Walked in on Monday morning there was a line, within 5 min of opening I was greeted and sat down with a time of how long it should be, then I forgot to tell them I wanted a tire rotation, and they still made it work, Monday morning within an hour and 30 minutes. Literally doesn't get better than this. Plus I ran over something and because I have hazard warranty it cost me 26$ for a brand new tire. Love this place and I've been going here since I was 16! read more

I was told 90 minutes for an alignment. Took almost 3 1/2 hours of me waiting in the lobby. Ridiculous

I would like to recommend Discount Tire at 7920 W Bell Road. They have two employees, Trent and Zack that go the extra mile in customer service. Thank you for making my visit on September 3, 2026 a great experience! read more

Leaky older tire. Turns out, not the tire, but the valve. They found the leak, replaced the valve, checked it all, and it was free, all in 45min. They could've easily told me something different and it would've been new tire time, but they were honest, and I was back on the road again. Honesty counts. Yes, I'd go back, the trust earned. read more

Incredible, truly, long time customer of this discount tire location and every time I go it's like I have an EVEN better experience. The manager is an angel & team was all smiling. I had a flat tire and got my car towed there ONE MINUTE before closing. Not only did they happily take me, but they also stayed past close to get me back on the road within 30 min. I don't know another service business that would have been so kind about something so last minute, especially on a Friday!!! Thanks yall!!!! read more

Paid $599.92 for three tires.. supposedly One was under warranty but had to pay some stupid certificate fee I thought was around $40 but now I see I was charged $78 plus all these other stupid taxes and fees . Quoted it would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours now it almost ends up being 3.5 till 4. Why the hell didn't they just forecast business and cut walk in customers off at 4 . Then people wouldn't been there and the staff wouldn't be working till 8 pm at night when they start at 8 in the morning!! Everybody and their mother they served . Poor management poor customer service. Shame i usually get great service at Discount Tires. I guess this store ... crazy .. really disappointed read more

I called the one that's on 43rd and Bell to ask if they had a weight to fix a tire, they said there was nobody in line and they should get me out quickly. I get there and I stood in line for 20 minutes as people jumped in front of me and got helped. So I left there I will never go to that Discount Tire again because the people that work there are incompetent. read more

Whoa! Customer service is on point with this location. I was greeted, helped and on my way within 15 minutes. My front right tire was flat and bald so we looked at options for replacement and we went over a recommended plan for a second balding tire. No pressure to purchase, just very informative on when to get that tire checked again. About two hours later, from the comfort of my home, I received a text letting me know my car was ready. Easy peasy!!! read more

I always had excellent experience at this Discount Tire Store. I ordered new tires for my car over the phone, there was a bit miscommunication over the phone because they didn't actually see my car, that's ok I ended up ordering much better tires similar to what was on my previous sports car. They look fantastic on my hot rod! The customer salesman knew what he was talking about regarding recommendations because it looks great! I always go with warranties from Discount Tire! It always pays off! The manager Tyler also was phenomenal about helping me out from the beginning of the process to the very end making sure that I was happy with my purchase, thank you! I also was in and out within 30 minutes! so thrilled! I also love coming here to get my tires checked for free once a month.. in case they need air.. this place rocks!! read more

Every time I go to this discount tire location, the workers are so happy & kind! Stopped in one day to get a quote on a set of new tires for my car & the worker came out examined my car & tires so helped figure out the best tires based on my travel! He was so willing to help me find something within my budget & had great customer service! Most times, though, I stop by to get air in my tires & even in this short interaction the employees are so awesome! Always so eager & happy even though they have to work outside (especially during the summer months) in Arizona. If you're stopping by discount tire for a service, maybe bring some extra cash to give them a well-deserved tip! read more

I haven't been back to this store for several years due to prior issues. I needed to get a tire fixed and they were the only one nearby with appointments open, so I took a chance. Everything was ok until I left the store. Going down the road and the jeep wrangler rear swing door was not secured. (I'm not sure why they even opened it) So I pulled over and closed it, and while back there checked the 2 lug nuts and lock holding the spare on. And of course they weren't even finger tight. This is the second location that didn't tighten things when they supposedly finished the job. Time to find a new tire dealer. read more

With good management ahead of him, he has a bright future with his attitude and disposition. Good luck and Thank you Austin. read more

They are great for swinging by to get the air pressure checked in your tires. I had a walk-in flat repair recently that went well. I made an appointment, in advance, to discuss a new set of tires. I waited patiently in line. I was still in line waiting to be seen when my appointment time arrived and passed. I bailed shortly afterwards. This always ends up being my go to tire place, but new tires and appointments are still important. read more

