I wouldn't recommend this location, employees are disingenuous. For context, my vehicle was at the Mercedes dealership being serviced the day prior to drop off at Penske. When I picked my car up at Penske, my head light was out and they told me 'it was out at drop off, there's no way we could have caused it to go out because we didn't touch it.' The light was not out at drop off and Mercedes would have included that in their inspection report. Come to find out, when they took the vehicle back to fix the mistakes in their paint job and primer oversprays, Derrick owned up to the light being unplugged. No one else could have unplugged it except a Penske employee. I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TO BY MY SERVICE REP. This is one of 6 different other new issues with my car when Penske handed it back to me. I'm glad I asked for a walk around. Extremely disappointing experience.

EIGHT hundred dollars to replace a hose…read more In June, I brought my vehicle to this dealership. There was a recall on my vehicle (EcoSport). The dealership replaced the engine. My car overheated and broke down ten minutes after I picked it up. They worked on the car again. Three months later, I overheated. I checked the coolant and it was empty. It immediately drained as soon as I added more. Had the car towed to the dealership. I was worried they missed something. Instead, I was given an eight hundred dollar repair. Almost FIVE hundred for labor. To replace a hose. The friendly customer team advised me that my (2020) vehicle was old. They advised me that the engine replacement, three months ago was not culpable. My car was old and I could expect many more visits to get it repaired. Honestly. Avoid this place. They want your money and are not worried about your vehicle.

Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would…read moretake about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
