Found them here on yelp- It was close to the area I was going to be in. Arrived on a Monday am mid morning. I did make an appt on the website the night before- which was super easy. But showed up 2 hrs early by accident. This was not a big issue. even though they are very busy, they were able to get me in. They ordered the part I need- then I returned at my scheduled time for the service Everyone was very friendly. I felt the cost was reasonable and not overpriced. They were able to assist me with all my needs, and we're not trying to oversell anything. The bathroom was very clean - as well as the lobby area, which had coffee and water available complementary. TV as well and two cushy chairs. Abs a large table with chairs. I think I heard something about offering Uber or Lyft if necessary. I did not utilize this option, but if it is available, that is great to know. Spent about 45 minutes here and $100 . read more

Most places I called were booked so to get an appointment quickly helps a lot to get my services done. There is a keurig and water in the waiting room. The waiting area is very neat and I felt comfortable reading a book while I waited. When the work was completed, I was also provided with an estimate of other things I need to get done. They charged for oem but put generic or wrong parts on. once we asked for old parts to b saved it became an issue and we can't come back. My mom and I love this place, the ambience is great, and they have a big puzzle in the waiting room for while your car gets taken care of. I scheduled for an oil change and they had it done in less than 45 min and it was only $50 after taxes and everything. I drove my car over there because my car wasn't running when I dropped it off they told me that the power steering pump needed to be replaced , which cost $1000, then they were done they stated that there was a crack in the engine, they never gave me the option to put money into my car when they told me that the car was not going to be drivable, they never called me to inform while they were working on the first problem that the car was no longer drivable , they waited until I went to go pick up the car to tell me it wasn't drivable. Bottom line is I had my car towed their to repair the steering pump. I would have saved my $1000 and put into another vehicle if I was given the option to spend the money or not if its not drivable. Also, when asking questions to gain a better understanding of what was wrong with my car & the guy working seemed to get frustrated and was responding in a very condescending manner. This place is one the very worst places you can go. l have already put a review on the better business bureau website and auto correct website about auto correct. The owner replied with nothing but more nonsense and lies about not tightening the lug nuts on my car's back right tire that almost caused me to wreck after a tire rotation. And I never promised anything but to let him know his mechanics were negligent for not doing the job . Just because you wanted to run up a huge list of charges on me and I didn't fall for it that's on you. The truth was you wasn't honest about anything then or now. And after finding out from a honest auto repair shop that ran dye through my oil system and nothing was wrong with my car except left over oil from a new valve cover gasket installation prior to coming to your business . Now I know you really don't care about your customers safety in hopes of a big dishonest pay day. If your company can't handle a simple tire rotation without almost wrecking me . Why in the world would I trust you with everything you listed was wrong with my car to rip me off for big bucks. It just don't make any sense. I have no reason to lie about anything. I paid you for the tire rotation and didn't trust you on the so called discounted other stuff you wasn't honest about. You can lie all you want but it doesn't change the truth. I'll just state my experience. I was charged $900 to replace a right bearing and change the left wheel sensor for a VSA issue. After 5 days of waiting to get my car back, (due to them breaking the knuckle while removing the bearing and ordering it from across the country from the junk yard on ground freight) it had the exact same issue. After 2 more days they stated it was actually the left bearing and wanted another $700. They disagreed they had mis-diagnosed it and could not explain why they had stated the left bearing was fine and didn't need replaced but now was bad. I took the car to another repair shop. The right bearing was in backwards and I had to do another replacement to correct it. The wheel sensors were installed incorrectly and were ziptied on. This was corrected. The left bearing needed replaced. The abutment was bent and made a big gash in the rotor. Luckily the second place only charged me $800 to fix all the issues created. So I am out $900. It was right at Black Friday so couldn't have been a worse time to take my money. I've heard of these things happening but this is the first time I have ever experienced it. read more

I heard a rumbling sound coming from the under the front driver side. I figured it might be something related to the tire. I called the closest mechanic to where I was which is Auto Correct and they informed me they take walk ins. I arrived told them the issue and was told it would take about 2-3 hours until a technician gets to look at it. Ok no problem went to grab lunch walked around a bit got back and my car was still parked in the same spot. I was reassured they would look soon. Finally they tell me the issue give me an estimate and turns out I have to leave my car until Monday because of the holiday (no problem). On Monday I contacted them to get an estimated completion time they said 1pm. I arrived at 2:00 my car still was not looked it. They tell me they didn't have the lock to remove the lug nuts to remove the tire (they never asked) I would have brought them Monday morning but communication clearly lacked. Finally around 2:45pm my car was finished and they charged me extra for a replacement lug nut. I had to ask if I can return for it to be put back on complimentary in which they agreed. Overall the service is ok the communication can be better. read more

Second time for just an oil change. First time, all went well. Said they did fluid check, etc. No pressure to upsell. Second time, whole different story. Asked for oil change, check fluids, and tire rotation. Had coupons. Moments later Nick came out with the cabin and air filters they had taken out of car. He said so dirty Prius not getting gas mileage it should. Air filter cheap enough but charged $40 to change the cabin filter. Now keep in mind, I had never asked for this and they had already taken it out. However, he said it was expensive because the had to "remove the dash." To save time I had him do it, but called my husband who reminded me I did it myself last summer, with the filter being $10 and taking less than a minute to do. Nick had lied. When he came to me with the bill he stated I needed plugs and front end work, and several others things for almost $2000. I never came in about plugs and any front end problem. Nick charged me $30 to slide a filter in and close the glove box. Less than 30 seconds worth of work. When I asked what they did to the "dash" he knew he was caught and tried to skate around it. My son is a fire captain and they all have a guy who works on more intense work we use. I was just looking for a place for an oil change. He treated me like I was stupid. NEVER would I recommend this place. He lied about needing to remove the dash to pad the fee. One day, when they go belly up, let him remember the Golden Rule. read more

My husband and I were spending some extended time in Phoenix from out of state (Wisconsin) and our vehicle needed an oil change and tire rotation before we drove back home. Upon inspection they recommended that we replace the cabin and air filters and do a brake fluid service. We agreed to the additional services. When I left the shop I noticed the brakes were not performing optimally. I called the shop to let them know and brought it back in the following day and they made the necessary corrections. All the employees are very friendly and courteous and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.
