even there for more than 10 minutes. He told me I could come back for the car and gave me a eta on the pickup time. So I went home and went back at the time he told me and my car was ready! I was also tracking the status on a link I got sent via text. I never had to wait or deal with any issues. Even going in to pickup my car was a fast process. This trip to this location reminded me why I love discount tire so much. Ethan helped me out on 7/16 and I can truly say he's super professional, organized, and very friendly. I need to go back soon for a tire balance and I can definitely say that I'm going to visit this location instead of the 99th one that I've been going to for years. Thank you Ethan!! read more

I needed two new back tires for my 2017 Ford Fusion. Originally, I settled my mind with wanting to get two used tires as my two front were still in good condition. However, there were none in the area that would fit my car....New tires it is. My fiancée ended up walking in on a Friday Morning, no appointment. And OMG, I still can't believe I'm writing this review at 2:10pm in the parking lot...my car is done. Moe is phenomenal when it came to service. We had no appointment, but he kept his word on taking care of us as soon as we dropped off my car. Yay, Thank you!!! read more

This was by far one of the worst experience I have ever had at discount tire. My husband came to get his tire replaced. They ended up losing his tire cap, which doesn't allow him to change his tire if he were to ever get a flat of course with our luck he ended up getting a flat on the way home. Not only did they lose the tire cap they also gave my husband a flat tire now he's unable to change his tire into a spare because of the tire cap that they have lost, I understand that the employees have to fast and efficiently, but they also have to keep track of other peoples belongings complete bullshit. We had to pay for a tow truck and also had to wait hours to get home. Such a complete waste of time will never go to this discount tire ever again. read more

Came in to have my tire looked at. The young man gave me plenty of information and answered all of my questions. I had several. We discussed a bit of the prices but he offered an appointment to better personalize my experience and really get what I needed and what I don't. He made sure he filled my tired to the correct pressure level, not just eye ball it like others have in the past. He asked if there was anything else he could help with and I told him I appreciated his help. Then I was on my way. I plan on returning with an appointment and any other questions that might come up between now and then. Thanks. read more

First time at this location and probably the last.....NOT ALL DISCOUNT TIRES ARE BAD!!! For this location --- NEVER again!!! Oh my gosh rudest employees ever!! Came for a tire pressure check and I was 11 cars back. Okay busy day, I get that. My issue is that the guy doing the pressure checks did 2 cars in 21 minutes. My normal discount tire can do this in 2-3 minutes per car. Cars were blocking the road and exit. He came up to my car and told me to move forward -- I politely said I am good and I don't want to be too close to the care in front to me. He said "You won't hit him, I do this all day" in a very rude tone. I said I don't want to move and Im good. Im not blocking anything and I am close enough to the car in front of me. He got huffy and said I was causing issues. ME!?!?! I was appalled!! I waited for the current car to move and then when the cars moved forward I left the line. 24 minutes total = 2 cars tire pressure checked = PASS! There are much faster Discounts with people who are respectful. I will NEVER come to this location again. Lack of customer service and organization. If ZERO stars was a option, that would have been my choice. Disappointed! read more
