Responsive, quick, great quality. BDM did a great job per usual. Will definitely use them again.

So I go to this place to check them out because I want to customize my wife's C4 Corvette and they have trucks WITH NO DISABLED PLACARDS OR EVEN LICENSE PLATES ON THEM AT ALL PARKED IN THE DISABLED SPACES!!! I saw an employee from next door and he said they're always parking the vehicles they work on in the Disabled Parking Spots. No I will not patronize an establishment that treats Disabled Citizens in such a shameful way. read more

I had BDM put a Fox steering stabilizer on my 2020 F250. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they had a fair installed price. The work was done on time and communication throughout was excellent. The stabilizer ended having an issue about 6 months after install and these guys took care of the issue within 48hrs of my call to them. I was highly impressed by their response to the issue. When I took the truck down they had the issue resolved quickly and we were on our way. Highly recommend! read more

BDM was great. After trying to find a solid place to level my truck and calling several places; most of the time were overpriced or failed to return calls and messages. Most "other places" Acted like they were doing me "a favor" by even leveling my truck. Like aren't you trying to earn my business??? WTH. enter BDM. They took the time to meet with me in person. And addressed all my concerns and questions. They are great bunch of guys and did amazing work on my f150. They used quality parts (Rough Country). Their prices are fair and competitive and I am throughly impressed with the work. Highest recommendation. read more

Went there to have rear lift shackles installed, and an alignment done after the dealership botched my first alignment. Apparently the dealership doesn't know how to use adjustable camber bolts, but these guys got me zeroed in. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and they took care of my interior by putting plastic over the seats and floor protection while they worked on the truck. This shop is very busy. Likely because they are that good. They get a lot of business so don't expect to drop of you're rig, and get it back in a couple hours. It will take TIME. My only gripe is that they didn't call with updates. I had to call half an hour before they closed to see what was up. No big deal. 100% will be going back. read more

I went with the 3 inch R.C lift, and the adjustable bilstein shocks all the way around. Kit came with a set of upper a-arms that just look aggressive. Only took them 7 hours or so to remove an old leveling kit, then essentially build it all back. For them to get it done in one day, and get me in with a 5 day delay only from initial phone call, I was impressed. When they got it all done, they actually brought me to the back, and asked me if I liked the way it looked, and told me "we can adjust from here as necessary." They got an additional. 5 inch of height out of the front, that was a flat out bonus. It was time for alignment, and they were having a harder than usual time after all the new rigid parts, so instead of messing around with it further, came directly to me and told me there partner's at Tire Pro in Chandler could get it done quickly, as they did just about 20 minutes from the Tempe shop, in fact they stayed open late, for me and one other customer to get it done right!!!! It now drives straighter than it did when I bought the truck. Not sure how but, I'm not asking any questions. It also handles like a Cadillac going over pot holes and railroad crossings. I can only imagine how it will do on the remote road to my property!! Highly recommend Both BDM in Tempe, and Tire Pros in Chandler. *4/25/23 I will update upon re torque here, and my first experience off road* read more

I found BDM on Yelp and I am very happy with the service from them. Mike was super helpful, answered all of my questions and was pretty thorough in explaining how my truck would drive post-install. I have a 2018 Chevy Colorado that they installed a Maxtrac lift with rear block and new shocks that I brought in and treated me as if I did that transaction with them. I respect that they guarantee their work and are more than welcoming if I have any questions in the future. I used to work with a different shop but was in the market for a new shop to work with, that shop is now BDM. They know what they're doing, are respectful and most importantly have fair prices. They deserve to be paid, because this stuff is hard work if you don't have the proper equipment. They're pros and I look forward to future work with them. Thanks BDM. read more

Again, Mike and Jason prove they are the only ones to be trusted with my rig. Talked to them about an issue I was having with my engineer sputtering and lagging.. Jason took it out and immediately had a plan to solve the issue. He had an instinct this may be a bad tune. He got it into Cordes and now it's more powerful than ever. No lag just straight power.. can't thank these guys enough. read more

I work construction and wanted a subtle lift for added clearance without sacrificing on MPG and ride. Donnie hooked it up. The whole experience was very good. They worked around my schedule and did the work while I was on vacation. They even met me on a Sunday so I could have my truck Mon AM. A month later and the truck looks great and the ride is awesome. I don't expect a shop to be perfect. That shop doesn't exist. There are just circumstances that a shop cannot control. What a shop can control is its honesty and integrity. BDM Customs has both! Hats off to you Jay. Thank you again. read more

I just had my F250 leveled by BDM. I was very happy with the results and the help from Mike in picking out the leveling kit. I can honestly say my experience was fantastic. I am not one to recommend a bunch. But my experience with them was great. I will be back when i have further needs. read more

This review is well overdue!!!! I have a 2014 custom lifted Chevy Silverado. So when it comes to shops working on it I'm very particular. I went to a shop that quoted me $1800 for a small job, being a single mom and getting quoted for something more than my tires I honestly felt defeated. Looked around and came to BDM contacted via phone and Jason went above and beyond to help me! I sent in pictures and then within a matter of 15-20min brought my truck in so he can take a quick look at it and he completely took all my stress away. What I was originally quoted at one shop of $1800 Jason and the guys at BDM did for $200!! I will forever take my truck here for tires and ALL of my truck needs!! If you have a custom truck even if you don't I HIGHLY recommend BDM!!!! Thank you again Jason and your crew!!!! read more

Fantastic shop. They got our vehicles done quickly also they do not try to nickel and dime you.

