I can't believe any real "auto technicians" could let a vehicle leave the lot like this. They saw this and said nothing or didn't see it at all. Either option is incredibly scary and shows how incompetent they are. My brake line was completely bent. Also do not bother with the "claims" department they have no working number and outsource everything to a third party company who will take months to respond and deny your claim and all responsibility anyways. Also just know if they comment on this review and say something like "we take this seriously and will be reaching out" they will absolutely not be reaching out and just commenting to say face. They said something similar on my first review that was take down.

This is a chain place where they have you sit in your car while you get an oil change. You'll have…read moreto wait in the lobby if you decide to do anything else though. Compared to mom 'n pop auto shops, this place is relatively expensive. To give you a comparison, I spent $88.99 for an oil change whereas I spent $59.45 at a mom 'n pop shop. Also note that their vehicle safety inspection here cost $20 wherase a mom 'n pop shop charged me $0 for this. The only good thing is that they allowed me to use multiple coupons for the services they suggested. But note that using a coupon here makes it so that the price is pretty much on par of that of a mom 'n pop shop. So really, it's only worth going here if you got coupons or discounts. One really bad scummy thing I didn't like was that they recommended a service which I said yes to. Then when the service was completed, they recommended some other services to be done. All other autoshops will tell you everything they believe is wrong with your car and you can pick and choose which services you want done. Thus, I paid more than I would've liked because I would not have selected all these services had I known all information beforehand. Not all the workers were nice either. Overall, I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. When I went to another mom 'n pop shop, I was there for an hour and 20 minutes. Thus, you pay less at other places while also saving you half the time.

Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. If anyone knows of an HONEST, caring, competent auto mechanic around Peoria/Glendale please be so kind as to DM me. I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. I will definitely be back and do more business with them. Locally owned and a family run operation. No pressure selling and I can see why now they have such great reviews. Personal service, taking the time to get to know your customer and excellent communication is what I experienced. I am impressed with my ride and the looks of the wheels. But while I was there I overheard them speaking to the other customers and they explained everything to them and recommendations for they lit vehicle, it didn't sound like they were trying to up sale them.
