I highly recommend! I had to go back a few times to get my AC issues resolved and they never charged me for the additional visits/ repairs. They got me in quickly and were kind, honest and fair and had great customer service. I will be coming back again. - Tiffany read more

Unfortunately, even though I've called Bell Tire and Auto my mechanic shop for years now, I'm done with them. While the owner, Dave, is still there, I don't think he really runs the place anymore and lets all these new people he hired run it. And it's so obvious that they're not doing a good job. It's like a different mechanic shop now, same name. They don't communicate amongst eachother and the new guy behind the counter has lousy bedside manner. When I brought it in recently, they broke the driver's seat and was hoping I wouldn't notice, I guess. I've also noticed lately that there's new scratch marks in certain areas inside my car and the bottom part of my leather steering wheel is frayed and peeling. How does that even happen on the bottom part? I've noticed other things too over the last few months or year or so since Dave let Irvy run the show. I also have to repeat myself over and over again. I told Irvy probably five times that the inside of my trunk is coming loose. And they keep forgetting about it and I got the deer in the headlights look from the guy behind the counter when I mentioned it again this morning! Anyway, I brought my car back in today so they could fix the seat they broke and another issue that they were waiting on parts for. Irvy told me to bring it in this morning and that someone would give me a ride home, no problem. I was supposed to be working in the office today and my manager let me work from home so I could get my vehicle taken care of since Bell Tire is no longer open on Saturdays. And I get there and am sitting there for over an hour while I'm supposed to be on the clock at work. And when I asked the guy at the front desk what's going on, all he could say was there was nobody there to give me a ride. So I just took the keys back and drove off. Maybe there's another mechanic shop that actually wants my business. Quick update (7/25/2026): I had just paid Bell Tire and Auto over $1,000 to fix an issue with not being able to fill up my gas tank. Well, I just went to get gas yesterday and the issue is back! Stay away from these people! read more

Irving and his team put customer service above profit. They never upsell me and are honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. Just today the scrape plate on the bottom of the car fell off and they reattached it without even charging me. read more

Cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Dave and Shawn have continued to demonstrate great customer service on all of our vehicles. I now bring my car, my parents car, and my wife's car. In the years we have been going we only had one issue, and Dave went out of his way to make the wrong right. Integrity and service like this is hard to find these days. read more

This is an excellent shop, they went above and beyond, on short notice, to make sure that I passed emissions. And they made it happen! Amazing service! read more

Still a customer focused business. Thank you for helping me with my tire and battery issues. I would recommend 10/10. We've been taking our vehicles to the shop for 15 years. read more

Under the quote. Yep, repair cost less than quoted. We were stranded in Glendale due to overheated engine and water pump failure. Did some looking around on Yelp for somewhere good in the area. Tip: No matter where I live or travel to, I always find my mechanics from Yelp reviews and I get the honest, fast and fair shops. This was no exception. We live in Tucson and my hubs got 2nd degree burns on hand during the overheating so I had to arrange everything while I was at the emergency room. These mechanics were super! They were done early, cheaper than quoted, easy to talk to and professional. Five stars to these folks, 5 stars also for Yelp's help. read more

This shop is phenomenal! I was in a tight situation and needed some service done immediately but couldn't find anyone in my area to help. My friend referred Bell Tire but they were located so far from me that I hesitated. After getting no where with shops in my area, I had my 2021 BMW taken there and was blown away with the overall quality of service! Ervey was the gentleman that helped me with everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this shop....not only was the service great....the price was even better! I would make the hike to go back to Bell Auto and Tire read more

I had a flat tire late afternoon on Friday. I called to ask about a flat tire repair. They said to bring it in on Saturday morning (the next morning) and they would take care of the repair. I was expecting a long wait as it was a Saturday but they took care of the repair, answered all of my questions and squashed my fears of driving with a repaired tire. I had been told by a large chain that I would need new tires as once one goes bad the others soon follow. Bell Tire showed me the numbers on the tire that show these were less than two years old and the tread was excellent. Overall, this was a great experience that took less than 20 minutes. I'll definitely be a repeat customer - $18 is a great deal when I was quoted $1200 for 4 new tires by the big chain. read more

I'd trust those mechanics to babysit. They had to take apart my interior and didn't leave a smudge on the cloth part of the A-pillar.

