So I go to this place to check them out because I want to customize my wife's C4 Corvette and they have trucks WITH NO DISABLED PLACARDS OR EVEN LICENSE PLATES ON THEM AT ALL PARKED IN THE DISABLED SPACES!!! I saw an employee from next door and he said they're always parking the vehicles they work on in the Disabled Parking Spots. No I will not patronize an establishment that treats Disabled Citizens in such a shameful way. read more

I had BDM put a Fox steering stabilizer on my 2020 F250. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they had a fair installed price. The work was done on time and communication throughout was excellent. The stabilizer ended having an issue about 6 months after install and these guys took care of the issue within 48hrs of my call to them. I was highly impressed by their response to the issue. Went there to have rear lift shackles installed, and an alignment done after the dealership botched my first alignment. Apparently the dealership doesn't know how to use adjustable camber bolts, but these guys got me zeroed in. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and they took care of my interior by putting plastic over the seats and floor protection while they worked on the truck. This shop is very busy. Likely because they are that good. They get a lot of business so don't expect to drop of you're rig, and get it back in a couple hours. It will take TIME. My only gripe is that they didn't call with updates. I had to call half an hour before they closed to see what was up. No big deal. 100% will be going back. read more

I went with the 3 inch R.C lift, and the adjustable bilstein shocks all the way around. Kit came with a set of upper a-arms that just look aggressive. Only took them 7 hours or so to remove an old leveling kit, then essentially build it all back. For them to get it done in one day, and get me in with a 5 day delay only from initial phone call, I was impressed. When they got it all done, they actually brought me to the back, and asked me if I liked the way it looked, and told me "we can adjust from here as necessary." They got an additional. 5 inch of height out of the front, that was a flat out bonus. It was time for alignment, and they were having a harder than usual time after all the new rigid parts, so instead of messing around with it further, came directly to me and told me there partner's at Tire Pro in Chandler could get it done quickly, as they did just about 20 minutes from the Tempe shop, in fact they stayed open late, for me and one other customer to get it done right!!!! It now drives straighter than it did when I bought the truck. Not sure how but, I'm not asking any questions. It also handles like a Cadillac going over pot holes and railroad crossings. I can only imagine how it will do on the remote road to my property!! I found BDM on Yelp and I am very happy with the service from them. Mike was super helpful, answered all of my questions and was pretty thorough in explaining how my truck would drive post-install. I have a 2018 Chevy Colorado that they installed a Maxtrac lift with rear block and new shocks that I brought in and treated me as if I did that transaction with them. I respect that they guarantee their work and are more than welcoming if I have any questions in the future. I used to work with a different shop but was in the market for a new shop to work with, that shop is now BDM. They know what they're doing, are respectful and most importantly have fair prices. This review is well overdue!!!! I have a 2014 custom lifted Chevy Silverado. So when it comes to shops working on it I'm very particular. I went to a shop that quoted me $1800 for a small job, being a single mom and getting quoted for something more than my tires I honestly felt defeated. I sent in pictures and then within a matter of 15-20min brought my truck in so he can take a quick look at it and he completely took all my stress away. Anyone who loves his/her truck usually has some type of reservations about letting a shop touch it. I almost always work on my own vehicles. Being that my truck barely fit in my garage stock, there was no way I could do the lift there. I called a few other shops, and as expected most of them either didn't answer their phone, placed me on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up, or knew less than I did about my truck. Then I called BDM. They answered the phone on the 1st ring to my amazement, were super friendly, knowledgeable, and I got a quote in my email about a half hour later for all the work I asked to have done. I was going to wait a while to make such a large purchase, but I decided to swing by the shop and check it out. I usually know within the first two steps inside a shop whether or not I will give them my business. The shop is big, the showroom is nice, people smile and are friendly, and most importantly there were plenty of other trucks there, that says a lot. After talking to Mike (super, super awesome guy) I plunked down my deposit right then and there. He didn't sell me on any BS, he just knew his stuff and offered honest feedback. I couldn't believe it, I was floored. I knew this was the place for me. Well, it's a week later and my truck is lifted and beautiful. They did a great job. Very impressed. I am so happy I stumbled across this place. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who asks about my truck and on my 1st day of driving I've already had several compliments. Took my Jeep Rubicon to the Bell Rd shop. We had a 2" lift and Mark replaced it with a 3" lift and corrected several suspension issues. The Jeep has never handled as good as it does now. Brought my Taco in for a simple add-a-leaf but the service was great. Called to make the appointment Monday, dropped the truck of Tuesday morning, they were done by 1230. Exact price they quoted me over the phone, no bs. Had a little bit of a rubbing problem with my front tires and they went out of their way to shave down the wheel well and completely mitigate the annoyance. They are not an authorized airlift dealer & the installation of my airlift in incorrect. They ordered the wrong bedcover which had to be returned & replaced. Mark and the boys have done quite a bit on my 2 trucks. They have always done it on time and for a fair price. I had only one issue. It was minor and they were willing to drive to me and fix it. Way overpriced! They charge an arm and a leg and don't do the quality of work required to charge that much. Very bad at communication. I took my truck there after it broke down and it took them Over a month to fix it. If they had originally told me they were going to take that long, I would have gone elsewhere, but they kept giving me the go around saying they'd have it fixed soon.
