These guys were fantastic. They went above and beyond when I bought my Jeep and even let me take it to my mechanic so that he could tell me if there was anything wrong. They were flexible, helpful and not pushy in any way during the entire process. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

The women's bathroom was covered in used paper towels, including the changing table so I had to have my husband change my daughter in the men's bathroom. The kid's play area was incredibly filthy and there was a vacuum with a loose cord tucked into a corner of the kid's area. When I asked if I could have somewhere to nurse my daughter I was responded with confusion from the man we bought our car from, and not even consideration to provide us a place to nurse her out of the public space, or the thought to ask a woman that might work there for me. Our salesman otherwise was fine, but not personable at all for someone in sales. When we looked at our Grand Highlander the first time it was covered in stains, crackers and had been sitting there for a couple months. They agreed that they would detail the car. It took them 5 days to fix a broken mirror it had (I'm assuming they had to order the part which is fine) but they still hadn't detailed it when my husband arrived to pick it up. So we had to wait longer, then it still had stains and visible sand, dog hair and crackers. The man we bought it from sent it back, then my husband had to send it back AGAIN to be serviced. We finally just decided to take it home after making them redo the detail multiple times. After my husband got home, we got a call from someone saying they saw we had a "RAV4 serviced there for $600 that day" and we respond no? We had our grand Highlander detailed for free. And we were asked, "Oh! Are you guys in the market for a new one?" This place obviously does not have any organizational skills. My husband left a review and was responded from the woman that typically replies (maybe customer service relations) with her "please contact me!" He reaches out her after she left a number and she never answered after the phone line dies, so he leaves her an email and he was never responded to. We like our Toyota we bought just fine, but this dealer is absolutely disgusting and needs to get their act together. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this place really deserves it.

Trade-in value was fair, and everything upfront felt smooth. The finance department was a different story. William Hall was friendly, but the process lacked transparency. I wasn't shown a clear breakdown of numbers and felt pressured into a ~$5,900 warranty. Despite having an 800+ credit score, I was given a 72-month loan at 7.67% APR, which didn't add up. Also noticed paint imperfections on the "new" vehicle--disappointing. They did compensate with free accessories so I appreciated that. Service department has been great, though. Advice: focus on out-the-door price, not monthly payments, and question every add-on. I canceled the warranty, got one elsewhere for much less, and refinanced at a significantly lower rate within the following month. If you want to keep your commission and sales.. honesty and transparency go a long way. That's how you earn repeat customers and long-term trust.

He was thorough and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We also discovered we had a lot in common, which really added a genuine human touch to the experience. It didn't feel transactional at all--it felt like working with someone who truly cared about helping. To top it off, after learning that I love the Ninja Turtles, he surprised me with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible set. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience even more memorable. I've never felt this great after purchasing a car. Thank you, Christian! I will definitely keep giving Showcase my business and you should too!

He did a good job of answering our questions, and we were able to get a reduction in the down payment and a $500 price reduction for being a returning customer. However, when the time came to sign the final paperwork, Adrian had to work with another customer, so he sent Bob to complete the paperwork with us. Bob, however, was very pushy and unwilling to answer our questions, sometimes presenting papers to us saying they were about something in particular, when they really were about a couple of other things as well. He seemed annoyed when my wife wanted to check things over in the paperwork to make sure that we knew what we were signing and could agree to it. At first he didn't want to tell us about the hidden GPS system that is put in all their cars in case you are delinquent on your payments. He also implied that people who come in to have things checked out in the first fifteen days could get charged a diagnostic fee and a labor fee if it turned out the mechanics didn't find a problem, saying that some people bring their cars in to be checked out for what he considered to be trivial reasons. So the final paperwork process was by far the worst part of our car-buying experience. Shortly after we bought the car, an issue did come up, and we brought it in to service, and everything went fine. So, once again, we have what seems so far like a good car, and while the car-buying experience there was mostly a good one, I must say that the final paperwork process with Bob was not satisfactory.

This was many years ago now but I was desperate for a car having just moved to Gilbert. Something under the hood of the car rattled from about 15 minutes of buying it (as soon as I got on the freeway) until I traded it in 6 years ago. I made it through all the payments somehow. Please realize that every 2 weeks means sometimes having 3 payments in one month. The cars are all crap. The only good thing is they worked with me in my circumstances and I had a car to go to work in but I was probably better off not getting one. Just say no!!!

I was ready to buy and already had a deal in hand from another dealership: 2026 WRX Limited at $650/month, no add-ons, GAP included, and a strong trade-in offer. Bri reached out and told me they could beat it, even quoting $637/month. Ray (manager) followed up and assured me they would put together a better deal if I came in. That's what got me through the door. Once I arrived, the entire tone changed. My trade-in value suddenly dropped, GAP pricing was inflated, and no clear numbers were presented upfront. I even switched to a lower-priced WRX Premium expecting better numbers--but somehow ended up being quoted $675/month on a cheaper car than the Limited I already had lined up elsewhere. At that point, it was clear the initial promises were just to get me in. I don't mind negotiating, but I do expect consistency and transparency. This felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I'll be purchasing a WRX elsewhere--and honestly, I'll probably take my service business somewhere else too. Update: I ended up purchasing my WRX from Peoria Subaru. It was a bit of a drive, but absolutely worth it. The deal was seamless, fair, and fast--no games. I secured a Limited WRX for $39,730.30 OTD Price, and the overall experience was significantly more professional. They also offer a 2-tire replacement program as long as you service your vehicle with them. If you're serious about buying, I'd recommend skipping Camelback Subaru and taking the drive to Peoria instead.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE ESPECIALLY WITH ANDREW…read more I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Easy Car Auto Sales in Phoenix. On 2/26/2026, I was told I was approved for financing, completed paperwork, and paid a $1,500 down payment plus a $45 fee ($1,545 total). I was allowed to leave with the vehicle. Later the same day, I was contacted and told they could not verify my income. Over several days, I provided multiple forms of verification and was asked to get a co-signer. After doing so, I was then told my brother should apply under his own name instead. Despite cooperating at every step, financing was never finalized. Shortly after, the dealership had the vehicle towed from my residence. The tow driver banged on my door demanding the keys and provided no paperwork. Despite taking the vehicle back and the deal never being completed, the dealership has refused to refund the $1,545 down payment, claiming it was "non-refundable," even though that was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. I also had to replace the battery immediately after taking the car home at my own expense. This experience involved being told I was approved when I was not, changing terms multiple times, and ultimately losing money after the dealership repossessed the vehicle. I have filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and disputed the charge. I recommend getting everything in writing and being extremely cautious before doing business here.