Recently had an awesome experience at Discount. My alignment was messed up and basically had eaten up two new tires. The manager (I want to say Brian? the bald guy - he won't take offense to that because of his great sense of humor), explained to me what was going on in a way I could understand and kept it light-hearted even though I felt silly. He worked it out for me so the price was reasonable for the services required! Really appreciate the customer service from everyone I spoke to (including the alignment guy). I will not take my vehicles anywhere else :) read more

Lifesavers! Hard to find a company with such consistently high customer service as Discount Tire. Although I am a repeat customer, it was my mom's tire that had a flat while I was visiting. As a walk-in on a busy Saturday, Enrique took care of everything and saved my 95-year-old mom a trip to the dealer to take care of it herself after I'd gone back home. Can't beat the value-- extended as a courtesy. If you're looking for a long-term worry-free and competitive service for your tires-- start here. read more

We always have used Discount for our vehicles, we have access across the states if needed. In this case, an appointment was made, and we mistakenly went to the wrong location as we live between two locations. The one we went to was gracious, helped us out and changed the appt time to their location, conferred with other location for details. Tyler Slater, Asst. Mgr. was MOST helpful in confirming all the data and getting us in line for new tires. He went above and beyond we feel to help us out. Prices are great, quality workmanship in replacing, rotating, or even just checking tires at Discount is always the reason we come to Discount Tire. read more

I ordered set of trailer tires. When I went in for installation we noticed the manufacturer had sent them 2-1/2 year old tires. Discount Tire immediately ordered me 4 better tires from a more reliable manufacturer (at no extra cost to me) and installed them first thing the next morning. Consistent low prices, consistent EXCELLENT customer service. (And I love how some yelper just gave them 1 star because she had to WAIT for her FREE air pressure check. I guess she expects Discount Tire to be in existence to only service her. For free. Wow). read more

I scheduled a tire replacement this pass it weekend, approximately one hour into my appointment. I was told that the tires ever specifically ordered for my vehicle were sold to another customer. I made it clear how unacceptable the situation was as I had made specific arrangements for my children to be cared for while I had this taken care of. When I returned to the shop, I discussed my concerns with both Paul and Enrique. I expressed my frustrations, and Paul was able to courier tires that same day and completed the service as planned. They were able to get me a "better "tire at a discounted price given the circumstances. Ultimately, I was happy with the responsiveness of the discount tire team, and how they handled this situation. read more

I've been a customer of discount tire for 20 years but recently have run into incredible problems due to incompetence. I took my car in for a rotation and balancing and the balancing was terrible. I subsequently took my car back. Had them do it one more time. The tire pressure light came on after they finished . The tire was 14 pounds low after the tire rotation and balancing. I had to stop at a competitors tire facility to get a free pressure check. That's how I discovered it was 14 pounds low. upon getting the car home I checked the tire myself to see if there was something going on a nail a bad valve stem, etc. come to find out there was a nail directly in the center of the tire. The next day I went back to the same discount tire place and told the manager that upon checking my tire, there was a nail in the tire and asked him how they could balance the tires without noticing a nail ? He said they do a visual inspection? After all is said & done, and they finished with the car I drove off to find out the balancing was horrible ! Will never go back a 4th time ! read more

Needed 4 new tires on a 95 Tercel (yes, I Still have it) and Nate answered the phone and had them within that day. He didnt order them for anyone in particular, they were just coming in and the next day my girl was off so she brought it down and was out of the place within 30 minutes.Cant ask for better service, seriously!! If you are in the area, stop on by. If he had THOSE tires, he definitely has ones for you.Highly recommended. But, if you haven't bought tires in a couple years be prepared for some sticker shock, just like everything these days. read more

I needed tires and purchase them online. Made an appointment to go have them put on. When I arrived for my appointment, as I walked in, a gentleman walked up to me and said Victoria we're ready for you. I handed him my keys and off they went. After getting a flat tire in the rain, i called Discount Tire and Tyler was friendly and amicable. They had my tire in stock and told me to bring on the car. Kind of upset, trusted Discount Tires for about 15 years and 6 sets of tires. Today I left my car in their care for over 2hrs to get $1000 set of tires. Came back received my key and come to find my car is unlocked and the engine running sitting in the middle of the parking lot. Not only that the low pressure light is on. No one seems to be bothered about either. Steve said he would take down my name and find out who is responsible and I was told to drive my car around until the low pressure lights goes out. I have 2 cars almost the same and didn't have to do this with my other car when I got a new set of tires a couple of months ago at the same location. The tpms system light goes on when the tires are under 29 pounds (should be 35). Just don't feel very good about this location anymore. I'm back an hour later. One of my new tires is almost flat. read more

My husband went in here Friday morning and explained what had happened with our tire. He said they where awesome the checked all our tires out and explained to him that it wouldn't be long till all the tries where going to go bad . Now mind you we have had the car for almost 5 years and hadn't had one problem with the tires. So we got all new ones. He said all the guys up here where awesome and really new what they where doing. And it didn't take them long to change all the tires. read more
