So far it looks like crank issues, I will NOT let them work on it due to complete lack of trust now but all I want from them is a copy of my receipt/work order/parts list so the new mechanic can get after it !!!!!!! Multiple emails, multiple messages and ZERO response. What is so difficult about emailing me a copy of that info? I guess this is all my fault, I initially went for a full motor replacement with an S&S but Chad talked me out of that and went with a "full rebuild". So let's see the parts and labor list please. Not asking too much, especially with the damage that has been done already. No, it wasn't a parts failure so I don't want to hear that lame excuse either. All I want is for them to answer their emails and messages but instead I get crickets.
