They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Used to work in Tempe, I'm based out of Vegas now. So what am I doing out here? It's a long story, I was looking at Kia EV6 GT (Red) in Tucson but of course it was sold. I ended up looking at Hyundai Ioniq 5 N (yes the fast version) before stopping here for 2023 Genesis GV60 Performance. Let me just say, this is by far THE BEST experience. I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. Very low sales pressure, extremely friendly staff, I would stop by again in the future when I'm looking for another vehicle. read more

Beware this family own and operated business is known for buying back cars that have been surrendered back to the dealerships due to lemon conditions - meaning they or you have to rectify the cars rehab so it is no longer a or dreamed a lemon. Read the lemons laws. #3. Does the car have a clean title? Look at the car fax- the car have branded title, or is it a salvaged title??? They do not disclose this up front. ***We did buy a car for our daughter here- we were told while walking out to take it to a Hyundai dealership.. we did in Las Vegas where live, oh boy and that's where the truth was uncovered. This car has been returned as a lemon under the lemon law. The title was not initiatally clean it was branded meaning it needed fixed by the dealership. They had the vehicle for 2 weeks fixing a new transmission. My daughter is happy with her car now after putting forth the work in getting it fixed by a bonified Educate yourself OTHERS have posted similar reviews regarding this practice. LeSueur Car Company is simply the best place you can go to buy a used car. I have bought a few Kia brand vehicles here, also more recently a Chrysler Pacifica. The Chrysler they had taken in on trade had some unknown mechanical issues that were nearly impossible to detect on a test drive when I purchased it. 2 days after I purchased it, I noticed some temporary (5 seconds) misfiring at cold start. I called Steven LeSueur right away, he assured me they would take care of whatever was going on. To make a really long story short, Steve worked tirelessly with his service department to get the issues fixed. It ended up needing new head gaskets on the 3.6L Pentastar. They also replaced the heads to ensure I would be totally happy with my purchase. Like I said, most dealers would have said, "too bad so sad, you own it." Humor aside, they really stand behind their cars. You won't regret buying a car from them. Also, they give you no hassles when you want to test drive something, they simply hand over the key and say, "enjoy it." When you get back they will ask "so how did you like it?" I found my 2022 Volvo XC 60, with low mileage at LeSueur Car Company. I was apprehensive to look out of state since I live in California. This was a great experience from start to finish and would recommend using them for high quality cars and service . Kris, my salesman, made the transaction smooth and easy. It started with having complete disclosure, if I called with any questions (and there were many) Kris quickly responded. Once I finalized purchase of the car to get it I I flew to Phoenix, and was picked up at the at the airport by one of the car lot workers. Well I'm done with this place. My girl just took her car in for service and they tried to do the stereotypical female-customer gouge. $85 for a cabin air filter replacement? Give me a break. But wait, there's more!!! She asked for an alignment and they told her that her lower control arm bushings needed to be replaced ($646.85 which is a joke), recommended PCV system "maintenance" ($330, another total joke). In total, with alignment, they tried to get her for over $1200. The reason I know they're as shady as the day is long? I just took it to APR and they inspected the control arms. While they said one of the bushing was just barely beginning to wear, they wouldn't even recommend replacing any of them. All it needs is an alignment. Be real careful with these charlatans and take what they recommend with a big grain of salt. Update: By "other work" you mean one other oil change? Longish story as to how I found LeSueur for routine maintenance on my old (2016, 90,000 miles) but good, Audi Q5. I moved to AZ about a year ago and I have been to both of the Audi Dealerships for maintenance, Chandler and North Scottsdale. Not convenient and truly painful experiences. North Scottsdale told me they needed a week to diagnose a possible coolant leak. And a simple oil change in Chandler was $600. A few weeks ago, my low oil warning light comes on. I get on my phone and see a German Auto repair place near my location so I swing into the parking lot. There was no issue with the housing torque specs when I dropped off the vehicle in November. It was at 20-25 nm. Your lack to eschew your obfuscation in attempt to point to oil changes and torque specifications is a full display of your iniquity. CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN. You stated to me your mechanic is a "Volkswagen Certified Technician" But you also said you are not a Volkswagen dealer. Whether or not he was an ASE Certified Master Technician at a Volkswagen dealer in the past is irrelevant and purposely misleading. He is not a Certified Volkswagen Technician. Furthermore, at the time I brought my vehicle in it was my understanding that he was not an ASE Certified Technician let alone an ASE Certified Master Technician or ASE Advanced Engine Performance Specialist Certification. ENGINE NOISE AND THE ROUGH RUNNING OPERATION. When I brought my car into your business there was no engine noise and no rough running operations. I simply had a check engine light. The codes I pulled indicted timing chain issues. I relayed that information to your staff. For what ever reason your mechanic decided to test drive my car first instead of pulling codes or even checking the oil housing is beyond sensible. And begs to question why he is not working at a Volkswagen dealer as a Volkswagen technician. AUTHORIZATION. I have authorized work to the car and your technician refused to do it. I'm the customer, and I with full knowledge of the situation requested it. Not only did the request go ignored. It was never relayed to me that it wasn't going to be done. My wife and I have been looking to replace