I'm on a tight budget at this time, and not able to afford top rated tires, but found middle of the road ones with good ratings. The only reason that they told me the cost of better tires was because I asked if there were any deals. There was zero pushiness and they respected that I had made my purchase and was expecting the installation as already paid for. Once they took my car back, it was maybe 30 min TOPS before they were done, and they were busy! They actually took into account that I wasn't a drop in and had made an appt, which they respected. Such a refreshing experience! I live under 2 miles away, and been coming here for years for tire pressure checks and have always felt confident and taken care of when it was completed!

I am very disappointed in the service recommendation portion of the oil change I received. They…read moresaid that I needed 4 new tires and a new serpentine belt. I assume that I'm being told the truth, however we took the car to get two second opinions on the tires, and both agreed I did not need 4, and only needed 2. I also went out of my way to find the most cost effective option for a serpentine belt--I took it to a mechanic, and as he was looking at the old belt, he showed me that there was, in fact, nothing wrong with the original belt. It didn't have any fading or cracks, and he showed me the old and new one side by side. Since I already had purchased the part, I said just go ahead and put it on, so Express Oil Change and Tire company cost me an unnecessary $100 service charge, and then a $45 part. Not to mention you're taking time out of my day, telling me that I need to go fix these things. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and will not be returning, nor recommending this place to anyone I know.
