Excellent location! 3rd time in 2 weeks my tire light came on. I asked for air again and told Sebastian my situation and he told me if I had 30 minutes they could get me in and inspect my tires. I said absolutely! I used my lunch hour and was in and out so I could go back to work. They found staples on the inner side of the tire and replaced the Michelin Defender for $48 instead of $220 since I had bought the certificate for all of my tires with the initial purchase from them. Whenever I ever got a nail in my tire I always received the same lies. "Unfortunately where the nail is, the warranty doesn't cover it." They never ever patch up tires either. They always lie & say it's not patchable. Indirectly forcing you to spend over $400 on one tire. Listen when I tell you, this is your new tire shop. We had a road trip scheduled for Wednesday and it was 5:30pm on Tuesday when we realized our tires were not roadtrip ready, meaning the tread was nearly gone. My husband had been into the shop already to talk about tires and numbers which was great because the car was on file with the tires needed... but Fabian and Kyle were next level with their customer support and really took into consideration with helping my family get our tires for our roadtrip. Fast forward, I arrived at exactly 6pm, the time they closed and the discount tire team created a miracle. Within 20min, including paying, getting tires off and new ones on, we were out the door. This completely blew my mind which is why I am writing this review. These men have families they go home to, and decided to stay back to help after hours for my family for this roadtrip. I have been a big Discount Tire fan for most of my life. Their customer service has always been exemplary. Yesterday we were helped by Colby and Julian. We came in because my wife had gotten a flat tire, and they were more than willing to inspect the situation and ultimately get us a new tire. The unfortunate circumstance is that they messed up putting the new tire on, and cross-threaded a lug nut. Came in to get 4 new tires as I had one useable tire. I bought 4 new tires. They changed out the 4 tires and took the last good tire I had without replacing the spare ask had asked them to do. The mechanics missed the notes. They fixed this, but when they put the spare back, they forgot the cover, so I will have to go and put that all back in by myself. (It's under the car) I also purchased wiper blades as mine were worn out, and they forgot to put those on as well. So I had to come back the next day. They did give me a "better wiper" but other than that nothing was really done about the extra time I wasted and energy in to checking everything they did. When I came but and The sales rep was nice, but overall a very poor experience. read more

Purchased new tires from Discount Tires about 2 months ago. Last Saturday my tire pressure monitor showed one tire significantly lower than the other 3. I stopped at another shop on the way home & they checked all my tires & adjusted the pressures. Car sat all day Sunday, then On Monday morning tire pressure on same tire was now lower than on Saturday. Drove straight to Discount Tire, arrived 10 minutes before the doors opened & I was 4th in line. Five minutes before opening, the employees filed out & greeted the folks while being escorted to our vehicles. I believe my guy was Colbe, he was training a new guy. Very professional, asked if I was on my way to work, said he'd get me out in 30 minutes. They got me out in under 15 minutes, & honored their, road hazard contract. No charge, not only did I not pay a penny; they informed me that if the tire was unrepairable, they had a replacement in stock, again no charge. This is the second time I've been let down by this location. I called to order 4 tires. They insisted they could get it done today in the time I had. Dropped it off at given appt time, over an hour later and it's still not done. Why would they guarantee that it to be finished or insist that it could be done in the given amount of time? As a single female senior citizen, there are a whole lot of things I just don't want to do anymore, but one thing I do want is to be treated well when I need some customer service. I had a nail in my tire, or so I was told by a neighbor, so I headed to Discount and pulled up under the tent to get my tires checked, and there was Colby. Standing under the umbrella, but clearly sweating for the AZ day was cooler than previous days, only 103... but there he was, with a smile on his face, and we had a delightful chat before he inspected my tire and did indeed find said nail. Colby then helped me in the store, to schedule and give me a time frame, which was important as I had a Grandchild to pick up on the other side of town. To the minute, the estimated time was kept, and I bounced my happy ass (ok, it was more of a shuffle, but I felt like it was a bounce) out to my vehicle and took off to go on with my day. Be sure to make an appointment if you can! They took my info, checked out the tire problem, gave the standard answer on time that is, "we'll have it ready for you in an hour or less". It was ready in about 20 minutes!! They definitely believe in under promise and over deliver which is not a bad thing! I was impressed. The lobby of the location was filled with people waiting for their cars and I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes total. The customer service person that helped me all the way through was Ralph, he was friendly, professional and great to work with. I would go back there again if needed. My daughter recommended this tire store, and we were very happy that we went there. This store is very organized with a check in place when you first arrive. You then wait to speak