DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. POORLY MANAGED AND POOR AT SCHEDULING. An hour after closing time today, they had 6-8 customers still there, one who'd also had an appointment from 10:00am - been there for 8 hours! I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 15 years, and I've had 3 of 3 terrible experiences here. I'm done with this location. #1 - Brought in aftermarket wheels & bought $1200 set of tires here. Manager tells me wheels can't safely be put on due to not enough thread engagement. I call the wheel manufacturer and vendor - they both say I have the correct lug nuts for those wheels. I then buy the tires at a different Discount Tire location, bring the same wheels and lug nuts in, Manager there says he's got the exact same setup on his truck, no issues, and puts them on in 45 mins. #2 - Schedule an appointment on a Saturday for alignment and road force because I had some significant vibration while driving. I'm told the alignment can't be done because the Hunter equipment isn't updated for 2026 vehicles. Road force balance checked, but apparently didn't happen. Asst Mgr tells me they could get road force to 17lbs if the put in the 5 mins of work to align the tire to the wheel, but they didn't do it because 25 lbs road force is in spec. If you're not familiar with road force balancing, this is like 25 lbs force hitting the bottom of your tire every revolution when you drive at speed. Always ask for this because they don't do it unless you ask. #3 - Today, after calling back 2-3 times over the past 2 weeks to see if they got their alignment equipment updated, which they said they did, I had another appointment scheduled for 2:15pm. At 5:30pm, I'm told it can't be done, serviceman says he tried following the instructions and it's too complicated for him to do. Just wasted 3 1/2 hours of my Saturday for essentially zero service. Vibrations still there or worse after balancing. Manager calls me back and tries to apologize saying they didn't have the necessary tools to do the alignment. IF YOU AREN'T PREPARED TO DO THE ALIGNMENT, DON'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU DO ALIGNMENTS. I'm done with this location, will not be coming back, even though it's closest to my home. I recommend no one go there because they do not know how to keep priority on people who make appointments, priority for customers with long history and spent $ thousands with Discount Tire. They take any walk-in and slot them in anywhere with no respect to valued customers. read more

Just ok, nothing great here. I'm starting to think discount tires is overrated. I had four new tires replaced on my daughter's car, and they did not notify me when they were done so I sat around and waited an extra half an hour and actually had to call in my phone from outside to get a response because there wasn't enough help at the front desk. the guy unceremoniously gave me my keys and told me my car was out in the west lot, and I had to walk over to pick up the car. No big deal but they should do better at notifying customers when the job is complete and bringing the car up. No such notification was given and it feels like my time is not valued at discount tire. read more

Apparently complaining gets you bumped up in que for old men but not for anyone else quoted a 2 hour time frame came back 2 hours later car wasn't touched was told it would be just a litttle longer. Finally at the pickup time on the car they take the car back worst service at a discount I've ever been to will never be back to this location. If 0 stars was an option that's what you would get read more

I haven't had my tires checked out in a second because my car has been off the road. I decided to come to this Discount Tire because it's close to me. I was met by Jack who was super helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient with getting me the service my car needed. I appreciated how well he walked me through the work I'd be getting done, and appreciated the great job done on my vehicle by those who worked on it! read more

Discount Tire is an outstanding company that ensures optimal service and quality installation by having the best talented employees who are the ultimate professionals. The employees are all working in immaculately pressed uniforms with name tags and advance a team effort to ensure the best customer service and tire choices for each vehicle in consideration of conditions and road wear and tear. Brandon B. is the manager of this location and is highly trained in tire maintenance and the best tire options to choose from for every vehicle and driving conditions. I was given several price comparisons and options for my vehicle and will purchase the entire set that was recommended. It is amazing to see young professionals as Tyler advancing their careers in this industry, which is a role model profession for others to follow. Michael is the friendly tire pressure maintenance service professional, who moves the line of cars for the complimentary tire pressure quickly and efficiently. This is a very challenging position in that the station is outside by the maintenance stalls and the line is constant with many taking advantage of this complimentary service to ensure proper tire pressure. Michael gauges the tire pressure of all tires and inflates them as necessary as well as inspecting tire wear and providing a graphic of the tires conditions to my email for my review. Highly recommend! read more