The best!!! They helped me when Discount Tire couldn't and got me in and out in no time. I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend. read more

Made an appointment on Thursday but when I got there on Saturday they didn't have it in their schedule. But they said it was fine and they'd take my car. I got an used car inspection for cheap $50 bucks and they gave me a print out of all they found. Later that day I called because I wanted more info on one of the issues they found and the mechanic spoke to me directly and explained everything very well. I'm so happy I took my now car here. Drove to Cali very happy. read more

Terrible service. I dropped my vehicle off at 10am for an appointment its 4pm and its still not done. The technician was very rude. They have given me zero updates on my vehicle and I had to call at noon before they even started working on it. Apparently an appointment means nothing. Prior to this incident I would go in for an oil change, which would take at least an hour and I know for a fact that oil changes only take about ten minutes and it would still take an hour when I had an appointment. I am never going here again. If you want a place that doesn't honor appointments or that doesn't keep you updated on your vehicle bell tire and auto service is for you. read more

Needed a tire rotation. Took ~3 hours to do something that should have taken 15 minutes. The vibration was so bad, I had to have someone else do it right the next day. While I was waiting, I asked about changing a hose, got a quite for $400.... right.... read more

This shop is awesome, very friendly and professional. I recently purchased a set of Goodyear tires for my Explorer. I also got an oil change, new wipers, cabin and air filter. This was all done on a Saturday in a matter of few hours. Great staff and great service! read more

Quick service, but overpriced. When I needed a repair on my truck, I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt initially. Since then, I have double checked pricing of several other repair shops within minutes of this place in hope to be reassured of what I paid for service to see if I would use them for all my service needs. I was disheartened to find out I overpaid for my repair. read more

I got my tire repaired here and they were quick and extremely professional.

I have been a customer of Bell Tire for 11+ years. Dave and his team are respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have never received anything but top notch service. Recently called about a loud whine in the engine; they took my car in the same day, diagnosed the problem and had the repairs completed by the time I was off work. I couldn't ask for better service. read more

Great service! These guys are so nice to work with and I can actually trust them! Thanks for all you have done for me.

So I'm always so hesitant to go anywhere for car repairs especially when it involves emissions testing as well but I trusted in my Triple AAA person and called and scheduled a diagnostic and possibly car work. So I dropped off the car on Saturday, anticipating a call that finally came in and to my SURPRISE the estimate was perfectly under budget and repairs were done within 2 hrs, my car has tags now and I trust and will bring all of my cars here! They did exactly what I wanted in the time I needed No gimmicks, no BS ! Thank you Bell tire! read more

Terrible service. I always cringe when I have to reach out to the retail world to have work done on my cars. This time I didn't have the resources to do the work myself and needed some help. I needed to have one of my tires repaired with a patch-plug. I called Bell Tire and spoke with Zach about the repair and he said bring it down and I'll look at it. I took the wheel and tire off the car so they didn't have to rack the car and spend more time than necessary. I showed up about 15 minutes after the phone call and went inside. Zach came to the counter and I told him I was here for the tire repair. Zach went into the shop and got one of his "technicians". This young guy came out and he and Zach were just staring at the tire. I said, "Well what do you think, can you fix it." The tech said well I'm kinda busy, I mean we can try but...... I thought, Geez louise, can you fix it or not? I said, "You guys really are not giving me any confidence here, I guess I'll just take the tire back home." Both of them just disappeared. No conversation about selling me another tire, or let me take the tire off the wheel to look at it. So now here I am standing in the parking lot with a damaged tire thinking I'm going to have to find another shop to fix it so I can drive my car to work. The tire that needed to be repaired is a Goodyear tire. It says "Goodyear" on the front of the building, so I felt confident that I was in the right place. Moving forward. You can't have an untrained employee running the front counter because it will hurt you as a business person in the long run. Zach should have told the tech, lets get this done and get this guy taken care of. I would usually call this a case of the tail wagging the dog, but there was no wagging going on here. You can't fix someone's problem by asking them to make a trip to your shop and when they get there you change your mind and act like you don't want to fix their problem. Some repairs aren't glamorous, or make you a lot of money, but you have to take the good with the bad and help people when they need it. read more

