The very next day, the same problem returned, the car was still shaking and pulling heavily to the right. What concerns me most is that I took the car to another mechanic down the road, and he was able to visibly identify the problem right away. That left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously, or that the inspection I was told was performed may not have been done thoroughly. I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for a local business in my own neighborhood. I make a point to support independent shops over big corporations whenever I can, which is why this was especially disappointing. I'm sure many customers have had positive experiences here, and I'm not questioning everyone's integrity.