Even though the weight was long after my car was all done. I was very satisfied. I was very frustrated for the wait when I wrote my first review so I took it down. I do have to say they take a lot of vehicles to try to do in one day however they do give great service to each customer ...thank you read more

I arrived when they opened. I let Nick know that I need to be out quickly if I was to replace my tires. He said he can get it down in 60 -80 mins tops. I show up 90 mins later and my truck wasn't started. Super frustrating. read more

Excellent service! Busy Saturday and the associates were hustling as fast as they could and were still so kind with everyone.

Service at this location is terrible. I brought a truck in with a flat because it needed a valve stem. I was told it would take one hour. After an hour they had not touched it. After being told someone would work on it right away waited another half hour. Still no service. Multiple customers that came in AFTER me were long gone. They spent tons of time walking g around my vehicle trying to up sale me wiper blades & etc that they should have spent working on my vehicle. If there were 0 star ratings that's what I would leave. read more

Made an appointment, 1/2 hour later still waiting, rude manager. Done with this location.

Again. They got me in n fixed my tire. No charge. Next set of tires will come from Discount. Great service

Last Saturday, we hit a curb and blew out both tires on the passenger side. Had the car towed to discount tire on power. They put on 2 new tires. After returning home, we discovered they had put both of them on the rear wheels. They put the old tires on the front. Even a moron knows one puts the best tires on the front! Plus, they had the nerve to tell us that the old tires were really worn and needed replaced. read more

I have been going to this location at Power and McKellips for years . Brandon at the service area was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. Brittney in the service bay was fantastic, she came and explained everything what they are do. She impressed so much on work ethics, and I watched the whole operation on my vehicle. I would go back just to see her at work again. You got one outstanding employee. She deserves some kind of award. read more

Years ago, this place left a bad taste after trying to gouge my girlfriend and I with something we didn't need. Plus several other assorted problems. Today's visit is a 360 turn (or do we say 180 turn?). The workers are actually walking up to customers to greet them with undivided attention. Immediately check their concern physically and walk them back in. I'm seeing this none stop by every employee and with a smile. They even have a screen for you to see what the employee is ordering so there are no surprises. Glad to see this place have a positive turn around. read more

This company is THE BEST!! Highly recommend this company and especially this location. They go above and beyond.

Sat in the store for over 2 hours before they looked at my car for 30 seconds to tell me there was a hole in my tire. Then proceeded to help the entire line of customers again before getting back to me to order tires. read more

I have bought my tires with Discount Tires for probably 25 years. I went in to this store on Monday to have my tires rotated. I was told that two of my tires needed to be replaced right away and they were not safe to drive on . I was leaving for SoCal on Sunday and told this associate this. He said by the time I got to SoCal the other two would need to be replaced. I bought these 4 tires from them 2 1/2 years ago and they had an 80,000 mile warranty. I had only driven 45,000 miles since I bought them. He blamed it on living in Arizona. And with this great warranty it was going to only cost me $600 to get 4 new tires!!! I said I wanted to do some comparison shopping. He asked me what he needed to do to keep me as a customer. I told him to bring it down under $400. I have a 2016 Honda Civic. Not a fancy car by any means. He brought it down to a little over $500. I said I still wanted to do some comparison shopping. I went to Sam's Club and they said my tires were in great shape and there were no concerns about them. They are about 1/2 worn down. I will never go to discount tires again. They blatantly lied to me. Bad business!!! read more

Over the years the service quality has consistently deteriorated as they try to sell more and more services and can never quite figure out how to honor an appointment made online in a timely manner. The last straw after several bad experiences was not rotating my tires because my vehicle needed new lug nuts...mind you these are lug nuts this location has taken on and off since I've owned the car. Plenty of other options with much less hassle. read more