I just purchased my new F250 and the dealer recommended BDM Customs in Tempe AZ. I did a lot of research on off road shops just to be sure it wasn't just the "friend of the dealer" recommendation and they had good reviews. So I brought my new truck here and they definitely did not disappoint! Great value and amazing customer service. They were VERY knowledgeable and talked me into what best fit my needs rather than what was the highest price. I HIGHLY recommend BDM if your looking for quality parts and a shop that stands behind their work. Thank you Mike for all your help! Dr. C read more

Highly recommended and trusted. Jason and Mike from BDM Customs were recommended by a friend when I found some mistakes on the 3 1/2 inch lift that was installed at another shop-Valley Spring. After setting an appointment these guys corrected the errors and when I came back a year later to have everything checked/snuggled up and needed the fittings lubed-they got me in and out from my appointment and did a great job once again. When you actually take your vehicle out on trails you don't want to worry that anything been installed improperly- I trust these guys and that's why I drove to Tempe for the follow up visit. read more

BDM Customs - 2016 Rubicon with 3 1/2" Rock Krawler lift - Auto Repair Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Terrible customer service. Originally called in for a quote for rims, which I received quickly. I liked the price and wanted to add wheels, which is where i got a bunch of attitude, and Rod acted like i am a complete idiot (because im a female). I sent a photo of a stock vehicle with 19" rims and they tried to tell me the car was lowered with 22s (i know the guy, they are in fact 19"). Never got an updated quote, and got blown off completely. I was ready to drop $$ today but I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. read more

We have been taking all of our vehicles to BDM for years, I LOVE and trust everyone that works for this company. The owner himself will get in the shop and work on the trucks, jeeps, and SUV's to help his employees! That's rare anymore. They are brutally honest and I respect that more than anything. I highly recommend this company to anyone!! As I went through all the reviews I have to say I have no clue why Greg H would put such a negative review especially about the honesty of this company and the parking lot, it makes me laugh! I have left my $70,000 Tahoe in the parking lot over night with the key in it... nothing dishonest about this company at all, sometimes people just need to complain! read more

Anyone who loves his/her truck usually has some type of reservations about letting a shop touch it. I almost always work on my own vehicles. Being that my truck barely fit in my garage stock, there was no way I could do the lift there. I called a few other shops, and as expected most of them either didn't answer their phone, placed me on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up, or knew less than I did about my truck. Then I called BDM. They answered the phone on the 1st ring to my amazement, were super friendly, knowledgeable, and I got a quote in my email about a half hour later for all the work I asked to have done. I was going to wait a while to make such a large purchase, but I decided to swing by the shop and check it out. I usually know within the first two steps inside a shop whether or not I will give them my business. The shop is big, the showroom is nice, people smile and are friendly, and most importantly there were plenty of other trucks there, that says a lot. After talking to Mike (super, super awesome guy) I plunked down my deposit right then and there. He didn't sell me on any BS, he just knew his stuff and offered honest feedback. I couldn't believe it, I was floored. I knew this was the place for me. Well, it's a week later and my truck is lifted and beautiful. They did a great job. Very impressed. I am so happy I stumbled across this place. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who asks about my truck and on my 1st day of driving I've already had several compliments. Big shout out to Mike, Jason, and the entire crew. I still can't believe every guy working there was so friendly. Fantastic experience and I'll be back guaranteed. Thank you guys. read more

These guys know their $hit! They always get me taken care of with my truck needs. From tires to lift kits. This is the spot.

I've been going to Jason at BDM Customs for a little over two years now for all of my work on my Toyota Tacoma. There is no better place than this spot right here. Quality work, good prices and even better customer service. Somebody who really knows what they're talking about when it comes to anything custom to any vehicle. If you are looking for a Lift, Suspension, wheels and tires, this is the place don't look any further. They make sure that your truck looks great, drives even better and most importantly that you feel 100% confident in what you are getting and that you will be safe when you leave that parking lot. They have a cool set up in terms of a showroom and a waiting area where you can have some water or an energy drink. Make sure you grab a BDM Customs decal on the way out too! You'll be part of an elite class of custom trucks ! read more

I really like Mark and the crew here. They have done shocks on my JK, new bumpers and tomorrow they install a rigid led light bar. Every time they are more than fair on price and they do great work. I have gone in there in the past with an idea on doing something and they have talked me out of it because they felt that I either didn't need it or it wasn't worth the money. Gotta love their honesty. I will keep coming back read more

Horrible customer service. OVER PRICED. Workers have the worst attitudes. Would recommend anywhere else but here.

Slowly improving my 1998 Jeep Cherokee. Have had troubles with Chrysler/Jeep dealers, and my Toyota mechanics seem a little careless with the Jeep. So, after a few interviews of Mark and Mike over the 2012/2013 year, I decided to upgrade the suspension on the Jeep. Excellent so far! Mark provided down-to-earth responses, high quality service, and a selection of parts that meet my needs. I will return for Exhaust and wheel/tire selection next...more soon :) read more

Took my Jeep Rubicon to the Bell Rd shop. We had a 2" lift and Mark replaced it with a 3" lift and corrected several suspension issues. The Jeep has never handled as good as it does now. Brought my Taco in for a simple add-a-leaf but the service was great. Called to make the appointment Monday, dropped the truck of Tuesday morning, they were done by 1230. If no stars were an option, that's what I'd give. Besides being overpriced, they didn't give me my UPC labels so that I could get my rebates & failed to return my phone calls. They are not an authorized airlift dealer & the installation of my airlift in incorrect. They ordered the wrong bedcover which had to be returned & replaced. The parking is extremely limited & the location is questionable. I feel like I was ripped off, won't be back, don't waste your time. read more

Mark and the boys have done quite a bit on my 2 trucks. They have always done it on time and for a fair price. I had only one issue. It was minor and they were willing to drive to me and fix it. Way overpriced! They charge an arm and a leg and don't do the quality of work required to charge that much. Very bad at communication. I took my truck there after it broke down and it took them Over a month to fix it.
