    InMobile installed a backup camera with bluetooth and Apple CarPlay in my 2011 Honda CRV which I drive primarily around town. I have a newer truck I drive on long trips. Not having a backup camera and bluetooth was incredibly frustrating but did not want to buy a new car just for that. Don helped me select everything I needed and it was installed in a day. It looks like a factory install and I am so pleased with the product and expert service!!

    I have taken my 2005 Nissan Titan to the folks at inMobile twice in the past few years. One was for a repair and the second was for an upgrade. The owner, Don, gave me an upfront price each time, which was very fair and that was the same amount when it came time to pay...no hidden charges. He gave me honest, practical advice and did not attempt to sell me anything that I did not need. He was also able to find a parasitic battery draw that no other shop had been able to trace for over three years! I believe that he gave my old beater the same amount of time and effort as the new dealership cars parked next to it. The combination of their honesty, their fair prices and their knowledge of their trade-craft is unparalleled in my experience. Once you find a doctor, a barber or a mechanic that satisfies these needs, you continue to see them for life. I have found that inMobile is the only shop you need to visit for your car stereo needs and I highly recommend them...for life. Thank you Don, Alex and all of the experts at inMobile for giving me such a great experience and great hope that there are still honorable, professional technicians out there.

    Don and his team were at it again! This time it was another phase of awesomeness on my Cooper! They installed a custom bass unit that looks completely factory.. the sound is completely amazing and you would have thought that it came off the line with this system already installed. Another great job, woohoo!!

    Rear view camera mirror with front and rear dvr

    Don and his team are absolutely the most meticulous, diligent car audio / camera / screen shop you can find. Over the years in my off-road rig (4runner) they helped me fix some problems with my after market pioneer stereo, installed a video rear view mirror, a front and rear view cameras, remote start, repaired my stock JBL speakers, and most importantly identified and repaired a parasitic current draw that was draining my batteries, something no car mechanic or dealer would take on. The root cause was ridiculously difficult to identify. You know they have a good rep, by looking at all the luxury super cars stopping by their shop. With everything they ever helped me with if there was ever a problem, all I needed to do is give them a call and schedule an appointment and they always took care of it no questions asked no matter how much time has passed since they worked on it. If you are looking for someone who will do the work right, look no further. The quality of work is second to none

I didn't realize it at pickup, but once I did, I called the dealership. They checked and couldn't find the key, then refused to cover the replacement--basically dismissing it as cheap and easy to fix. I ended up paying $215 out of pocket ($75 key + $140 service) just to ensure I could access my own car if the fob fails. I resigned the new deal the same day I would like to thank the salesman who led me to the BEST CAR ON THE LOT and didn't try to pawn the garbage off on me like other salesman try to do. I am sorry to the finance team for everything I said which I admit was inaccurate. The finance team is the best here they didn't fumble the numbers as I had previously suspected. I am sorry for the false accusation. Had the salesmen sold me the best car in the lot everything would've been fine. Thank you my friends in finance. Again I apologize. And yes I do remember you from our past life before we went into business together. Thank you. Much love. You all are appreciated I look forward to purchasing many more cars from you in the very near future. All test drives need to include touching the freeway. That's not finance fault. I just wasn't allowed to test the car as I would've liked, where I finally bought the car the salesman gave me the keys and told me be back in 30 minutes, as opposed to holding my hand and giving me turn by turn directions. Thus I was dissatisfied with the test drive. Finance were the only ones really watching out for me the vehicle was a lemon but that was my fault rushing the deal to get out of there. Can't blame a salesman for trying to sell something. Though I'm sure he wouldn't sell that car to his own son. So I basically expect to be treated like family with any big purchase. Next time treat the customer as you would your own family. That's to all the salespeople out there. Jesus loves and forgives us. Please accept my apology.

He knew exactly what car would fit my needs and went above and beyond I would absolutely trust Jacob to help me buy another vehicle from in the future. What really set this dealership apart happened when I came back to have my windows tinted. I had just finished working a graveyard shift, and unfortunately, it was the only time I could bring my car in. I was completely exhausted and tried to find somewhere to sleep just a little. Edward one of the managers noticed me and kindly offered to show me to a quiet area with comfortable chairs where I could actually get some sleep while I waited. On top of that, he was able to expedite the tinting process so I could get home sooner. That level of kindness and customer service meant a lot to me.
