Our Nissan rogue flashed a warning that there was no oil in the car and to pull over immediately. Which we did. We were confused because there didn't seem to be any oil leaks, and the oil plug looked like it was still in place. (my husband neglected to tell me he stopped checking the fluid levels monthly.) As our previous auto mechanic closed his shop, we hadn't had a chance to find a new one. So we looked on yelp and noticed clutch auto was only a few miles away although they seemed fairly new. They had only a couple reviews, but they were positive. So I decided to give them a try and called them and made an appointment for the same day and had the car towed to them. They did a full inspection and did not see anything wrong with the oil other than it needed it. They suggested an oil change however their inspection showed that there was some work that needed to be done on the suspension I requested photos however they had already taken them, which really impressed me seconds later they sent me a full report, including photos showing what needed to be repaired and why. By the end of the day, all the work was done. And I picked it up the next morning. I'm really impressed that they did NOT try to say other work needed to be done, as most other places would. Instead they were honest and explain that they would consider the suspension was in the yellow zone needing to be done soon, but could be put off a little bit if necessary. The cost for a full synthetic oil change was much less than five minute oil, However, I asked if they had a senior citizen discount they did not however they did have a 10% off first time customer discount, which brought the full job (oil change/suspension work) significantly in price.

We spent a couple hours in the 102 degree heat waiting for roadside assistance with Progressive (epic fail But not Goodyear's fault). Eventually, we were towed to Goodyear as the closest repair shop on a Saturday. We were told they would look at the car on Sunday and call us with a report; so we took an uber home. We called midday on Sunday and they had not look at the car yet - yikes- but once we had sorted out the commitments made on Saturday; Dallas stepped in, they took a look at the car and ordered the part from a nearby dealer with a commit of fixing on Monday. We were able to pick up the car around 2:30p on Monday and so far, it's working just fine! About $1,300 of work- so fingers crossed we are all set.

I previously went here for a leak in a tire. I was told that they wouldn't repair the tire because the tread was too thin at the shoulder of the tire. I disagreed. In my opinion the tire still had thousands of miles on it. This trip, I had a slow leak on my wife's vehicle. The vehicle has very low mileage and the tires are in excellent shape with no visible signs of damage. The very first thing that I was told was "I sure hope that there is no damage to the sidewall". Be afraid when you hear comments such as these! I left my car off at 11A. At 4:30, I went down to see how it was going. They still hadn't started on the vehicle. There was a different person there that told me that he was the manager. He went out to look at the tire himself. He came back in and told me that he couldn't find a leak. I told him that I had to add air to the tire three different times and suggested that it might be the schrader valve, so he replaced it and told me that there was no charge. We will keep an eye on it. I do appreciate the manager looking at the tire himself and not being told that I needed a new tire. Keith, the manager, was friendly and professional. This visit was a positive experience and appreciate the honesty. I do like Goodyear tires and wouldn't hesitate to purchase new ones.