a 2013 Prius we bought new. The main reason we bought the car is it fits our desire to get great mileage, we drive a lot for work and personal. The problem is the car is short on features, loud and uncomfortable. I am a veteran so we decided to use USAA car buying service and we found several dealers who had the Lexus CT200H. LeSueuer was one of the certified dealers. The way USAA works is they quote you a specific price and tell you if the deal is good, great or not so good. LeSueuer quoted a price well below True Car Values. It was a great price. Within a few hours (after they opened) I was contacted by someone, who asked several questions related to what we were looking for, what we wanted. He then told me Steven LeSueuer would call me back at a choice of times I specified. Steven did call me back as specified, we talked, discussed some specifics (how much we owe on the trade in, condition, what we were looking for generally in terms of price) and then set an appointment for yesterday. We went in at 1000 on Saturday and were immediately greeted by several people who were all dressed casually in blue LeSueuer t-shirts and shorts. We were then allowed to test drive 4 cars without the salesperson. Just give your license, pick it out and get the keys and go. What a pleasure it was not to be hawked over by a zealous salesperson. Just my wife and I listening and feeling the experience of the car. We picked out a beautiful 2015 Lexus CT200H with low mileage. At first we rejected it because we thought we smelled smoke, which we would not tolerate. Stevens uncle persuaded us to take a second drive and open up the windows, let the air car out and then see if it smelled like smoke. We did that and realized it wasn't smoke but really the leather and plastic smell plus being closed up in the heat. It was the car we wanted because it has 2 toned leather seats. We then wait d apprehensively to "do the deal", which normally consists of a ridiculous back and forth with a salesperson and their manager for hours and hours. This is not how they do things at LeSueuer. We were brought in to speak with another family member, a cousin to get us started. The price for the car was well below median price paid and so no need to haggle. The only thing we asked about was our trade-in which I had looked up on KBB and USAA. The original price they gave us for the trade-in was a few hundred dollars short of that value. We asked him if he would consider bumping that price and he did just that, no haggling. Steven had recommend we try one of their lenders because he thought they could beat our pre-approved quote for a loan interest rate with USAA. We filled out the app and sure enough we got a full percentage point better which saves us even more money. We then were led into Stevens office to do the paperwork. This took all of maybe 30 minutes. Just at the end we talked about gap insurance and warranties. No hard sales tactic, just straight talk. I purchased the gap and was going to pay outright but based on Stevens recommendation rolled it into the loan. We chose not to purchase a warranty since USAA had the option to buy it later and the price was very good, this car still had several years of manufacturer warranty as well. All in all we came in at 1000 and left at 1215 with our beautiful and comfortable, new to us, Lexus. Steven, his cousin, Uncle and everyone at LeSueuer are up front, honest, professional and take excellent care of you. They talked with us about family, airplanes(my passion), travel and about the car. What an excellent feeling to be relaxed, get a great car at a great price, be advised on how to save more money with financing and walk out of their business just 2 hours later with the car we wanted. We purchased a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE and the experience was very seamless. We worked with Steven who finalized the sale and answered any questions we had even on his day off. Very good customer service. He broke down everything there is to know about our specific vehicle, including how they got it, the warranties that it has, and different extended warranties that we could have gone with for extra coverage. And they cleaned the vehicle decently but didn't fill up the gas tank which would have been nice. But I understand that they aren't a franchise so I didn't have high expectations for those minor details at this independent dealership. They had a car that I wanted. I went in and they let me test drive it without them coming along. I told them I was considering it and went home. No pressure. Called later to buy car and they did all the deal over the phone and got me a great financing rate. They advertise 10 minute or less signing and they deliver. We were in and out right at that time. While they offered extras, they didn't pressure you to buy the extras. We will be back! read more

I am shocked and disappointed in this company's lack of professionalism. I started the purchase of a vehicle (long distance) came to a price agreement with the General Manager Kris and signed a purchase agreement, I also put him in contact with my bank. I have documentation of all of this in email. The next day they sold the vehicle to someone else?! Kris had an unbelievable demeanor like "oh well sorry ". You would expect for him to want to make it right and still make a sale by offering the most similar car at the same price (common sense). No he did not, I don't recall seeing such a dumb and careless attitude in a business much less from a General Manager? IN RESPONSE TO DEALER: All I see is your company making excuses instead of taking full responsibility. Kris emailed me today with a bunch of excuses ex. If I had been at work today it would have worked out different...umm ok how is that my fault or my problem? The company states they never heard back from the credit union, that is false. If anything I asked Kris to touch base and looped him in on emails and he never did. The status in emails was CRYSTAL CLEAR if Kris had only bothered to read his emails. I have all of these and can post them if need be. This was a complete failure and negligent on the dealerships end and I absolutely believe you should eat the difference, but I'll walk away even for a discount this place feels shady and not people I want to do business with. read more
