Bought a 2021 ranger from valleycargroup who partners with this shop for their inspections and…read morerepairs. They inspected the truck I bought which had a power train error light and a burning smell from the rear left axle that I thought was just pads when I bought the car. They told me they needed to replace the wiring harness to get the powertrain code to go away and turns out that the harness they installed is not correctly sending signal to my transfer case motor to engage 4wd. Also, they slapped new brake pads on the axle without fixing the leak and the only reason I knew about the leak is they had to send the truck to a transmission shop to get it fixed so the car could actually be transferred to me and that shop informed me of the leak. This shop does shoddy work and hides things from their customers.

I did a google and yelp search on wheels shops and read the great reviews about AZ Tire Shop, they were not wrong. From start to finish Dennis and Richard were amazing to work with. I needed wheels for my truck and had questions about them like offset and how that worked along with ride control questions. Dennis was very sincere and easy to speak with and had great recommendations. He answered all of my question's including ones about a lift that I was thinking about. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations by listening to what I wanted and gave me a great recommendations on the computer. I eventually with the Black Rhino - Kelso wheels. I will definitely be back and do more business with them. Locally owned and a family run operation. No pressure selling and I can see why now they have such great reviews. I'm extremely disappointed that after spending my time and money here, I now have to go back and deal with an issue that should have been caught before I left. This is basic quality control. It's frustrating and inconvenient to have to wait until the next day to get something fixed that should have been done correctly the first time. I'm lucky I live close by, but I can only imagine how frustrating this would be for someone who doesn't. Hoping they make it right, but this definitely wasn't a great experience. The gentleman there told me that they were used but still in really good condition. He quoted me $220 and they got to work. In the end everything looked great andI had no reason to question anything considering I have been here multiple times in the past. On 3/1/26 in the morning the driver side rear tire air pressure sensor comes on. I'm thinking it's due to the change in weather not the tire. I go to put air in it and everything seems fine. When I come out of the grocery store the light turns back on and I decide to go to Big O tires near me. They informed me that the 3 out of the 4 tires sold to me was in good condition and the one that I am having issues in had an existing tire patch/plug closer to the outer edge of the tire and it is no good. The guy also pointed out the tire was cracking and it was manufactured in 2023 and all of the other ones were from 2025. I ended up having to purchase another tire for $129 and spending 1.5 hours in the tire shop on my birthday. I understand that there is some risk in buying used tires but having to spend more money on something that didn't even last a week is ridiculous. Make sure that you thoroughly check the tires that you buy from this shop to avoid this happening to you as well.

I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back for future service.