I have been working with Dave and crew for about 30 years now thru many vehicles. Yesterday when my truck was ready after normal service he came out and said that they replaced the battery at no charge because it wasn't holding a charge and was just about to leave it's warranty period. Saved me a pending mess when it soon would't start and quite a bit of money. Thanks guys for the many years of great service. read more

Took my car in for a routine oil change. The oil change took almost four hours to complete. A week later my check engine light came on which was suspicious, so foolishly I took it back to Bell Tire and Auto. I waited for hours in the waiting room to have the technician come and tell me I'd need a new intake manifold. I had a gut feeling he was lying to me and that I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman (and presumably know nothing about cars) and a student at a nearby medical school (they have a discount for students). So, I took my car to another mechanic nearby to get a second opinion. Lo and behold, the second mechanic asked me who was messing with my car and explained that the intake manifold pins had ALL been bent which set off the check engine light. I'm not sure who the mechanic was at Bell Tire and Auto, but I will never take my car back there if I can avoid it. read more

I had been going to Bell Tire and Auto for a few years and brought many cars in for service. I was on a first name basis with Jimmy and Robert in there. They made me feel like a valued customer and I felt as if they were honest with their customers. Their prices are competitive just like anywhere else. At one point they had started some card system that you could sign up and get points and after so many points, you get a coupon for an oil change. I had enough points for an oil change but could not find the coupon anywhere. I went and scheduled an oil change and explained to them my situation. They said they couldn't help me. It was some outside company that does all that. I was under the impression it was their own marketing and they controlled it. They could've has easily looked in the computer and saw all the purchases I have made and that would have amounted to that coupon and also saw that I had not redeemed any such item. I was disappointed to say the least. I had such high expectation of Bell Tire and had been coming there for so many years. An oil change doesn't seem like a big deal to lose an auto shop over it, but I no longer felt like a valued customer. I've moved farther away now, but I would not have a problem driving the extra miles where you feel valued. read more

I am in love with Bell Tire and Auto. I understand this is an odd place to be in love with (as it is an auto repair shop) but it is wonderful! Many years ago (over 8 years) I needed to get my car fixed and a friend at work suggested them to me. Both of my parents also use their services and we have never disappointed. The service is wonderful, the customer service is great, and the prices are pretty darn good. They only fix what they can and are completely honest if they can't fix it (a plus in my book). In addition, they do things in a timely manner, and almost always remember me even if it has been a long time since I have been in (I try to go in for my oil changes too, but sometimes I get lazy and go elsewhere now that I have moved). I guess that is the best thing I can say about them, I still drive to them even though there are probably hundreds of auto repair shops closer to my house. read more

I am not in love with Bell Tire ans Auto Service, on 2/5/2018 took my truck Ford F-150 four tires, was quoted $840.00. I was told by one young man that my rear brakes were worn. I asked him how much would that be to do the rear brakes he quote was $148.00, the young man brought me back to see the rear brakes, There was a man named Dave Bankston and gave me a quote of $135.00. When I went to pay my bill Dave Banksotn son told me the rear was $180.00, I said that was not what I was quoted. The son went back and got his father, and Dave Bankson was very rude me when he came in the room. He yelled at me and told me he was going to embarrassed me and to see how I liked it. there was also two other customers waiting and heard how rude he was to me, Dave Bankston he wrote he suspect I was going to stop payment on my credit saying this out loud being offensive to me I had to sign the piece of paper, he would not let me have my truck back. Also Dave Bankston told me don't ever come back to the store. I should have called the police, I have never been so disrespected from a man and so embarrassed, what does he think he can talk to a women and a customer. I am calling better business bureau. poor read more

My husband and I both went here on separate occasions to get oil changes. We both had the same coupon. But mine had a $2.50 waste disposal fee and a $2.00 shop supplies fee that he did not have on his bill. Can't be impressed with a place that charges a woman $4.50 more for no reason. read more
