DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. POORLY MANAGED AND POOR AT SCHEDULING. An hour after closing time…read moretoday, they had 6-8 customers still there, one who'd also had an appointment from 10:00am - been there for 8 hours! I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 15 years, and I've had 3 of 3 terrible experiences here. I'm done with this location. #1 - Brought in aftermarket wheels & bought $1200 set of tires here. Manager tells me wheels can't safely be put on due to not enough thread engagement. I call the wheel manufacturer and vendor - they both say I have the correct lug nuts for those wheels. I then buy the tires at a different Discount Tire location, bring the same wheels and lug nuts in, Manager there says he's got the exact same setup on his truck, no issues, and puts them on in 45 mins. #2 - Schedule an appointment on a Saturday for alignment and road force because I had some significant vibration while driving. I'm told the alignment can't be done because the Hunter equipment isn't updated for 2026 vehicles. Road force balance checked, but apparently didn't happen. Asst Mgr tells me they could get road force to 17lbs if the put in the 5 mins of work to align the tire to the wheel, but they didn't do it because 25 lbs road force is in spec. If you're not familiar with road force balancing, this is like 25 lbs force hitting the bottom of your tire every revolution when you drive at speed. Always ask for this because they don't do it unless you ask. #3 - Today, after calling back 2-3 times over the past 2 weeks to see if they got their alignment equipment updated, which they said they did, I had another appointment scheduled for 2:15pm. At 5:30pm, I'm told it can't be done, serviceman says he tried following the instructions and it's too complicated for him to do. Just wasted 3 1/2 hours of my Saturday for essentially zero service. Vibrations still there or worse after balancing. Manager calls me back and tries to apologize saying they didn't have the necessary tools to do the alignment. IF YOU AREN'T PREPARED TO DO THE ALIGNMENT, DON'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU DO ALIGNMENTS. I'm done with this location, will not be coming back, even though it's closest to my home. I recommend no one go there because they do not know how to keep priority on people who make appointments, priority for customers with long history and spent $ thousands with Discount Tire. They take any walk-in and slot them in anywhere with no respect to valued customers.

I have bought all my tires here for years. Normally great service, however last week something went…read morewrong. Made appointment to have tires balanced and rotated. Upon checking in I showed the clerk a picture of my tire preassure for the left from tire. It was almost 8 pounds lower than the other tires. I asked for them to check for a leak. I also asked to have the windshield wipers changed. When I picked up car I asked the kid that worked on my car if there was a leak in the left front tire or was it just low. He said everything checked out. I tried again. Was there a leak or was the tire just low? The kid said he didn't check for a leak. The head guy said to the kid, go check for a leak, left front tire. I asked how checking my left front tire for a leak was going to work since allegedly my left front tire had been rotated. Blink, blink! The head guy said check the left rear since that is where the left front rotated to. Not sure how he know that since he did not do the work. The kid came back and said everything was okay HOWEVER the left rear tire was still three pounds lower than the others. It rained a few days later. My rear tailgate wiper did not move. Upon inspection I discover a new plastic wiper was installed BUT the wiper arm retaining bolt was loose. The kid must have unscrewed it to replace the blade. I checked the front wipers and found the same plastic wipers and that the driver side of my recently painted hood (edge) that is right over the wiper arm had been scratched down to the primer. This was caused by pulling up the wiper arm too high during the install. The tires are still not balanced they just wobble in a different place and I replaced the plastic bases wipers with metal frame wipers that were $2.00 less than what I paid. Not sure what happened that day because usually I receive excellent service but it is what it was.

My first order of business was to curb check every curb in sight leaving unsightly scratches all over them. I was sad. I called at least 4 wheel repair places and found Adam to be the most reasonably priced, he did mobile repair and could come fix my rims in 2 days. Adam showed up on time, is extremely professional and works fast (it took an hour). My favorite thing is the fact that my rims look brand new with zero indication of the curb drama they have endured. I was referred to Alloy Wheel Repair by a renowned Scottsdale body shop who said they go to Adam exclusively for any rim work and that he's fixed thousands of their customer's vehicles. It is now obvious why as Adam did an impeccable job on my rims, scratches removed and the paint matches perfectly. He also guarantees all of his work which is a testament to his service. It is my greatest hope that I will never check another curb again but highly unlikely!