I purchased tires online and made an appointment for this morning, there was a little problem with the tires I ordered (bought the wrong size somehow and did not notice) and Nick was so helpful in making it right. From drop off to pick-up and all the assistance in between, it was seamless. Nick, Cyrus, and I can't remember who checked me in -- maybe something like Juancarllo (sorry I think I butchered that name very badly. All in all, my service was top notch today and I will be back! read more

I would give 5 stars, they're super nice and helpful, took time to check my tire pressure. I took a star off because one of the guys came out to help me he had the pressures off or something so he rechecked it before I pulled away and someone I'm assuming the manager came out to tell him, in front of me, that they are short staffed and he shouldn't be helping me. I understand that, I work too but I don't think telling him in front of me was very professional. It almost felt embarrassing for the guy that helped. Next time, pull your employee aside to do that. It made me apologize and he told me "it's not you" so don't do this in front of me...? Lol Awkward for me as well. It's not what you said it's where you said it. I didn't get his name but thank you for taking the time to recheck my sensors, I have a small child and bad anxiety so driving with it low would've made me crazy. You are the best!!! read more

Love this location!! Honestly it's more love for the amazing employee, Alyssa! She has even changed locations and I will make sure to follow Alyssa and whatever crew she is in charge of! Not only does her crew work fast and communicate every little thing they do to your vehicle, but they also go above and beyond to get you back on the road. Everyone in there has a wonderful personality, very attentive, and knowledgable. Huge, huge shoutout to this location for helping me twice in one week. read more

I have been getting my tires purchased and serviced at discount tire for about 18 years. They have never let me down every time. Granted prices and fees have increased over the years so I pay more now than I ever have. BUT that can be said about any service nowadays. They always go above and beyond on their service and always do what I request. Their price matching is top notch as well. I will continue to bring my business here as long as their customer service prevails. read more

Marco was very friendly & insightful. Will be coming back to get tires here indefinitely.

Pretty much always had great experience here however, the last time concerning their mail in rebate it was denied so keep that in mind if you think you're getting a deal on tires with a rebate, it's not a guarantee $! the rebate company which by the way is the credit card offered by Discount Tire said that they can't see that I use their card. It makes no sense. I sent him a copy of my statement from them showing Discount Tire and the receipt shows the numbers and also I got a special price using their card & the claim was still denied! they make you go through so many hoops just to apply for the rebate and then you get denied in the end. Anyway, just a warning it's disappointing.! Otherwise this is still my place to go for tires. read more

We came in to get the tires rotated on the truck after making an appointment. The staff was nice and they finished the work when they said they would. The lobby area is really clean and they were really good about the social distancing keeping the chairs spaced 6 feet apart lol. This location is close to shopping and places to eat so you can drop off your vehicle and eat and shop while you wait. So I do recommend this location if you live in the city of Mesa. read more

This is the best place to get your tires. Discount tires has been my place for all my cars. It's well run. They are clear about prices and what's going on. The employees don't seem miserable. (I literally ask employees on the low; "hey man do you like working here?" And they all say YES it's a good place to work. This is important to me that the workers get paid well and have a good work/ life balance. This dude OZZY takes care of me and he's great. Thanks Ozzy. Also the mananger of this location ( Joel? Jose?) is really super and he's proud of his crew. No BS this is the place to go. Five stars. read more

While I'm a huge fan of Costco and their prices for most things, Discount Tire is one of those places that makes me rethink that commitment. Discount Tire focuses on tires and wheels and excels at what they do! And they take excellent care of their customers! I have purchase tires from Discount Tire a few times and will continue to do so. Their prices really are the best and their service is simply phenomenal! When I replaced my tires last, I kept one of my "old" tires with decent tread on it... and purchased a new wheel so I could have a spare tire (since Tesla does not provide a spare tire). With my new wheel and old tire, I stopped in on a Saturday morning and dropped them off to have the tire mounted on the wheel. To my surprise, they gave me what I will call the "Discount Tire family discount" and my "spare" was ready to be picked up in a short time! I strongly recommend Discount Tire to anyone and everyone for all of your wheel and tire needs! They are honest and simply awesome to work with! *****FIVE STARS***** read more
