Then I called Discount Tire, and right away, a cheerful and helpful voice answered -- Jon. As soon as I explained my situation, Jon told me he had my tire size in stock and could get me in immediately if I arrived within 30 minutes. I drove straight over, and true to his word, he got me in right away and had everything completed within about an hour. At the end of the day, it's all about customer service -- and Jon absolutely delivered. This Discount Tire isn't even the closest one to me (I drove 40 minutes, even though there's another location just 10 minutes away), but it was well worth the drive.