to a tire salesman and after selecting your tires, you can either wait in the waiting area where there are a lot of chairs, or you can walk around the adjacent shopping centers , which is what we did. One nice feature that this store does provide is updated text messages for to alert you when your vehicle is ready. Just got here rafter debacle at Firestone. It's a different experience from the moment I walk in. All bay doors open. Mechanics are all workin and pumped to get work done and give customers their keys-- "Boom!" The other place was depressing and had my truck a full day for a simple flat repair or tire replacement. I took my Grand Cherokee in about a month ago into this location (just getting time to write the review) and I was super satisfied. I had gone to the location on 99th and McDowell before coming to his location and was turned away for a nail in my tire. They had told me they were too busy that day and I would be looking at a 4-5hour wait for them to even see my car. Which I thought was crazy given the fact that they had very few people inside and not may cars parked outside, it was also a Tuesday so that was odd. So I decided to drive out to this location because I needed the nail in my tire fixed for a trip I was taking that weekend. I got out of my car and not even did I walk in before a friendly gentleman came out and greeted me. He quickly inspected my car and efficiently walked me through the process. I probably wasn't even there for more than 10 minutes. He told me I could come back for the car and gave me a eta on the pickup time. So I went home and went back at the time he told me and my car was ready! I was also tracking the status on a link I got sent via text. I never had to wait or deal with any issues. Even going in to pickup my car was a fast process. This trip to this location reminded me why I love discount tire so much. This was by far one of the worst experience I have ever had at discount tire. My husband came to get his tire replaced. They ended up losing his tire cap, which doesn't allow him to change his tire if he were to ever get a flat of course with our luck he ended up getting a flat on the way home. Not only did they lose the tire cap they also gave my husband a flat tire now he's unable to change his tire into a spare because of the tire cap that they have lost, I understand that the employees have to fast and efficiently, but they also have to keep track of other peoples belongings complete bullshit. First time at this location and probably the last.....NOT ALL DISCOUNT TIRES ARE BAD!!! For this location --- NEVER again!!! Oh my gosh rudest employees ever!! Came for a tire pressure check and I was 11 cars back. Okay busy day, I get that. My issue is that the guy doing the pressure checks did 2 cars in 21 minutes. My normal discount tire can do this in 2-3 minutes per car. Cars were blocking the road and exit. He came up to my car and told me to move forward -- I politely said I am good and I don't want to be too close to the care in front to me. He said "You won't hit him, I do this all day" in a very rude tone. I said I don't want to move and Im good. Im not blocking anything and I am close enough to the car in front of me. He got huffy and said I was causing issues. ME!?!?! I was appalled!! I waited for the current car to move and then when the cars moved forward I left the line. 24 minutes total = 2 cars tire pressure checked = PASS! There are much faster Discounts with people who are respectful. I will NEVER come to this location again. Lack of customer service and organization. My experience at this location was subpar and disappointing. i first took my Tesla Model 3 with 5,000 miles to Discount Tires when my tire popped on the i10 highway while I was traveling across country for a PCS move. I immediately took the next exit and had my tire replaced at the 99th and McDowell location. Fast forward 2 years later, I am experiencing a slow air leak due to a nail and decided to take my vehicle to this location, Dysart and McDowell. I present them with a competitors invoice to price match, they were hesitant on handling it for that price until a manager advised it was no problem. 2 weeks later I experience another nail in my tire. I give a call to the same location to see if they have any availability so that my vehicle can be towed there. It was almost closing time so I have my vehicle towed there and come back the next day to handle repairs. I advise the assistant manager with the same exact invoice and request for the same tire along with a rotation. This representative states he cannot honor that invoice. Long story short, this interaction was much longer than the experience i had 2 weeks prior, going back and forth. It is just mind blowing that you clearly have my prior service history and invoice and are unable to proceed with repairs. I request to just have a manager come resolve the issue and the representative automatically is able to honor the price and repairs. Under Discount Tire's website, head over to Customer Care / Low Price Guarantee and disregard everything they claim and read the last paragraph, "*We will not be undersold by an authorized non-auction retailers offering comparable product and service. We reserve the right to decline any price match request under our own discretion." Discount Tire has every right to decline your request which is perfectly fine with me. The business practice of honoring it one day and not honoring the same exact service 2 weeks later just gives me the feeling of distrust. I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere the second time if my vehicle was drivable. I would not recommend Discount Tire for a reputable tire repair facility, especially not this location. read more
