The service manager, David W lied and misrepresented the shops ability to properly diagnose and repair the specific system in my Ram truck. I drove my truck to this shop with a functional air ride suspension system and what I got back was a broken truck that had to be removed from this place on a flatbed tow truck. They claimed to have filled the nitrogen but that was an outright lie. The total nitrogen level when I brought it in was 2100psi. When it was towed out of there it had about 200psi because the technician had completely drained it when he burned out the compressor trying to force it to stay on while he tried to find a leak. David claims it was only 900psi when I brought it in but that's because he was only using the holding tank measurement, not the entire system, but whatever he has to do to deflect blame and manipulate the circumstances, right? David W declared my truck fully repaired and charged me $2500 only giving me my truck and keys AFTER running my credit card. What they did was allegedly replace a basic rear shock, proclaiming that to be the problem when it is not connected to the air ride suspension system in any way. My trucks air ride suspension system was completely collapsed, the compressor would not come on and they had the audacity to blame the weather. After a lot of back and forth David W admitted in a recorded conversation that they did not properly diagnose my truck, and that they would replace the compressor at zero cost to me. When I decided that I wanted them to pay for the repairs for what they did but I didn't want them doing the work they refused to supply the necessary parts or any compensation. They also refused to pay for the flatbed tow truck. The service manager, David W. was rude, nasty, defensive, accusatory, refused to provide any evidence of the nitrogen they claimed to have used, refused to provide evidence of the shocks they claimed to have replaced, and refused to allow me to talk to the technician who had caused so much damage. My truck was taken to a dealership, and now I am going to the Arizona Attorney General's Office to file a complaint against them for deceptive conduct and negligence. I prepaid for the tires after some BS a bout the brand not being eligible. I prepaid for the tires to be delivered the next day. I thought the total was about $300 or so too high. I was i n some medical distress so I thought I'd pay for the badly needed tires and dispute the bill the next day. They said they'd give me the paperwork then. Next day I had to send my grandson. 3 days later I was well enough to study the bill. I did not get 2 tires free. I was charged for the so-called qualifying protection plan $171.92. Labor to put on the tires was $303.72. This is an astounding charge compared to what I've been used to. I have emailed them demanding a refund and haven't heard back yet.
